Blondes have more fun.

Beyond fashion week front rows and red carpet movie premieres, we’re rarely offered a glimpse into the world of notoriously private Chanel campaign star Kristen Stewart. In an exclusive look at the third episode of Chanel Beauty Talks, Stewart and Lucia Pica, global creative make-up and color director for Chanel, share their beauty tips and tricks, as well as Stewarts ever-changing appearance.

“I’ve never changed my look, other than for a movie or role,” says Stewart of her decision to peroxide her naturally brunette strands. “I generally feel like it’s more fun, I know like blondes have more fun, but it’s true, it makes everything pop.”

As Pica rims her waterline in blood red eyeliner, Stewart notes her deep affection for the shade usually reserved for lipstick. “It's counter-intuitive, because usually if you’re overly emotional your eyes get red and people try to cover that up,” she says adding historically actresses would line their eyes in red eyeliner. “But if you just enhance that it’s like so alive and raw. There’s something vital about red.”
