Trustee (or the holding of a trusteeship) is a legal term which, in its broadest sense, can refer to any person who holds property, authority, or a position of trust or responsibility for the benefit of another, also a trustee can be a person who is allowed to do certain tasks but not able to gain income. Although the strictest sense of the term is the holder of property on behalf of a beneficiary, the more expansive sense encompasses persons who serve, for example, on the Board of Trustees for an institution that operates for the benefit of the general public, or a person in the local government.
A trust can be set up either to benefit particular persons, or for any charitable purposes (but not generally for non-charitable purposes): typical examples are a will trust for the testator's children and family, a pension trust (to confer benefits on employees and their families) and a charitable trust. In all cases, the trustee may be a person or company, whether or not they are a prospective beneficiary.

Jack McCaig and David Bryson interview the GTEN Trustees on the Evolve Quest blog talk radio show regarding administrative process as a means of resolving controversies by private contract. An administrative procedure establishes the facts by due process, leaving no legitimate case or controversy remaining. This discussion covers many topics, including: What works and doesn't work when fighting the banks in foreclosure? Is it possible to live free of the "matrix"? Do we owe an income tax? How do we deal with the encroaching police state? How do we live as people instead of legal fiction persons? Is there anything to the secured party creditor UCC-1 filing? How do the 99 percent take back the country from the 1 percent who've made such a mess of it? And how does administrative procedure pla...
Penn State Board of Trustees Meeting - May 6, 2016
This video was taken at the Nassau Community College Board of Trustees meeting.
Ya got me running ya got me hiding
ya got me searching inside
hot nights laughing cold days crackling
no ones looking
no ones trying
Round round round blues
ya dragging ya feet ya got lead in ya shoes
bad town sad frown round blues
no one can win
no one can lose
when everybodys running
those round round blues
(ya keep me running in circles baby)
Tears unfolding your feeling old in
ya bored nightmares
melting chairs
crazy man on deserted station
his destination is understatement
Round round round blues
ya dragging ya feet ya got lead in ya shoes
bad town sad frown round blues
no one can win
no one can lose
when everybodys running
those round round blues
(ya keep me running in circles baby)
Metal feelings flaky ceilings
shaky leanings and dodgy dealings
children calling voices falling
ya of the wall in
some empty hall...
Round round round blues
ya dragging ya feet ya got lead in ya shoes
bad town sad frown round blues
no one can win
no one can lose
when everybodys running
those round round blues
