Lord Hater is the most powerful villain in the universe with Commander Peepers serving as his second in command and leader of the Watchdog Army.

April Winchell
April Winchell Foley (born January 4, 1960) is an American actor, writer, talk radio host, commentator, voice actor, and comedian.
Winchell is the daughter of Paul Winchell.
Early life
Winchell was born April Terri Winchell in New York City, New York on January 4, 1960.
Career
Acting
Winchell's current projects include the role of Sylvia in Wander Over Yonder, a Disney animated series featuring Jack McBrayer in the title role. Created by The Powerpuff Girls producers Craig McCracken and Lauren Faust, the show chronicles the adventures of "Wander" and his trusty (and cynical) steed Sylvia, as they travel the universe. The program premiered on the Disney Channel in September 2013.
As a voice actor, she has been heard in hundreds of animated television programs, such as Goof Troop (Peg Pete), Robot and Monster, Phineas & Ferb, Pucca, Kim Possible, Recess, Disney's House of Mouse and Mickey Mouse Clubhouse (as Clarabelle Cow), Bonkers (as Lucky's wife, Dyl Piquel), Pepper Ann (as Pepper Ann's mom, Lydia Pearson),The Legend of Tarzan (taking over for Rosie O'Donnell as Terk) and 101 Dalmatians: The Series (as Cruella De Vil), SWAT Kats: The Radical Squadron (as Molly Mange). She has also voiced roles in numerous films, including Antz, Who Framed Roger Rabbit,Monsters University and Rob Zombie's The Haunted World of El Superbeasto, and Kids from Room 402 (as Miss Gracie Graves the School teacher, along with a number of other characters that appear on the show). Winchell portrayed the "Glendale Federal Bank" lady – a cranky, cynical customer mollified by the service at her new bank – in a series of highly successful radio commercials, which Winchell wrote and directed herself. The commercials caught the attention of Roseanne, who hired her as a writer on her eponymous sitcom. She was also tested for the part of Regan in the Exorcist until she fell ill and was taken out of consideration.

Jack McBrayer
Jack McBrayer (born May 27, 1973) is an American comedic actor, noted for his absurdly cheerful, overly polite and almost childlike persona, who gained national exposure for his characters on Late Night with Conan O'Brien. He is known for portraying Kenneth Parcell on the television series 30 Rock, a role for which he received an Emmy nomination in 2009 at the 61st Primetime Emmy Awards. He currently stars in the Adult Swim series The Jack and Triumph Show as a fictionalized version of himself, in the television show The Middle and in the Disney XD original series Wander Over Yonder, voicing the title character Wander. He is also notable for voicing Fix-It-Felix Jr. in the Disney animated film Wreck-It Ralph.
Life and career
McBrayer was born in Macon, Georgia, and moved to Conyers, Georgia when he was 15. He studied theater administration at the University of Evansville, worked at The Second City and IO Theater (1995–2002), an experience that introduced him to 30 Rock creator Tina Fey and prepared him "100%" for his role on her show.

Wander Over Yonder
Wander Over Yonder is an American animated comedy television series produced by Disney Television Animation for Disney Channel and now Disney XD. The series previewed on August 16, 2013, and officially premiered on September 13, 2013.
The series premiered on Disney XD, on December 9, 2013, with its own week titled Winter Wander What?! Week.
The show's creator and executive producer is Craig McCracken. His wife Lauren Faust served as developer of the series, and also a co-producer and story editor of Season 1.Sam Riegel serves as the voice director of the series.
On February 16, 2014, it was announced that Wander Over Yonder premieres will leave Disney Channel, and move to Disney XD starting in Spring 2014, similar with what happened with most of Phineas and Ferb's second season. As of July 2014, the series airs new episodes on Disney Channel, as part of Disney XD on Disney Channel.
On June 23, 2014, Disney announced that Wander Over Yonder had been renewed for a second season. Noelle Stevenson will join the writing team for the second season. McCracken stated via Twitter that a second season should start airing sometime in 2015.

Liza Minnelli
Liza May Minnelli (pronunciation: /ˈlaɪzə mɪˈnɛli/, born March 12, 1946) is an American actress and singer best known for her portrayal of Sally Bowles in the 1972 musical film Cabaret which won her an Academy Award for Best Actress.
The daughter of film actress and singer Judy Garland (1922–1969) and film director Vincente Minnelli (1903–1986), Liza Minnelli started her career while in her teens as a musical theatre actress and nightclub performer in New York City. In 1965, she made her Broadway debut in the musical Flora the Red Menace and was awarded the Tony Award for best actress in a musical (at 19, the youngest actress in Broadway history to win the honor). Critically lauded for her dramatic performance in the film The Sterile Cuckoo (1969), she rose to international stardom with Cabaret and the Emmy Award-winning TV special Liza with a Z (1972). Many of her following film projects got mixed reviews and failed commercially, until the 1981 comedy Arthur. She successfully returned to Broadway stage starring in the musical The Act in 1977. Known today as a pop standard singer, she recorded contemporary singer-songwriter material through the late 1960s and 1970s.

Above is a video of some of history's greatest voice actors and some new bloods, featuring: Mark Evanier, Matthew Mercer, Debi Derryberry, April Winchell, Steve Blum, Jim Ward, Jack Angel, and Chuck McCann. I'm warning you now, it's filmed on a small digital camera, I had to hold it so it's shaky, and I happened to be seated next to a hyena who cackled after every line. Essentially, it was a really great game. Each voice actor had to go through a script of Snow White on the spot! They then had to use different voices for many of the lines. Maybe you had to be there...still!

Named television's most versatile performer by Look magazine in 1952 and 1953.
Attended Columbia University, then studied and practiced acupuncture and hypnosis, the latter of which he used on his son Stacy when he underwent a tonsillectomy.
Held patents on over 30 devices, a flameless cigarette lighter, an invisible garter belt, a method of breeding Tilapia fish so that poorer countries could feed their citizens, and an indicator to show when frozen food had gone bad after a power outage. As for his major achievement, the artificial heart, which he built in 1963, was donated to the University of Utah for research. The first implant on a human happened in 1982.Paul Winchell invented the disposable razor which he neglected to get a patent on. when friends told him "Who would buy a razor just to throw it away?" Paul abandoned the idea, later to Winch's dismay, a major razor company proved Paul was right!
Started his career with a puppet named Terry in 1936 on radio's "Major Bowes Original Amateur Hour," and earned first prize. When Paul was not satisfied with the figure that Frank Marshall had carved for him, It looked like Paul, he created Jerry Mahoney by modifying a stock figure (Noseyboy) from the Frank Marshall's line of dummies. His dim-witted Knucklehead Smiff puppet debuted in 1950 on TV's "The Spiedel Show," which was later renamed "What's My Name?" was a Jerry Mahoney that "Winch" later modified himself.
Became the voice for Tigger in 1968 for the Walt Disney Company's Winnie the Pooh and the Blustery Day (1968) which earned an Academy Award for best animated short. He retired the vocal role after 33 years with "Winnie the Pooh: Seasons of Giving" in 1999 at the age of 76. Jim Cummings, who voiced Pooh since the death of Sterling Holloway, took over the role of Tigger.
Earned a 1974 Grammy award for Best Children's Recording with "The Most Wonderful Things About Tiggers" from the feature Winnie the Pooh and Tigger Too (1974). He was also nominated for an Annie award for the animated feature Pooh's Grand Adventure: The Search for Christopher Robin (1997) (V).
Credits his British born third wife Jean who came up with Tigger's signature phrase "TTFN," or "Ta-ta-for now."
Other famous cartoon voices over the years included Gargamel in "The Smurfs," the mustache-twirling Dick Dastardly of "Dastardly and Muttley in Their Flying Machines" (1969) and Boomer in The Fox and the Hound (1981).
Published the book "Ventriloquism for Fun and Profit" in 1954.
He won a $17.8-million jury verdict in his lawsuit against Metromedia Inc. over Metromedia's destruction of the only remaining tapes of his "Winchell-Mahoney Time" (1965) children's television series. Metromedia, which produced the show from 1964 to 1968, erased the 288 tapes in a dispute with Winchell over the syndication rights.
Died one day before the death of John Fiedler, who was the voice of Piglet in the animated Winnie the Pooh specials and films.
Recounts, in his autobiography, "Winch", about overcoming a severe childhood stutter, and tells about being severely abused by his mother. He had horrendous relationships with all of his children, according to his daughter, April Winchell, as told on her website (www.aprilwinchell.com) and book.
Was the voice for the "scrubbing bubbles" mascot for Dow Bathroom Cleaner, and after Dow sold its consumer products line to S.C. Johnson, the product was renamed to Scrubbing Bubbles.
