Just Me may refer to:
Just You is a song by US singing duo Sonny and Cher, first released in April 1965. It was recorded in January of that year, and was the first single which they released on the ATCO label; before that time they had been under contract to Reprise Records. The song initially did not chart but in the slipstream of the I Got You Babe success it was rereleased and reached a respectable #20 on the US singles chart. The B-side of the record, Sing, c'est la vie did much better in other parts of the world (in Australia, for example; it also reached #1 in Belgium).
The single Just You, taken from Sonny and Cher's successful album Look at Us, reached the top twenty in the US in 1965. In France it led to a French language cover version by Sheila who teamed with the young male singer Akim to record Pas sans moi (French lyrics by Claude Carrère and Vline Buggy). It was on an EP with the hit track Devant le juke-box (If I didn't have a dime). Cher wrote in her autobiography that Just You is still one of her favorite tracks. The song is said to be similar to Baby, I Love You by The Ronettes. Just You became the duo's third top twenty hit after I Got You Babe and Baby Don't Go.
"Just You, Just Me" is a song from the 1929 musical film Marianne, composed by Jesse Greer with lyrics by Raymond Klages. It was introduced by Marion Davies and Lawrence Gray. The song has had many revisions after its first appearance and has become one of the most enduring jazz standards of all time, having been recorded instrumentally by Red Norvo, Stan Tracey, Oscar Peterson and Lester Young, Buddy Rich, Artie Shaw, Les Paul, Benny Carter, Buddy Bregman, Tex Beneke, Coleman Hawkins, Harry James, Erroll Garner, Benny Goodman, Earl Hines, Joe Pass, Buddy Tate and Abdullah Ibrahim, Les Brown, Bill Coleman and Duke Ellington.
Thelonious Monk's 1948 composition, "Evidence", is a contrafact of "Just You, Just Me". Monk's tune was originally called "Justice" (which sounds like "Just Us", a reference to "Just You, Just Me"), then renamed "We Named It Justice", and finally "Evidence". Both songs are included in Monk's 1964 live album, Live at the It Club.
Bing Crosby made a radio recording of the song for CBS in November 1954 in Hollywood. The song has also been recorded vocally by, among others, Petula Clark, Ella Fitzgerald, Frank Sinatra, Nat King Cole, Judy Garland and Rosemary Clooney. The jazz duo of Bill Mays and Ray Drummond recorded it in 1989 on their CD One To One on YouTube
Coel (Old Welsh: Coil) or Coel Hen ("Coel the Old") is a figure prominent in Welsh literature and legend since the Middle Ages. Early Welsh tradition knew of a Coel Hen (Coel the Old), a leader in Roman or Sub-Roman Britain and the progenitor of several kingly lines in the Hen Ogledd ("the Old North"), the Brittonic-speaking part of northern England and southern Scotland. Later medieval legend told of a Coel, apparently derived from Coel Hen, who was the father of Saint Helena and the grandfather of Roman Emperor Constantine the Great. Other similarly named characters may be confused or conflated with the Welsh Coel. The legendary "King Coel" is sometimes supposed to be the historical basis for the popular nursery rhyme "Old King Cole", but this is unlikely.
Coel's name was rendered "Coil" in Old Welsh. It may be related to the common noun coel, meaning "belief or omen". Coel is often named as "Coel Hen", Hen being an epithet Hen meaning "old" (i.e., "Coel the Old"). The genealogies give him an additional epithet, Godebog (Old Welsh: Guotepauc), meaning "Protector" or "Shelterer". His name is thus sometimes given as "Coel Godebog" or "Coel Hen Godebog". However, some of the Harleian genealogies list Godebog as Coel's father's name.Geoffrey of Monmouth Latinized the name to Coelus. Some modern authors modernize it to "Cole".

Nathaniel Adams Coles (March 17, 1919 – February 15, 1965), known professionally as Nat King Cole, was an American singer who first came to prominence as a leading jazz pianist. He was widely noted for his soft, baritone voice, which he used to perform in big band and jazz genres, becoming a major force in popular music for three decades. Cole was one of the first African Americans to host a national television variety show, The Nat King Cole Show, and has maintained worldwide popularity since his death from lung cancer in February 1965.
Nathaniel Adams Coles was born in Montgomery, Alabama, on March 17, 1919. Cole had three brothers: Eddie (1910–1970), Ike (1927–2001), and Freddy (born 1931), and a half-sister, Joyce Coles. Each of Cole's brothers would later pursue careers in music as well. When Cole was four years old, he and his family moved to Chicago, Illinois, where his father, Edward Coles, became a Baptist minister. Cole learned to play the organ from his mother, Perlina Coles, the church organist. His first performance was of "Yes! We Have No Bananas" at age four. He began formal lessons at 12, eventually learning not only jazz and gospel music, but also Western classical music, performing, as he said, "from Johann Sebastian Bach to Sergei Rachmaninoff".

Lester Willis Young (August 27, 1909 – March 15, 1959), nicknamed "Pres" or "Prez", was an American jazz tenor saxophonist and occasional clarinetist. Coming to prominence while a member of Count Basie's orchestra, Young was one of the most influential players on his instrument. In contrast to many of his hard-driving peers, Young played with a relaxed, cool tone and used sophisticated harmonies, using "a free-floating style, wheeling and diving like a gull, banking with low, funky riffs that pleased dancers and listeners alike". Known for his hip, introverted style, he invented or popularized much of the hipster jargon which came to be associated with the music.

Sonny Stitt recorded extensively throughout his career, so frequently that he often could not remember his sessions a year later. This informal session, cut in Chicago in 1958, is one that Stitt apparently forgot about, which is why the personnel (probably a local rhythm section that might include pianist Barry Harris) has never been definitely identified. I do not own any rights to this video or audio. Lyrics: "Just You, Just Me" Just you, just me Let's find a cozy spot To cuddle and woo. Just us, just we I've missed an awful lot My trouble is you. Oh, gee! What are your charms for? What are my arms for? Use your imagination! Just you, just me I'll tie a lover's knot Around wonderful you. Oh, gee! What are your charms for? What are my arms for?
