JLL Vietnam successfully organized an event at LeMeridien Hotel with more than 70 attendees and 12 reporters in Ho Chi Minh City. In the event, Mr. Stephen Wyatt – Country Head of JLL Vietnam, presented the topic What’s NEW and What’s NEXT in Vietnam’s Real Estate Market. Mr. Stephen Wyatt commented: “The Vietnamese property market has seen 25 years of development with various ups and downs. The market is developing and maturing at a faster rate than previously seen. Developers, investors, banks and government authorities are more alert to market dynamics and prudent in their actions and roles. JLL believe in strong parameters and development of the property market in the future, and 2016, in particular, will remain a year of promising prospect despite global challenges”. Trong sự kiện lần này, ông Stephen Wyatt – Tổng giám đốc Công ty JLL Việt Nam đã trình bày về chủ đề What’s NEW and What’s NEXT in Vietnam’s Real Estate Market. Ông Stephen Wyatt nhận định “thị trường bất động sản Việt Nam đã trải qua gần 25 năm phát triển với nhiều giai đoạn thăng trầm khác nhau. Thị trường đang phát triển và đang trưởng thành với tốc độ nhanh hơn trước đây. Các bên tham gia thị trường từ nhà phát triển dự án, nhà đầu tư, ngân hàng và các cơ quan quản lý của nhà nước đều tỉnh táo và thận trọng hơn trong mỗi hành động và vai trò của mình. JLL khá tin tưởng vào sự phát triển của thị trường bất động sản trong thời gian sắp tới, và cụ thể năm 2016 sẽ vẫn tiếp tục là năm với nhiều hứa hẹn mặc dù vẫn không ít khó khăn”.
