Cambry Kaylor was a promising equestrian vaulter with dreams of competing internationally. At age 18 she suffered an accident while vaulting, leaving her paralyzed.
“The first week of physical therapy. We were working on my balance. I thought to myself, ‘Just last week, I was balancing a handstand on the back of a moving horse, and here I am and I can’t even sit up on my own. Who am I? I’m not Cambry Kaylor. I’m a crippled version of what I used to be.”

We are all brothers and sisters. I imagine that every person on earth has been affected in some way by the destructive spirit of contention, resentment and revenge. The spirit of envy and hatred has led to some of the most tragic stories in history. Perhaps there are even times when we recognize this spirit in ourselves.

Tho we cannot look into another's heart, we assume that we know a bad motive or even a bad person when we see one. This topic of judging others could actually be taught in a two-work sermon. When it comes to hating, gossiping, ignoring, ridiculing, holding grudges, or wanting to cause harm, please apply the following: stop it! Jessica! Hey, why didn't you call me? What a loser. Hey, hurry up! Get in the car! Where were you?

What picture? You made her cry in biology today. Look um, I was just joking around, so people need to stop taking things so seriously. Jessica? Thanks for drinking all the juice! Jess!
(Text message notification) Jess! Jessica! Jess! (Hears sniffling outside) Hey! You okay? I looked at your phone. Who wrote that? Who cares. They're right. No, no Jess. Come here. No they're not. They don't know who you really are. Jess, they're just kidding around. You are just like them, especially at school. Haven't we all at one time or another meekly approached the mercy seat and pleaded for Grace. Haven't we've wished with all the energy of our souls for mercy to be forgiven for the mistakes we have made and the sins we have committed.
Forgiving ourselves and others is not easy. In fact for most of us it requires a major change in our attitude and way of thinking even a change of heart. Consider the following questions as a self-test. Do you harbor grudge against someone else? Do you gossip even when what you say may be true? Do you exclude, push away, or punish others because of something they have done? Do you secretly envy another? Do you wish to cause harm to someone? If you answered yes to any of these questions, you may want to apply the two-work sermon from earlier: Stop it! There's enough heartache and sorrow in this life without our adding to it through our own stubbornness, bitterness, and resentment.
(Text message notification) This mighty change of heart is exactly what the Gospel of Jesus Christ is designed to bring about. I'm truly, truly sorry. Let us be kind, let us forgive, let us talk peacefully with each other, let us do good unto all men.
Allowing us to see others the way our Heavenly Father sees us, as flawed and imperfect mortals, who have potential and worth far beyond our capacity to imagine. Because God loves us so much, we too must love and forgive. Remember, in the end it is the merciful who obtain mercy.

Mormon Channel is an over the air and Internet radio station owned and operated by The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (LDS Church). It is based in Salt Lake City, Utah.
Broadcasting 24/7 from facilities at the LDS Church's headquarters, Mormon Channel broadcasts over the Internet via the station website at http://mormonchannel.org and over the HD2 and HD3 channels of eight FM stations: KIRO-FM in Seattle, KSWD in Los Angeles, KSL-FM in Salt Lake City, KTAR-FM in Phoenix, WARH in St. Louis, WSHE-FM in Chicago, WTOP-FM in Washington, D.C., and WYGY in Cincinnati. KIRO, KSWD, KSL, and KTAR are owned by Bonneville International, itself owned by the LDS Church; WARH, WSHE-FM, WTOP, and WYGY are owned by Hubbard Broadcasting, but were owned by Bonneville as well until 2011.
History
The Mormon Channel was officially launched on May 18, 2009. As of 2015, it is also available via iPhone and Android apps and on YouTube. The apps include video and audio content and four radio feeds, while the YouTube channel features primarily video content (the audio-only programming has not been included on YouTube). All the audio streams are also available via alternate means, such as TuneIn or mp3 feeds.

Jesus
Jesus (/ˈdʒiːzəs/; Greek: Ἰησοῦς Iesous; 7–2 BC to AD 30–33), also referred to as Jesus of Nazareth or Jesus Christ, is the central figure of Christianity, whom the teachings of most Christian denominations hold to be the Son of God. Christians believe Jesus is the awaited Messiah (or Christ, the Anointed One) of the Old Testament.
Virtually all modern scholars of antiquity agree that Jesus existed historically, and historians consider the Synoptic Gospels (Matthew, Mark and Luke) to be the best sources for investigating the historical Jesus. Most scholars agree that Jesus was a Galilean, Jewish rabbi who preached his message orally,was baptized by John the Baptist, and was crucified by the order of the Roman Prefect Pontius Pilate. In the current mainstream view, Jesus was an apocalyptic preacher and the founder of a renewal movement within Judaism, although some prominent scholars argue that he was not apocalyptic. After Jesus' death, his followers believed he was resurrected, and the community they formed eventually became the Christian church. The widely used calendar era, abbreviated as "AD" from the Latin "Anno Domini" ("in the year of our Lord") or sometimes as "CE", is based on the birth of Jesus. His birth is celebrated annually on December 25 as a holiday known as Christmas.

The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints
The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (the LDS Church or, informally, the Mormon Church) is a Christian restorationist church that is considered by its followers to be the restoration of the original church founded by Jesus Christ. The church is headquartered in Salt Lake City, Utah, and has established congregations (called wards or branches) and built temples worldwide. According to the church, it has over 85,000 missionaries and a membership of over 15 million. It is ranked by the National Council of Churches as the fourth-largest Christian denomination in the United States. It is the largest denomination in the Latter Day Saint movement founded by Joseph Smith during the period of religious revival known as the Second Great Awakening.
Adherents, sometimes referred to as "Latter-day Saints" or, less formally, "Mormons", view faith in Jesus Christ and his atonement as the central tenet of their religion. LDS theology includes the Christian doctrine of salvation only through Jesus Christ, though LDS doctrines regarding the nature of God and the potential of mankind differ significantly from mainstream Christianity. The church has an open canon which includes four scriptural texts: the Bible (both Old and New Testaments), the Book of Mormon, the Doctrine and Covenants, and the Pearl of Great Price. Other than the Bible, the majority of the LDS canon constitutes revelation spoken by Joseph Smith and recorded by his scribes which includes commentary and exegesis about the Bible, texts described as lost parts of the Bible, and other works believed to be written by ancient prophets.

You have a wildcard up your sleeve. Hey, are you the one who made that picture of Melissa? What picture? You made her cry in biology today. Look um, I was just joking around, so people need to stop taking things so seriously. Jessica? Thanks for drinking all the juice! Jess! (Text message notification) Jess! Jessica! Jess! (Hears sniffling outside) Hey! You okay? I looked at your phone. Who wrote that? Who cares. They're right. No, no Jess. Come here. No they're not. They don't know who you really are. Jess, they're just kidding around. You are just like them, especially at school. Haven't we all at one time or another meekly approached the mercy seat and pleaded for Grace. Haven't we've wished with all the energy of our souls for mercy to be forgiven for the mistakes we have made and the sins we have committed. Forgiving ourselves and others is not easy. In fact for most of us it requires a major change in our attitude and way of thinking even a change of heart. Consider the following questions as a self-test. Do you harbor grudge against someone else? Do you gossip even when what you say may be true? Do you exclude, push away, or punish others because of something they have done? Do you secretly envy another? Do you wish to cause harm to someone? If you answered yes to any of these questions, you may want to apply the two-work sermon from earlier: Stop it! There's enough heartache and sorrow in this life without our adding to it through our own stubbornness, bitterness, and resentment. (Text message notification) This mighty change of heart is exactly what the Gospel of Jesus Christ is designed to bring about. I'm truly, truly sorry. Let us be kind, let us forgive, let us talk peacefully with each other, let us do good unto all men. Allowing us to see others the way our Heavenly Father sees us, as flawed and imperfect mortals, who have potential and worth far beyond our capacity to imagine. Because God loves us so much, we too must love and forgive. Remember, in the end it is the merciful who obtain mercy. We are all brothers and sisters. I imagine that every person on earth has been affected in some way by the destructive spirit of contention, resentment and revenge. The spirit of envy and hatred has led to some of the most tragic stories in history. Perhaps there are even times when we recognize this spirit in ourselves.
(Text message notification) We are not perfect. The people around us are not perfect. Jess! Jess, come on! Mom needs the car! People do things that annoy, disappoint, and anger. Tho we cannot look into another's heart, we assume that we know a bad motive or even a bad person when we see one. This topic of judging others could actually be taught in a two-work sermon. When it comes to hating, gossiping, ignoring, ridiculing, holding grudges, or wanting to cause harm, please apply the following: stop it! Jessica! Hey, why didn't you call me? What a loser. Hey, hurry up! Get in the car! Where were you?

Forgiving ourselves and others is not easy. In fact for most of us it requires a major change in our attitude and way of thinking even a change of heart. Consider the following questions as a self-test. Do you harbor grudge against someone else? Do you gossip even when what you say may be true? Do you exclude, push away, or punish others because of something they have done? Do you secretly envy another? Do you wish to cause harm to someone? If you answered yes to any of these questions, you may want to apply the two-work sermon from earlier: Stop it! There's enough heartache and sorrow in this life without our adding to it through our own stubbornness, bitterness, and resentment.
(Text message notification) This mighty change of heart is exactly what the Gospel of Jesus Christ is designed to bring about. I'm truly, truly sorry. Let us be kind, let us forgive, let us talk peacefully with each other, let us do good unto all men.
Allowing us to see others the way our Heavenly Father sees us, as flawed and imperfect mortals, who have potential and worth far beyond our capacity to imagine. Because God loves us so much, we too must love and forgive. Remember, in the end it is the merciful who obtain mercy.

“Who was I if I wasn’t everything I did? How could I have worth while sitting in bed day after day? Who was I as a wife, a mother, and a woman when my body didn’t allow me to do the things that a wife, a mother, and a woman should do? I had a testimony that my Savior’s Atonement was real. I believed His miracles, I believed Him when He said that all things were possible. But in my most broken state, I wasn’t sure how to use His power.”
