I’m sure this month will be just as good! Here is a quick question if time allows: I’m at a stage with borax where I can’t live without it and can’t live with it. I made my own solution with half a teaspoon in half a litre of water and I take up to one tablespoon of the solution in the morning. When I take it I feel much more clear headed and determined. However, I soon get diarrhea/loose stools at regular intervals for the rest of the day, which is incredibly disruptive. I’ve tried lowering the dosage, doing a one day on-one day off protocol, doing a one month on-one month off protocol but the loose stools are still present. Is there anything I can do so that I can take the borax without getting these negative side effects? (I’ve been on Tony’s diet recommendation and clean water for the last two years but got loaded with soya, chlorinated water and bad food for 30 years prior to this.) -Question from a listener: Could you please ask Tony what he would recommend for a frozen shoulder or a torn rotator cuff -not sure which one it. My husband pulled his shoulder a few months ago and hit the lower end of the humerus bone as well while doing building work. It’s taking a long time to heal.
