Mets farmhand Corey Taylor, who owned a 1.87 ERA (11 ER/53.0 IP) in 45 relief appearance for High-A St. Lucie in 2016, entered in the eighth inning and pitched a scoreless frame. The 23-year-old right-hander has now tossed back-to-back scoreless fall league outings and has surrendered just one run in 5.2 innings for the Scorpions.
