High Street (or the High Street, also High Road) is a metonym for the concept (and frequently the street name) of the primary business street of towns or cities, especially in the United Kingdom and Commonwealth of Nations. To distinguish it from "centres" of nearby places it is frequently preceded unofficially by the name of its settlement. In a town it implies the focal point for business, especially shops and street stalls (if any) in town and city centres. As a generic shorthand presupposed upon linear settlements it may be used to denote more precise concepts such as the urban retail sector, town centre sectors of employment, all small shops and services outlets and even wider concepts taking in social concepts. The smallest High Street in Britain is located in a small market town in Devon called Holsworthy. The street itself is no more than 100 yards long and there are only three shops located on Holsworthy's High Street.
High Street is the most common street name in the UK, which according to a 2009 statistical compilation has 5,410 High Streets, 3,811 Station Roads and 2,702 Main Streets.
A stage name, also called a screen name, is a pseudonym used by performers and entertainers such as actors, wrestlers, comedians, and musicians.
A performer will often take a stage name because his/her real name is considered unattractive, dull, or unintentionally amusing, is difficult to pronounce or spell, has been used by another notable individual, or projects an undesired image. Sometimes a performer adopts a name that is unusual or outlandish to attract attention. Other performers use a stage name in order to retain anonymity. The equivalent concept among writers is called a nom de plume or pen name, while the term ring name is used in professional wrestling. In radio, the term "radio name" or "air name" is used. For example, well-known talk radio host Rush Limbaugh, who now uses his real name, was known under the radio name Jeff Christie in his days as a top-40 disk jockey.
Hustler is a monthly pornographic magazine published in the United States. It was first published in 1974 by Larry Flynt. It was a step forward from the Hustler Newsletter, which was cheap advertising for his strip club businesses at the time. The magazine grew from a shaky start to a peak circulation of around 3 million; it has since dropped to approximately 500,000. It shows explicit views of the female genitalia, becoming one of the first major US-based magazines to do so, in contrast with relatively modest publications like Playboy.
Today, Hustler is still considered more explicit (and more self-consciously lowbrow) than such well-known competitors as Playboy and Penthouse. It frequently depicts hardcore themes, such as the use of sex toys, penetration and group sex.
Larry Flynt Publications also licenses Hustler brand to the Hustler Casino in Gardena, California which is owned directly by Larry Flynt as an individual through his holding company El Dorado Enterprises, the Hustler Club chain of bars and clubs, and Hustler store chain that sells adult-oriented videos, cIothing, magazines and sex toys. The chain's flagship store is on Sunset Boulevard in West Hollywood.
Washington Square Park is a 9.75-acre (39,500 m2) public park in the New York City neighborhood of Greenwich Village, Manhattan. One of the best known of New York City's 1,900 public parks, it is a landmark as well as a meeting place and center for cultural activity. It is operated by the New York City Department of Parks and Recreation.
The Park is an open space, dominated by the Washington Square Arch, with a tradition of celebrating nonconformity. The Park's fountain area has long been one of the city's popular spots for residents and tourists. Most of the buildings surrounding the park now belong to New York University, but many have at one time served as homes and studios for artists. Some of the buildings have been built by NYU while others have been converted from their former uses into academic and residential buildings.
Located at the foot of Fifth Avenue, the park is bordered by Washington Square North (Waverly Place east and west of the park), Washington Square East (University Place north of the park), Washington Square South (West 4th Street east and west of the park), and Washington Square West (MacDougal Street north and south of the park).

A bunch of London lads who put their very good HIGH STREET album out in 1974. It doesn't seem to have appeared on CD yet, so this is taken from the vinyl version recently found in my shed. Such sacrilege for leaving it there - I never thought that I would hear it again but it is still in quite good condition - and with the wonders of modern technology, here it is.
Magnus Carlsen VS Chess Hustlers in Washington Square Park. Liv Tyler, Espen, Squirrel guy... a lot of crazy stuff in this video. Magnus Carlsen, 25, is the top-ranking chess grandmaster in the world. He stopped by New York's Washington Square Park alongside pal Liv Tyler to challenge a number of local hustlers. Most who faced off against Carlsen didn't know who he was — but quickly discovered he was a good player once he started easily beating them. Carlsen and Tyler have appeared together on a number of occasions since they starred together in a fashion campaign in 2010. Carlsen became a grandmaster at age 13 and, by 19, he was already considered the world's best player. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Source: ...

Getting low low low on High Street
Saying no no no to drugs
Getting back back back on my feet
Saying no no no to drugs
Going out for some milk at the grocery store
I thought that the trip could use something more
I took a plastic bag and put it on my head
But not before I popped my prescription meds
I knew I was missing just one little thing
Got my needle and my tourniquet and started to sing
Getting low low low on High Street
Saying no no no to drugs
Getting back back back on my feet
Saying no no no to drugs
I decided to try out a little speed date
They said it was okay that I got there late
I didn't really know what speed date meant
Apparently it wasn't huffing rubber cement
And I don't mean to sound like I suffer from greed
But the only thing that date was missing was speed
Getting low low low on High Street
Saying no no no to drugs
Getting back back back on my feet
