Eric Masterson may refer to:
The given name Eric, Erik, or Erick is derived from the Old Norse name Eiríkr (or Eríkr in Eastern Scandinavia due to monophthongization). The first element, ei- is derived either from the older Proto-Norse *aina(z) meaning "one" or "alone" or from Proto-Norse *aiwa(z) meaning "ever" or "eternal". The second element -ríkr derives either from *rík(a)z meaning "ruler" or "prince" (cf. Gothic reiks) or from an even older Proto-Germanic *ríkiaz which meant "powerful" and "rich". The name is thus usually taken to mean "one ruler", "autocrat", "eternal ruler" or "ever powerful", "warrior", and "government".
The most common spelling in Scandinavia is Erik. In Norway, another form of the name (which has kept the Old Norse diphthong) Eirik is also commonly used. In Finland, the form Erkki is also used. The modern Icelandic version is Eiríkur, while the modern Faroese version is Eirikur. Éric [eʁik] is used in French, and in Germany Eric, Erik and Erich are used.
Although the name was in use in Anglo-Saxon England, its use was reinforced by Scandinavian settlers arriving before the Norman Invasion. It was an uncommon name in England until the Middle Ages, when it gained popularity, and finally became a common name in the 19th century. This was partly because of the publishing of the novel Eric, or, Little by Little by Frederick William Farrar in 1858.
Julien Rose Baker (born September 1995) is an American singer-songwriter and guitarist from Memphis, Tennessee. She is part of the alternative rock band, Forrister, and is working on a solo career. Her debut studio album, Sprained Ankle, was well received in 2015. She is signed to 6131 Records.
Baker was born in Murfreesboro, Tennessee and grew up in Memphis with her mother and father. They attended church regularly and faith became important to her. She learned guitar by playing her father's when he wasn't practicing and played Fall Out Boy covers often. Her parents divorced but both supported her interest in punk music. She got her father to take her to punk shows in substance-free environments organized by Smith7 Records, a Memphis nonprofit organization.
She and Matthew Gilliam started an alternative rock band, Forrister (known as The Star Killers until 2015) in 2010. She is their singer and lead guitarist, Gilliam is their drummer, Alex Creech is their bassist, and Austin Howell is their rhythm guitarist. During Baker's performances with Forrister, she connected with musician Ryan Azada, who introduced her music to 6131 Records.
"Original Song" is the sixteenth episode of the second season of the American television series Glee, and the thirty-eighth episode overall. It was written by Ryan Murphy, directed by Bradley Buecker, and premiered on Fox in the United States on March 15, 2011. McKinley High's glee club, New Directions, decides to prepare original songs for the Regionals competition against the Dalton Academy Warblers, and Westvale High's Aural Intensity coached by Sue Sylvester (Jane Lynch). Blaine (Darren Criss) finally shows his affection for Kurt (Chris Colfer). Rachel (Lea Michele) tries to repair her relationship with Finn (Cory Monteith) and faces off with Quinn (Dianna Agron). New Directions wins the Midwest Regional Show Choir competition, advancing to the upcoming Nationals competition in New York City.
"Original Song" garnered mostly positive reception. Critics praised the interaction between Kurt and Blaine, as well as most of the original songs in the episode. Mark Perigard of the Boston Herald called it a "great" episode "filled with so many good moments". Cover versions of six songs were featured, including "Raise Your Glass" by Pink and "Blackbird" by The Beatles. The episode also featured an extensive selection of original songs, more so than any previous episode of Glee. The musical performances, cover versions, and original songs in the episode were met with generally positive reviews from critics. With the exception of "Jesus Is My Friend" and "Only Child", all songs were released as singles available for digital download.

If you're new, Subscribe! → http://bit.ly/Subscribe-to-Nicki-Swift The cast of That '70s Show might've been "all alright" in their on-screen smoke circles most of the time. But behind the scenes, there was a lingering haze of drama, some of which came to light in 2017 with disturbing allegations about star Danny Masterson during his time on the show. That got us wondering what else the cast might be sweeping under the rug. Of course, not all secrets are created equal. From the serious to the silly, here's a look at some of the other dark secrets the cast of That 70s Show tried to hide. Lyrics: This is harder than I thought I miss being where you are I moved back home for a while thought it'd be easier You brought sadness back in style now every autumn I think of you I rustled all that clinged Kept the dirty leaves on my feet You told me not to come Said it was along slow walk home to you Now my head is like a loft No furniture to rest my thoughts I've been sleeping on the tile thought it'd be easier You brought sadness back in style Now every fall I'm fallen off I rustled all that clinged Kept the dirty leaves on my feet You told me not to come Said it was along slow walk home to you Such a long walk home to you...
