Hi, I’m Sunny and I wanted to share my body transformation with you. I was one of the first people to test the Freeletics Running app and as you can see, in 20 weeks I lost 14kg / 31lbs and 3 dress sizes! When I started working full time I was always too tired and lazy to do sport or cook healthy foods. So before I realised it, I had put on a lot of weight. I wasn’t happy with myself anymore and wanted to hide away. So I looked for something new to challenge me - because if it doesn’t challenge you, it doesn’t change you!!
I never really did much running before - I did Freeletics bodyweight the year before but I felt too unfit to do that again. I didn’t think running would be that hard. But at the beginning I was wrong. I didn’t know how unfit I had become! I had to fight through the running workouts my app coach gave me and after the intervals I sometimes felt like I was dying... But I didn’t stop because I really wanted to get in shape again!
So I kept running. Even in gross weather. The coach gave me lots of different workouts and distances to run, so I did. And after a while I got better and faster! I was really happy, but then I injured myself and couldn’t run anymore. I thought all my work was going to be for nothing and I got really demotivated.....
But after a few weeks I could run again, so I kept going. And that was when I saw changes. The pounds started really dropping and I got better and faster!! It was so motivating! It’s awesome to get your confidence back and feel good at a sport after feeling bad about your body for so long!!!
I ran 3 - 4 times a week. Sometimes alone and sometimes with a group. I actually made some really cool girlfriends on my journey and I’m really happy I met them because they helped me to keep going.
It was tough, but for me it was worth it! I’m really proud that this time, I didn’t give up. I really love my “new” body and I didn’t think I could transform so much by running. I feel really fit, confident and happy. And I still love to run, because it clears my head and makes me feel good. So try it! Anyone can run. Even if you start slow like me - anything can happen if you keep going! If I can do it, so can you!! Just believe in yourself!
I hope I can inspire some of you to start your own transformations!!

Week
A week is a time unit equal to seven days. It is the standard time period used for cycles of work days and rest days in most parts of the world, mostly alongside (but not strictly part of) the Gregorian calendar.

Hi, I’m Sunny and I wanted to share my body transformation with you. I was one of the first people to test the Freeletics Running app and as you can see, in 20 weeks I lost 14kg / 31lbs and 3 dress sizes! When I started working full time I was always too tired and lazy to do sport or cook healthy foods. So before I realised it, I had put on a lot of weight. I wasn’t happy with myself anymore and wanted to hide away. So I looked for something new to challenge me - because if it doesn’t challenge you, it doesn’t change you!!
I never really did much running before - I did Freeletics bodyweight the year before but I felt too unfit to do that again. I didn’t think running would be that hard. But at the beginning I was wrong. I didn’t know how unfit I had become! I had to fight through the running workouts my app coach gave me and after the intervals I sometimes felt like I was dying... But I didn’t stop because I really wanted to get in shape again!
So I kept running. Even in gross weather. The coach gave me lots of different workouts and distances to run, so I did. And after a while I got better and faster! I was really happy, but then I injured myself and couldn’t run anymore. I thought all my work was going to be for nothing and I got really demotivated.....
But after a few weeks I could run again, so I kept going. And that was when I saw changes. The pounds started really dropping and I got better and faster!! It was so motivating! It’s awesome to get your confidence back and feel good at a sport after feeling bad about your body for so long!!!
I ran 3 - 4 times a week. Sometimes alone and sometimes with a group. I actually made some really cool girlfriends on my journey and I’m really happy I met them because they helped me to keep going.
It was tough, but for me it was worth it! I’m really proud that this time, I didn’t give up. I really love my “new” body and I didn’t think I could transform so much by running. I feel really fit, confident and happy. And I still love to run, because it clears my head and makes me feel good. So try it! Anyone can run. Even if you start slow like me - anything can happen if you keep going! If I can do it, so can you!! Just believe in yourself!
I hope I can inspire some of you to start your own transformations!!

Nick Kyrgios has been banned from the ATP Tour for eight weeks as a result of his conduct at the Shanghai Masters tournament last week.
Australian Nick Kyrgios has been banned for eight weeks and fined $25,000 (£20,560) by the ATP for his behaviour - including "lack of best efforts" - in last week's Shanghai Masters.
The 21-year-old patted the ball over the net several times when serving in his 6-3 6-1 defeat by Mischa Zverev.
Kyrgios was suspended for eight weeks by the ATP on Monday but the organisation said it would cut the ban to three weeks if the player agreed to work with a sports psychologist.
Tennis Australia later said that the 21-year-old had agreed to accept that proposal in which case he will be eligible to play again on November 7.

United States Air Force Basic Military Training (also known as BMT or boot camp) is an eight-and-a-half-week rigorous program of physical and mental training required in order for an individual to become an Airman in the United States Air Force, United States Air Force Reserve, or Air National Guard. It is carried out at Lackland Air Force Base in San Antonio, Texas.
Lackland Air Force Base conducts the Air Force's only enlisted recruit training program, ensuring orderly transition from civilian to military life. Recruits are trained in the fundamental skills necessary to be successful in an Expeditionary Air Force. This includes basic war skills, military discipline, physical fitness, drill and ceremonies, Air Force core values and a comprehensive range of subjects relating to Air Force life.
More than 7 million young men and women have entered Air Force basic military training since 4 Feb 1946, when the training mission was moved to Lackland from Harlingen Air Force Base in Harlingen, Texas. Throughout its history, Lackland's BMT program has changed in many ways to meet the operational needs of the Air Force. Yet, recent updates in the curriculum are some of the most significant in its more than 60-year history, with every aspect of the program overhauled.

In 2011 it was revealed that a number of military training instructors engaged in inappropriate and illegal sexual relationships and advances against dozens of female trainees. The scandal led seventy-seven Congressional representatives to call for a hearing to investigate the incident.
Military Training Instructors or MTIs are the instructors that are responsible for most of the training that takes place in BMT. They accompany trainees throughout the training process, instructing and correcting them in everything from correct procedures for firing a weapon to the correct way to speak to a superior. They are known for their campaign covers typically called "Smokey the Bear" or "Smokey" hats. Unlike the Marine Corps Drill Instructors and Army Drill Sergeants, Training Instructor hats are a dark blue, instead of the well known brown.
