Jan-Michael Vincent (born July 15, 1944) is a retired American actor best known for his role as helicopter pilot Stringfellow Hawke on the 1980s U.S. television series Airwolf (1984–86) and as the protagonist of John Milius’s 1978 surfing epic Big Wednesday.
Vincent was born July 15, 1944, in Denver, Colorado, to Doris and Lloyd Vincent. His family moved to Hanford, California, when Jan-Michael was young. Vincent attended Ventura College in Ventura, California.
Vincent was finishing a stint in the California Army National Guard when a talent scout was struck by his looks. His first acting job was in the movie The Bandits (aka Los Banditos), co-directed by and starring Robert Conrad, in 1967.
Vincent’s career took off in the late 1960s when casting agent Dick Clayton signed him to Universal Studios. He made a shirtless appearance on the Dragnet 1968 episode “The Grenade,” as a muscular high school student who suffered an acid attack by a mentally unstable classmate (played by Mickey Sholdar). He also appeared in the Danger Island segments of Hanna-Barbera’s The Banana Splits series as Link (1968–69). Finally, in the fall of 1969 Vincent had a starring role in the prime-time soap opera The Survivors, alongside Lana Turner and George Hamilton; however, the series was canceled at mid-season.
Howard Allan Stern (born January 12, 1954) is an American radio and television personality, producer, author, actor, and photographer. He is best known as the host of The Howard Stern Show, his long-running radio show which gained popularity when it was nationally syndicated on terrestrial radio from 1986 to 2005 before its move to Sirius XM Radio in 2006. Stern first wished to be on the radio at five years of age. He landed his first radio jobs while at Boston University—WTBU, the campus station, and WNTN in Newton, Massachusetts. From 1976 to 1982, Stern developed his on-air personality through morning positions at WRNW in Briarcliff Manor, New York, WCCC in Hartford, Connecticut, WWWW in Detroit, Michigan, and WWDC in Washington, D.C. Stern worked afternoons at WNBC in New York City from 1982 until his firing in 1985.
In 1985, Stern began a 20-year run at WXRK in New York City, where his show was syndicated to 60 markets and attracted 20 million listeners. Stern won numerous awards, including Billboard’s Nationally Syndicated Air Personality of the Year eight times. He became the most fined radio host when the Federal Communications Commission issued fines totaling $2.5 million to station licensees for content it deemed indecent. Stern became one of the highest paid radio figures after signing a five-year deal with Sirius in 2004 worth $500 million. In recent years, Stern took up photography and has had work featured in Hamptons and WHIRL magazines. From 2012 to 2015, he served as a judge on America's Got Talent.

Plot: One man, just a sailor passing time, (Jan) defies a ruthless New York city gang! (known around town as "the souls.") JMV interview on "The Insider", Sept. 19, 2007. Oh, JMV, what happened to you?
Jan Michael Vincent interviewed by Paul Rodriguez on The Late Show in 1987. The Late Show talk show aired on FOX, but I found no mention of Rodriquez being a permanent host. Cheech Marin is also here. All three are in the film BORN in EAST L.A.. Everyone is having a great time during the interview and toward the end Jan-Michael Vincent joins the band, plays bass and sings NYQUIL BLUES. Good stuff ! I only wish the quality was better! Being a fan of AIRWOLF at the time ( and still am today) back then I would tape just about everything related to the show. The source is a copy AND is from a 25 year old VHS tape. I apologize for the quality. It was a VCR's tracking nightmare and I've done the best I could. I hope the fans enjoy this !! Mr. Vincent seems to be having a great ti...

Could Have Been Me
written by Jeff Harrington and Michael Vincent
It’s those eyes, again
Reminding me of when
I didn’t know what I had
When I had you
Now when I see you with you with somebody else
I just smile, and I tell myself
Chorus
It could’ve been me
By your side
It could’ve been me
Day and night
Now I know, now I see
It could’ve been me
Why did I let you go?
It could’ve been me
Now I can’t, say why
I won’t let these feelings die
Because they’re not doing me
Any good
But everytime I hear your voice again
I start thinking what could’ve been
Chorus
I could have been yours
And you could have been mine
We could’ve been together
Till the end of the night
Until the end of our time
