I originally reviewed this lens about 3 years ago, back when I was still throwing videos together on Windows Movie Maker. I've standardized and improved my reviews a lot since then, and I've gotten to use this lens (and others) a lot more and discovered a lot more about photography - so here's a more thorough, updated review for you all. This is probably my favorite (if there could be one!) review I've put together so far, as I've used a lot of my photos and video from South Korea as samples for you.

I originally reviewed this lens about 3 years ago, back when I was still throwing videos together on Windows Movie Maker. I've standardized and improved my reviews a lot since then, and I've gotten to use this lens (and others) a lot more and discovered a lot more about photography - so here's a more thorough, updated review for you all. This is probably my favorite (if there could be one!) review I've put together so far, as I've used a lot of my photos and video from South Korea as samples for you.

There are a number of videos on how to take this lens apart, but I couldn't find one on assembly, After searching for anything on assembly I decided to figure it out, and do a video, if I succeeded (which I did and it works!) I would put this up for others who do not want another pencil holder. BTW parts are available from Amazon and eBay.

There are a number of videos on how to take this lens apart, but I couldn't find one on assembly, After searching for anything on assembly I decided to figure it out, and do a video, if I succeeded (which I did and it works!) I would put this up for others who do not want another pencil holder. BTW parts are available from Amazon and eBay.
