How To Become A Better Scorer! Shooting Guard Workout To Dominate The Wing! In today's video I give you an elite wing scoring workout that you can add to your training.
There are 8 different moves and drills for this scoring series. Like I explain in the video, when doing each move focus on staying low, ripping hard, and selling each move.
Below are the drills - make 5 reps of each then move to the next drill. After you finish the set of drills, repeat on the other wing:

Shooting guard
The shooting guard (SG), also known as the two or off guard, is one of the five positions in a regulation basketball game. A shooting guard's main objective is to score points for his team. Some teams ask their shooting guards to bring up the ball as well; these players are known colloquially as combo guards. Kobe Bryant, for example, is a shooting guard who is as good a playmaker as he is a scorer; other examples of combo guards are Jamal Crawford, Allen Iverson, Randy Foye, Dwyane Wade, James Harden and Jason Terry. A player who can switch between playing shooting guard and small forward is known as a swingman. Notable swing men (also known as wing players) include Gordon Hayward, Andre Iguodala, Evan Turner, Rudy Gay, Klay Thompson, Jimmy Butler and Tyreke Evans. In the NBA, shooting guards usually range from 6' 4" (1.93 m) to 6' 7" (2.01 m).
Characteristics and styles of play
The Basketball Handbook by Lee Rose describes a shooting guard as someone whose primary role is to score points. As the name suggests, most shooting guards are good long-range shooters, typically averaging 35–40 percent from three-point range (Ray Allen, Jeff Hornacek, Dale Ellis, Kyle Korver, and Reggie Miller are good examples of elite shooters). Many shooting guards are also strong and athletic, and have the ability to get inside the paint and drive to the basket, five extraordinary examples are the players Michael Jordan, Tracy McGrady, Kobe Bryant, Dwyane Wade, and Vince Carter .

Kobe Bryant
Kobe Bean Bryant (born August 23, 1978) is an American professional basketball player for the Los Angeles Lakers of the National Basketball Association (NBA). He entered the NBA directly from high school, and he has played for the Lakers his entire career, winning five NBA championships. Bryant is an 18-time All-Star, 15-time member of the All-NBA Team, and 12-time member of the All-Defensive team. He has led the league in scoring twice, and he ranks third on both the league's all-time regular season scoring and all-time postseason scoring lists. After beginning his 20th season with the Lakers in 2015–16, which set an NBA record for the most seasons with the same team, Bryant announced that he would retire after the season.
The son of former NBA player Joe Bryant, Kobe Bryant enjoyed a successful high school basketball career at Lower Merion High School in Pennsylvania, where he was recognized as the top high school basketball player in the country. He declared for the NBA draft upon graduation, and was selected with the 13th overall pick in the 1996 NBA draft by the Charlotte Hornets, who traded him to the Los Angeles Lakers. As a rookie, Bryant earned himself a reputation as a high-flyer and a fan favorite by winning the 1997 Slam Dunk Contest, and he was named an All-Star by his second season. Despite a feud between them, Bryant and Shaquille O'Neal led the Lakers to three consecutive championships from 2000 to 2002.
