This short video that we're about to see, shows a diver in danger of dying 131ft below sea level. The ship lost position throughout the diving and moved for several minutes at a moderate speed. The diver, in order to avoid a tragedy, had to grab the Umbilical. The Bell, with the other diver inside, goes up risking to fill up of

P.S. -- Although this is the real clip from "License to Kill" (1989), based on the Byford Dolphin Accident of 1983 comes a new way to execute these bad people by the decompression chamber as a torture. The decompression chamber is not only for treatment (for patients who have decompression sickness), but also for execution (for bad people).

Byford Dolphin
Byford Dolphin is a semi-submersible, column-stabilised drilling rig operated by Dolphin Drilling, a Fred. Olsen Energy subsidiary, and currently contracted by BP for drilling in the United Kingdom section of the North Sea. It is registered in Hamilton, Bermuda. The rig has suffered some serious accidents, most notably an explosive decompression in 1983 that killed five workers and badly injured one.
In 2009, it was contracted for three years to BP.
Description
Byford Dolphin drilling rig is an Enhanced Aker H-3 design which was built by Aker Group at the Aker Verdal shipyard in 1974. Between 1974 and 1978, she was named Deep Sea Driller.
Byford Dolphin has a length of 108.2 metres (355 ft), breadth of 67.4 metres (221 ft) and depth of 36.6 metres (120 ft). She has a maximum drilling depth of 6,100 metres (20,000 ft), and she could operate at a water depth of 460 metres (1,500 ft). As a drilling rig, Byford Dolphin is equipped with advanced drilling equipment and has to meet strict levels of certification under Norwegian law. Byford Dolphin is able to maneuver with its own engines (to counter drift and ocean currents), but for long-distance relocation, it must be moved by specialist tugboats.

Byford
Byford is a village and civil parish on the River Wye in Herefordshire, England, about 11 km (7 mi) west of Hereford. According to the 2001 census it had a population of 119,increasing to 201 at the 2011 Census.
Offa's Dyke runs along Garnons Hill to the north of the village.
The 11th-century church of St John the Baptist is a grade I listed building.

P.S. -- Although this is the real clip from "License to Kill" (1989), based on the Byford Dolphin Accident of 1983 comes a new way to execute these bad people by the decompression chamber as a torture. The decompression chamber is not only for treatment (for patients who have decompression sickness), but also for execution (for bad people).
