The benefits of this type of workout is increased range of motion which will help you maintain good posture and techniques throughout a range of exercises and motions. The transaxle on my GoGo mobility scooter was broken a month before this. I did a quick fix, but I didn't quite put it back together properly. Here, I take it apart, and put it back together again. Sorry for the video length. I did cut out large chunks of it, still this is still pretty close to the entire build. Took me about an hour and 1/2.
