LSU coach Ed Orgeron talks to the media after the Tigers 10-0 loss to Alabama.
Top-ranked Alabama is in the driver seat to make a return trip to the College Football Playoff, and possibly repeat as national champions. The Tigers (5-2, 3-1 Southeastern Conference) fired head coach Les Miles after a 2-2 start, but they are 3-0 under Ed Orgeron, and they are No. 13 in the first CFP rankings. They can tighten the race in the SEC West if they can upset the top-ranked Crimson Tide (8-0, 5-0). The key to this game will be whether Alabama can slow down Fournette like they did last year. The LSU star back is coming off a career game and he is the healthiest he has been all season. Look for Fournette to improve on last year's performance and make this a close one for the Tigers. At the end though, Bama and Jalen Hurts make enough plays to continue on their College Football Pla...

Sport or sports are all forms of usually competitive physical activity or games which, through casual or organised participation, aim to use, maintain or improve physical ability and skills while providing enjoyment to participants, and in some cases, entertainment for spectators. Usually the contest or game is between two sides, each attempting to exceed the other. Some sports allow a tie game; others provide tie-breaking methods, to ensure one winner and one loser. A number of such two-sided contests may be arranged in a tournament producing a champion. Many sports leagues make an annual champion by arranging games in a regular sports season, followed in some cases by playoffs. Hundreds of sports exist, from those between single contestants, through to those with hundreds of simultaneous...

In arguably the best and most meaningful rivalry of the 21st century, the Alabama Crimson Tide and LSU Tigers renew their vows of hatred toward each other in the temple known as Death Valley. This, however, will be the first such battle for Tiger interim head coach Ed Orgeron, who assumed the position after Les Miles was fired. Nick Saban has built a dynasty at Alabama and while plenty of Houndstooth clad fans will be rooting for them to defend their #1 ranking, plenty of others will be rooting against the Tide. Jalen Hurts has been incredible for the Tide offense but their defense is downright scary so sit back, lock in your belt loops and enjoy some good ol' hard hitting hatred on Saturday night from Baton Rouge.
