- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons fish sauce
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 250g rice vermicelli noodles
- 1 Lebanese cucumber, seeded, julienned
- 1 large carrot, peeled, julienned
- 1 cup mint leaves
- 1 cup coriander leaves
- 2 spring onions, thinly sliced
- 1/3 cup (45g) roasted peanuts, chopped
- 2 tablespoons fish sauce
- 1 lime, juiced
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 long red chilli, thinly sliced
- 1 garlic clove, crushed

- 1/2 cup (125ml) peri-peri sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 3/4 cup (150g) tricolour quinoa, rinsed
- 150g sugar snap peas, halved
- 1 bunch baby broccoli, cut into 6cm lengths
- 1 lemon, zested, juiced
- 1 lemon, extra, peeled, segmented
- 1 zucchini, peeled into ribbons

- 500g Coles Australian Beef Round steak
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 1 brown onion, finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1/2 cup (125ml) cream
- 1/2 cup (125ml) chicken stock
- 1/2 cup (75g) semi-dried tomatoes, drained, coarsely chopped
- 1 cup (120g) frozen peas
- 2 tablespoons flat-leaf parsley, finely chopped
- Flat-leaf parsley leaves, extra, to serve

- 125g haloumi, cut into 1cm-thick slices
- 1 cup (120g) frozen peas
- 200g sugar snap peas, halved lengthways
- 1 Lebanese cucumber, thinly sliced diagonally
- 1/4 cup (35g) pimento-stuffed olives, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup small basil leaves
- 2 tablespoons white balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon pistachio dukkah
