LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS — Paula Jones was the woman who almost destroyed Bill Clinton's presidential career. 21 years later she speaks out again and warns against voting for Hillary Clinton in the coming Presidential Elections in 2016.
Back in 1991, a then 25-year-old Jones came into national light when she sued President Bill Clinton for sexual harassment that happened during a meet-and-greet in a hotel room in Arkansas.
Jones also does not believe that Hillary is not aware of her husband's philandering ways and the fact that she lied about it makes her unfit to run the country.

English/Nat
Just days after a judge threw out Paula Jones' sexual harassment case against President Clinton, representatives from both sides made the rounds on the American political talk shows.
The President's advisers and supporters claimed victory and stressed that the time is right for independent prosecutor Kenneth Starr to wrap up his investigation of Clinton.
Meanwhile, Paula Jones' adviser said she is still deciding whether to appeal against the dismissal of her lawsuit.
The President and First Lady appeared relaxed as they left church services hand-in-hand on Sunday.
They were no doubt giving thanks for a federal court decision last Wednesday to dismiss Paula Jones' lawsuit.
In an interview in the current affairs magazine Time which hits newsstands on Monday, Clinton said of the case, "if I were just a private citizen, Joe Six-Pack, I would have mixed feelings about getting a chance to disprove these allegations in court."
But he added, that as President, it is in the country's best interests to put the case behind him.
While Clinton was in church, his aides and supporters were putting the administration's spin on the week's events.
Adviser Rahm Emanuel declared the dismissal was a legal victory.
SOUNDBITE: (English)
"This was an absolute victory. There were five counts. Not one, not two, five were all dismissed. They were not worthy of the court. They were not worthy of the jury's time. The judge decided this was without merit, this case. This case began with politics and has ended that it was not worthy of the courtroom. In that sense, it's an absolute victory."
SUPER CAPTION: Rahm Emanuel, Clinton Adviser
It's still not clear whether Paula Jones will appeal the dismissal.
After a four year legal fight, her adviser says that would be the logical last step.
However, Susan Carpenter McMillan says Jones is still weighing her options.
SOUNDBITE: (English)
"We are leaning more toward an appeal. She's come this far. It would almost be silly not to, but of course we don't know. We have to figure out the human toll that it's going to take on her. We have to have the lawyers evaluate what the ruling said, what the chance of the circuit overturning it. I do not think this thing will go to the Supreme Court. If we do decide to appeal, I think the 8th Circuit Court of Appeals would probably be the last. But then again I'm not a lawyer so I don't know."
SUPER CAPTION: Susan Carpenter-McMillan, Paula Jones' Adviser
With the dramatic turn in the Jones case, Clinton's aides think independent prosecutor Kenneth Starr should also wrap up his lengthy investigation of the president.
And Americans seem to agree.
The latest Newsweek poll shows 57 percent of Americans say Starr should end his probe into whether or not Clinton had an affair with a former White House intern and asked her to lie about it.
38 percent say Starr should continue.
Republicans also think Starr should finish his work quickly so they can decide if the House should move forward on impeachment proceedings.
However, they blame the White House for causing the delays.
SOUNDBITE: (English)
"It's one thing to say wrap it up. It's another thing to do everything you can to stop him (Ken Starr) from wrapping it up, delaying it so they can say wrap it up. So sure, I think Ken Starr...nobody would like to get it wrapped up quicker than Ken Starr. But, he can't do it as long as he has to continue to make appeals, has to continue to fight frivolous motions, has to continue to fight really frivolous assertions of executive privilege and go on and on and on as to all the delays and stonewalling and obstructions that this administration has done."

President Bill Clinton and Paula Jones faced each other at a Washington law firm for a historic deposition.
The president answered questions under oath about Jones' claim that
he sexually propositioned her when he was governor of Arkansas seven years ago when she was a state employee.
Clinton is the first sitting president to testify as a defendant., and the nature of the case, sexual harassment, makes it even more significant.
Paula Jones' spokesperson Susan Carpenter McMillan left her client's hotel first telling reporters Jones is doing fine.
Then, it was Jones' turn..she got a taste of what was to come at her, getting into her taxi, not speaking to a handful of reporters.
Jones and her six lawyers were the first to arrive at the offices of Clinton's personal attorney on Saturday.
The president's accuser waded through an army of media and then paused briefly for photographers but did not answer reporters' questions.
This is the day Jones has been waiting for, according to published reports, to finally set the record straight.
The Jones' camp feels the president has labelled her 'white trash' and a lying 'bimbo.'
Clinton lawyer Robert Bennett has been the point man in the campaign to discredit Jones. He and the president rode together to the Washington lawyer's offices.
Clinton didn't wade through the media scrum like Jones did.
Saturday's "Washington Post" reported that Clinton intends to deny he sexually harassed Jones and will repeat his assertion that he does not remember meeting her.
Even so, the report says he won't contest a state trooper's contention that he brought Jones to Clinton's hotel suite.

English/Nat
Paula Jones, the woman who claims she was once harassed for sex by United States President Bill Clinton, has arrived in Washington for the next step in her legal fight against him.
Mr Clinton will make history on Saturday when he's required to make a video-taped deposition for the case - the first in which a U.S. president has had to testify as a defendant.
Mr Clinton is said not to be impressed by the distinction. Miss Jones meanwhile says she's happy she's having her day in court seven years after the alleged offence.
Paula Jones' claim to fame is that she was propositioned by a President.
It's an accusation U-S President Bill Clinton vigorously denies, but it's a claim that won't go away.
And on Friday it arrived on the doorstep of the White House when a nervous Miss Jones arrived in Washington for the next chapter of her long-running case.
She's alleging that in 1991, Mr Clinton, the then Governor of Arkansas, propositioned her in a hotel room in Little Rock.
Mr Clinton is denying the claim and earlier this week told a reporter that the case would not be settled out of court.
Miss Jones is now almost as famous as the man she accuses of pressuring her for sex.
She had no comment on her arrival in the capital after a flight from her home near Los Angeles, but her spokeswoman said Jones was very proud to be an Amercian citizen.
Mr Clinton was also communicating through an intermediary, two days before sitting down before a camera in his lawyers office and providing a video-taped deposition.
At a press briefing at the White House on Friday ahead of the deposition, spokesman Mike McCurry conceded the case had had some impact on Clinton's schedule.
SOUNDBITE: (English)
"It has some impact and it is a distraction but it is not a burdensome distraction."
SUPER CAPTION: Mike McCurry, Clinton's Spokesman
At the time the briefing took place Clinton had not yet met his lawyers but he had planned a meeting with them before the deposition.
SOUNDBITE: (English)
"He hasn't yet but he will spend some time with them today before he goes off."
SUPER CAPTION: Mike McCurry, Clinton's Spokesman
McCurry told the press that the President was not looking forward to the testimony, but it had to be done.
SOUNDBITE: (English)
"I think he is just going to go and do it. I think that it is safe to assume that there are other things that he would do on a Saturday but he will do it and recognises that he must do it and he will get it done."
SUPER CAPTION: Mike McCurry, Clinton's Spokesman
When questioned on whether the President felt the deposition was the last thing he would need to do regarding the case, McCurry was vague with his answer.
SOUNDBITE: (English)
"Who knows and I don't know and I don't want to comment beyond what I have just said."
SUPER CAPTION: Mike McCurry, Clinton's Spokesman
The case is scheduled for trial in May.
A spokeswoman for Jones said the President's deposition showed that the little girl from Arkansas is not excluded under the lady of justice.

When questioned on whether the President felt the deposition was the last thing he would need to do regarding the case, McCurry was vague with his answer.

The case is scheduled for trial in May.

Bill Clinton and his sex-harassment accuser Paula Jones met face-to-face Saturday (17/01) as the president arrived at his lawyer's office to make a sworn deposition in the case. Clinton arrived in his motorcade and entered the building through the parking entrance, making no comment to reporters, moments after Jones walked through the front entrance. The deposition is believed to be the first time a sitting president has been called to testify in a civil court proceeding. In the deposition expected to last several hours, Clinton was expected to be asked about Jones' charges that he propositioned her at an Arkansas hotel in 1991, while he was governor of the state and she was a state employee. A trial date has been set for May 26 in Little Rock, Arkansas.
Jones is claiming two million dollars in damages for sexual harrassment suit and violation of her civil rights.

She brought it for her family, her friends, her acquaintances so that they would know the real truth. She always knew that they would believe her but it was very frustrating, as I said earlier, for her to open up a magazine and see the kinds of things that were said about her. Paula hasn't really cared what the rest of the country thinks. Paula has to be worried about what twelve jurors in Little Rock, Arkansas, are going to think and I think that is the most important thing";

English/Nat
The legal battle between Paula Jones and U-S President Bill Clinton has shifted to a federal appeals court in St. Paul, Minnesota.
Jones' lawyers want the court to reinstate her sex harassment suit against Clinton.
Settlement discussions between the two sides had continued through the night on the eve of the trial's start.
Police blocked off the entrance to the federal appeals court in St. Paul, Minnesota, the scene of the next chapter in the Bill Clinton - Paula Jones saga.
Her lawyers are trying to persuade the federal court to overturn the case's dismissal by U-S District Judge Susan Webber Wright.
That judge ruled on April 1 that Jones couldn't prove key elements of a sexual harassment claim against the president and threw out the case.
But a lawyer for Jones, Paul Whitehead, says events since then - most importantly allegations of perjury against the president stemming from the case and an impeachment inquiry against him - have changed the atmosphere.
SOUNDBITE: (English)
"About six months ago it was, 'he said, she said', between Paula Jones and Bill Clinton. Now there are a number of women and the President's admitted to two so-called sexual dalliances with Monica Lewinsky and all the Starr report stuff adds a lot of credibility to Paula Jones. So the judges today, obviously, hearing this case have to take it very seriously."
SUPER CAPTION: Paul Whitehead, Attorney for Paula Jones
Jones contends that she suffered a "hostile work environment" as an Arkansas state clerk in 1991 who claims she had rejected a sexual advance from then-Governor Clinton.
But the judge who dismissed the case in April ruled that even if Clinton made a "boorish and offensive" sexual advance, Jones was unable to demonstrate that she suffered a "tangible job detriment" in the way of being denied promotions or raises.
Whitehead said it is obvious Paula Jones would feel intimidated, given Clinton's alleged treatment of her.
SOUNDBITE: (English)
"The President stroked her twice, tried to kiss her, exposed himself, asked for oral sex and when - this is three or four times she said, 'No', - he started stroking his genitals, and then blocked the door for her leaving. Now, that to us is not boorish and offensive and people forget also that several times after that he touched her again, he touched her in the Rotunda Building once, put his arm around her and intimidated her. So this, the trooper Danny Ferguson approached her and said, 'Hillary's out of town, Bill would like your telephone number.' Those things really intimidated Paula Jones so there's more to it than just this one simple act that's been alleged."
SUPER CAPTION: Paul Whitehead, Attorney for Paula Jones
A marathon round of settlement talks have made it clear that a deal is complicated, given the political implications for the White House.
Another complication has been the competing interests within the Jones camp itself.
Those interests include Jones' Dallas-based lawyers, a husband and wife team of California advisers, and Jones' former attorneys., Joseph Cammarata and Gilbert Davis.
Cammarata and Davis have instituted claims for eight hundred thousand U-S dollars as compensation for their work.
Davis was attending today's hearing in his own interests and said
the court may find some merits in the case.
SOUNDBITE: (English)
"And we'll see what this court says, but I believe that a jury could find that assault with a friendly weapon, as happened in this case, is probably beyond the bounds of civilised conduct."
SUPER CAPTION: Gilbert Davis, Former Attorney for Paula Jones
White House spokesman Joe Lockhart had little to say about the Jones case at his daily briefing.

English/Nat
A day after President Bill Clinton gave his deposition in the Paula Jones sexual harassment suit, one of Jones' lawyers said the case "is on the train to trial".
Supporters of both Clinton and Jones' hit the Sunday morning talk shows to put their spin on events.
There was little of substance they could say due to a gag order, so they had to be content giving critical assessments of the other party's character.
Democratic strategist James Carville grumbled the case was about "money, money, money".
While Jones' spokeswoman charged the president has "a zipper problem".
President Bill Clinton strove for normalcy Sunday.
He and Hillary Clinton smiled and held hands as they left a church service.
Meanwhile, aides and supporters scrambled to keep to a minimum the damage from his historic testimony in the Paula Jones sex harassment case.
A day earlier, Clinton got the dubious honour of becoming the first sitting president to testify under oath as a defendant in a case.
Sources speaking to The Associated Press on condition of anonymity said that Clinton swore he did not recall meeting Jones and denied claims that he exposed himself to her in 1991 and asked for oral sex.
There was no official word of substance on the deposition, attorneys on both sides have insisted they will abide by a judge's gag order.
However, that didn't stop supporters for both parties from appearing on morning talks shows in Washington D-C.
When asked about Saturday's events, Jones' spokeswoman would only compare Jones' evening to that of the president and leave journalists to draw their own conclusions.
SOUNDBITE: "I can only say that I found it very symbolic that we all went out and had dinner last night and I was told later in the evening that the president had dinner plans with another couple. He and Hillary were going out to dinner with two friends of theirs and they suddenly cancelled their dinner reservations."
SUPER CAPTION: Susan Carpenter McMillan, Jones' Spokeswoman.
Meanwhile, one of Jones' lawyers says the lawsuit is "on the train to trial".
However, David Pyke said that a settlement has not been ruled out - though Jones rejected a previous offer to settle.
SOUNDBITE: "We ethically will pursue settlement. Any offer that the president would bring to our client, we would discuss that with her and strongly consider it if it was in her best interest. And, that's what we would always do, what we do with every case, and what we'll do here."
SUPER CAPTION: David Pyke, Jones' Attorney
Clinton friend and former campaign advisor James Carville grumbled that the lawsuit is a case of political revenge from the far right.
The conservative think tank, the Rutherford Institute, is picking up the tab for Jones' legal bills.
Carville also said the suit stems from Jones' desire for "money, money and more money".
SOUNDBITE: "What I said...excuse me..what I said was it was about money, and I said that from day one. I said it the day the lawsuit was filed, and guess what? I'm right. That's all it's about, and people see that. That's why she has no credibility with the American people. I can't go anywhere without people saying that."
SUPER CAPTION: James Carville, Democratic Strategist
But Carpenter McMillan insists that a number of Americans are on Jones' side.
And, that it's the president's appetites that should be called into question.
SOUNDBITE: "I think at the end of the day that the American public should understand that the president has a zipper problem."
SUPER CAPTION: Susan Carpenter McMillan
Clinton denies her charges.
Barring a settlement, the case will go to trial May 27th.

English/Nat
Paula Jones' lawyers have informed her that they will soon be abandoning her sexual harassment case against President Clinton.
Adjusting their settlement demand to 950-thousand U-S dollars the lawyers made one more attempt at putting the lawsuit to rest today.
This turn of events strengthens President Bill Clinton's defense against Jones.
The news comes right on the heels of a good showing by the Democrats in last Tuesday elections, and may finally put an end to Clinton's scandalous legal battles.
It used to be happier times for Paula Jones.
She was all smiles last week when real estate investor Abe Hirschfeld turned over a check for a million dollars to Jones -- the woman who sued United States President Bill Clinton for sexual harassment.
Clinton denies Jones' contention that he made an unwelcome sexual advance in 1991 while governor of Arkansas and caused her to suffer harassment in her state job after she rejected his overture.
The million-dollar cheque was an effort on Hirschfeld's part to help encourage a settlement in the Jones case, for what he says is the good of the country.
Hirschfeld had made the offer previously to pay a million U-S dollars to settle the lawsuit, but the Jones camp had said they would need more money from Clinton himself.
But in an new development on Thursday, Jones' lawyers decided to give up her case.
David Pyke, one of Mrs. Jones' Dallas-based lawyers, said today
his firm has sent her a letter informing her that their representation would last only through the appeal of her dismissed lawsuit.
She was notified that if the case went on, she was going to need new counsel.
Bill McMillan, a California attorney close to Mrs. Jones and her
family, said she was perturbed that her lawyers were airing the
matter in the press.
He said Jones was very upset at the turn of events but plans to push on.
SOUNDBITE: (English)
" I have spoken to her many times in the last several days and she is very down right now. She is very upset. She was euphoric at the time. She thought that hopefully this whole thing would be put behind her. Then Mr Hirschfeld didn't some through on Monday. Then later on that same day- maybe it was Tuesday but I believe it was Monday- she got the letters from the lawyers. So there's been a lot of highs and lows in Paula's life recently."
SUPER CAPTION: William McMillan, advisor to Jones
On Thursday, Pyke's team telephoned Clinton's attorney Robert
Bennett and offered to settle the case for a flat 950- thousand U-S dollars.
Bennett responded that he would have to check with his client.
McMillan said he'll keep on fighting to get Jones the money she deserves.
SOUNDBITE: (English)
"Last week Paula was very much assured of the probability of receiving quite a nice sum of money particularly with respect to Abe Hirschfeld. That is now less likely. With respect to the White House -right now its in a whole pattern. Maybe something will happen in a few days. But its my job to make sure Paula Jones does receive adequate compensation."
SUPER CAPTION: William McMillan, advisor to Jones
Jones' other advisor, Susan Carpenter-McMillan, wife of William McMillan, is always by her side when Jones makes her rare public appearances.
Although the McMillans are loyal, they know this is not the first time Jones has lost her legal team.
Last October, her previous lawyers stopped representing her after
disputes over settling the case.
One of those lawyers was Joseph Cammarata.
Cammarata is seeking an 800-thousand U-S dollar fee on any settlement as payment for his work.
He says that although Jones is in trouble now, she still has a good chance to strengthen her case.

She was the woman who almost brought down the president, with her allegations of sexual harassment.
But 21 years after Paula Jones accused Bill Clinton of lurid behavior, she is speaking out against Hillary and insisting that his wife is not fit to be President either - because of her husband's history of bad behavior.
'There is no way that she did not know what was going on, that women were being abused and accosted by her husband,' she says. 'They have both lied.'
Jones, 48, became a national figure when in 1994 she sued President Clinton for sexual harassment after an incident in an Arkansas hotel room three years earlier.
