This is an excerpt from Prince's 20TEN Tour. It was shot July 10,2010 in Werchterpark, Werchter, Belgium. The song is one you should recognize as it was originally recorded by Sarah McLachlan. Shelby Johnson who was a background vocalist on the tour sings lead, and Elisa Dease and Liv Warfield are singing backup. This video isn't that great (I didn't shoot it). It's shakey, and most of the time you are looking at the back of the heads of people standing in front of the videographer. The rest of the time, the camera is focused on the big screens in the venue allowing you to see a little of what was going on.. The audio is really good though. Shelby takes us to church with her rendition of this song. It's very moving and will have you swaying in your seat. So glad I found this gem. I wish she would actually record this in the studio. I know it would do well. It's also fitting as we lost Prince in April. I imagine he is now in the arms of an angel. Thank you Prince for all the great music and awesome performances. You were a legendary musician and there will never be another like you. RIP

QUESTION OF THE WEEK:
Q: Andrew, I am a beginner guitarist and I've had somewhat of a bad start. My first teacher didn't teach me a thing. He would just sit there telling me how cool his band was and how they had all of these great gigs. I didn't even take out my guitar once! He asked me to buy a book, but we never even opened it in class. This can't be typical; can you explain how you started and what your early experiences were? Also, is there a good modern study method you'd recommend? Karen -- Los Angeles, CA.

20Ten
20Ten is the thirty-fifth studio album by American recording artist Prince. It was released on July 10, 2010 by NPG Records as a free covermount with the Daily Mirror and Daily Record in the UK and Ireland, and Het Nieuwsblad and De Gentenaar in Belgium. It was also released on July 22, 2010, with Rolling Stone magazine in Germany, and Courrier International in France.
The album was produced, arranged, composed, and performed by Prince at Paisley Park Studios in Minneapolis, Minnesota. It is his thirty-third studio album released in the UK.20Ten contains musical elements of funk, pop, rock, and soul music. Some names of the tracks from the album were revealed as clues in Prince's song "Cause and Effect" which was released to radio earlier in 2010.
Release
Prince revealed the name of the album when receiving a lifetime achievement award at the 2010 BET Awards in June 2010. He stated to the Daily Mirror that he chose the title because, "I just think it's a year that really matters. These are very trying times." He considered the album a personal diary of the year. Prince made arrangements to release 20Ten exclusively as a free CD add-on to European newspapers on July 10, 2010, including the UK's Daily Mirror, Scotland's Daily Record, and Belgium's Het Nieuwsblad, and on July 22, 2010, in France's Courrier International and the German edition of Rolling Stone.

Real estate
Real estate is "property consisting of land and the buildings on it, along with its natural resources such as crops, minerals, or water; immovable property of this nature; an interest vested in this (also) an item of real property; (more generally) buildings or housing in general. Also: the business of real estate; the profession of buying, selling, or renting land, buildings or housing."
It is a legal term used in jurisdictions such as the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, India, Australia, and New Zealand.
Residential real estate
Residential real estate is a type of property, containing either a single family or multifamily structure, that is available for occupation for non-business purposes.
Residences can be classified by, if, and how they are connected to neighbouring residences and land. Different types of housing tenure can be used for the same physical type. For example, connected residents might be owned by a single entity and leased out, or owned separately with an agreement covering the relationship between units and common areas and concerns.
