Warm northerly winds should filter over SA ahead of a trough and associated cold front before producing showers and a cool change. This trough may also produce isolated light showers over WA. A moist onshore breeze may maintain showers over coastal QLD.

Warm air ahead of a trough will lead to a peak in temperatures over NSW before generating isolated showers over NSW, VIC and TAS. A region of low pressure should maintain showers and thunderstorms over the Top End and Cape York Peninsula.

A trough and associated cold front may bring patchy showers to eastern WA, SA, western VIC and TAS. A weak ridge of high pressure will keep NSW and QLD mostly dry with just the odd shower in onshore winds. Another high will keep southwestern WA mostly dry.
