The Ferrari 355 is the last of the truly old-school Ferrari's. An evolution of the earlier 348, the F355 features a 375 HP mid-mounted V8 and a gated manual transmission. This owner has done some exhaust work on his Fezza, making this the likely candidate for best sounding One Take of all time.

After a long time spent in Dubai, the car now is back to Italy to stretch its legs and shout in the tunnels, probably one of the best sounding cars I have ever driven!

Ferrari F355
The Ferrari F355 (Type F129) is a sports car built by Ferrari from May 1994 to 1999. It is an evolution of the Ferrari 348 and was replaced by the Ferrari 360. It is a mid-engined, rear wheel drive, V8-powered two-seat coupe, targa, or convertible. Design emphasis for the F355 was placed on significantly improved performance, as well as drivability across a wider range of speeds and in different environments (such as low-speed city traffic.)
Apart from the displacement increase from 3.4 to 3.5 L, the major difference between the V8 engine in the 348 and F355 is the introduction of a 5-valve cylinder head. This new head design allowed for better intake permeability and resulted in an engine that was considerably more powerful, producing 380 PS (279 kW; 375 hp). The longitudinal 90° V8 engine was bored 2mm over the 348's engine (85 mm rather than 83 mm), resulting in the small increase in displacement. Engine internals are produced using lightweight materials; the connecting rods are forged in Ti6-Al-4V titanium alloy. The engine's compression ratio is 11:1 and employs the Bosch Motronic M2.7 engine control unit in the 1995 model year, later changed to the M5.2 in 1996 through end of production. The Motronic system controls the electronic fuel injection and ignition systems, with a single spark plug per cylinder. Engine lubrication is via a dry-sump oiling system.

Ferrari S.p.A. is an Italian luxury sports car manufacturer based in Maranello. Founded by Enzo Ferrari in 1939 as Auto Avio Costruzioni, the company built its first car in 1940. However, the company's inception as an auto manufacturer is usually recognized in 1947 when the first Ferrari-badged car was completed.
Ferrari is the world's most powerful brand according to Brand Finance. In May 2012 the 1962 Ferrari 250 GTO became the most expensive car in history, selling in a private transaction for $38,115,000 to American communications magnate Craig McCaw.
Fiat S.p.A. acquired 50% of Ferrari in 1969 and expanded its stake to 90% in 1988. In October 2014 Fiat Chrysler Automobiles announced its intentions to separate Ferrari from FCA; as of the announcement FCA owned 90% of Ferrari. The separation began in October 2015 with a restructuring that established Ferrari N.V. as the new holding company of the Ferrari group and the subsequent sale by FCA of a 10% of the shares in an IPO and concurrent listing of common shares on the New York Stock Exchange. Through the remainings steps of the separation, FCA's interest in Ferrari's business was distributed to shareholders of FCA, with a 10% continuing to be owned by Piero Ferrari. The spin-off was completed on January 3, 2016.

An evolution of the earlier 348, the F355 features a 375 HP mid-mounted V8 and a gated manual transmission. This owner has done some exhaust work on his Fezza, making this the likely candidate for best sounding One Take of all time.

Here we show you how to re-grease the 348 and 355 flywheels using Kluber grease. You can buy a whole new unit for several thousand pounds from Ferrari, or rebuild it. Having experienced various clutch problems over several years of rather hard, indeed abusive competition use, such as torn material, oil contamination and so on, I got fed up driving a Ferrari home without a clutch and needed to find solutions that worked at a reasonable cost. Here we show you how to re-grease the 348 and 355 flywheels using Kluber grease. You can buy a whole new unit for several thousand pounds from Ferrari, or rebuild it.
Having experienced various clutch problems over several years of rather hard, indeed abusive competition use, such as torn material, oil contamination and so on, I got fed up driving a Ferrari home without a clutch and needed to find solutions that worked at a reasonable cost.
Together with my race mechanic and clutch specialist we have come up with those solutions and have been using them, as well as supplying to friends and fellow racers for a considerable time.
Word has got around and we have had world-wide demand! Time it seems to formalise the production and get some videos up to show you what we do and how to do this stuff yourself.
We specialise in refurbished clutches and flywheels for most Ferraris up to and including the 430. We are also happy to supply relined and remanufactured clutches for other makes.

London - Formula One's decision to introduce a 'halo' cockpit protection device next year is a mistake, according to former champion Niki Lauda ... However a convincing solution had yet to be found to protect drivers' heads from debris. "We tested the Halo, the Red Bull Aeroscreen and Ferrari's Shield as a cockpit protection. None has convinced 100 percent. You have to make the right decision in such a situation....
