The Dream Emulator
“LSD: The Dream Emulator was a Sony Playstation game released in 1998 only in Japan. The game is a series of dreams, based to some degree on someone's dream journal. As you wander through different settings, pushing on anything transports you to another scene. Some actions end a dream early, such as jumping off a cliff. And that's about all the interaction there is in the game.
I discovered LSD almost ten years after its release, but it's the sort of thing I've always wished existed and it in many ways exemplifies the type of games that I'd like to create myself…”
