Screen Junkies

Screen Junkies is an online movie magazine and YouTube channel, owned and operated by Defy Media, that focuses on movies and television. It produces three main shows: The Screen Junkies Show, hosted by Hal Rudnick, consists mostly of interviews and film discussions; Honest Trailers is a series of trailers, narrated previously by Ptolemy Slocum and Gannon Nickell, and currently by Jon Bailey, that satirizes and parodies various films and television programs; and Movie Fights is a competition series, hosted by Andy Signore, where guests debate various issues related to film.

As of December 2015, Screen Junkies has over 5 million subscribers and over one billion video views.

Honest Trailers

Honest Trailers is a series of parody trailers of films, and occasionally TV shows, that are made to satirize the film. The videos are narrated by Jon Bailey.

Created by Andy Signore and Brett Weiner and shepherded by Break Media's Head of Programming Mitch Rotter, Honest Trailers debuted in February 2012 and by June 2014 had become the source of over 300 million views on the Screen Junkies YouTube channel. The series started when the creators saw that Star Wars Episode I: The Phantom Menace was being re-released in 3D and decided to make a parody trailer for it, continuing the series as a result of the positive reception the videos received.

Sidney De Gray

Sidney De Gray (16 June 1866 – 30 June 1941) was an English actor of the silent era. He appeared in 72 films between 1913 and 1940. He was born in England and died in Los Angeles, California.

Honesty

Honesty refers to a facet of moral character and connotes positive and virtuous attributes such as integrity, truthfulness, and straightforwardness, including straightforwardness of conduct, along with the absence of lying, cheating, theft, etc. Furthermore, honesty means being trustworthy, loyal, fair, and sincere.

Honesty is valued in many ethnic and religious cultures. "Honesty is the best policy" is a proverb of Benjamin Franklin; however, the quote "Honesty is the first chapter in the book of wisdom" is attributed to Thomas Jefferson, as used in a letter to Nathaniel Macon.

Others have noted, however, that "[t]oo much honesty might be seen as undisciplined openness". For example, individuals may be perceived as being "too honest" if they honestly express negative opinions of others, either without having been asked their opinion, or having been asked in a circumstance where the response would be trivial.

Jed (Patrick Swayze), Robert (C. Thomas Howell), and six of their friends watch in amazement as soldiers parachute into their town and start shooting. The teens grab a pickup truck, stock up on supplies at the local store, and head for the hills. Meanwhile, the men in the town -- after a minimal resistance -- are rounded up and held at a drive-in theater converted into a concentration camp. The sadistic Soviet military then make them watch acclaimed Russian director Sergei Eisenstein's 1938 classic Alexander Nevsky, as their punishing rehabilitation begins. 'Some Minds', is the new release from Australia's most accomplished producer FLUME. The track features vocals and lyrics by Miike Snow’s Andrew Wyatt. The video is the result of a collaboration between Flume, the Sydney Opera House and respected director Clemens Habicht (Tame Impala, Bloc Party, The Presets). It features dance and choreography from Australian Ballet member Callum Linnane. Granted exclusive access to the iconic Australian building, the shoot took place throughout the night one Saturday in April.
