    I've made this a couple of times now and it's been a hit every time. I don't bother rolling the pastry - I just thaw it from the freezer and use it as is. It works well for picnics and travels well.

    I make this often for brunches and lunches and it's always devoured in no time. I've also made it as individual tarts for a dinner party. Delicious and super easy.

    This was very easy to make and took no time at all. The flavours went together perfectly. If this was a dish in a restaurant I'd order it every time!
