Millson has a stepson, Buster, from Potts' first's marriage to actor Tony Denman.
Financial Times critic in May 2006: "I have seen actors from Alan Bates to Matthew Macfadyen play Shakespeare’s Benedick, but Joseph Millson’s performance in the new RSC production strikes me as definitive. Handsome in voice and in person, he can carry the audience on his roar and draw it into his hush. The elements of wit, anger and vulnerability are thrillingly mixed in this actor".

Please enjoy and subscribe too. Thanks! Byron, Keats and Shelley lived short lives, but the radical way they lived them would change the world. At 19, Shelley wrote The Necessity of Atheism - it was banned and burned, but it freed the Romantics from religion. Through their search for meaning in a world without God, they pioneered the notions of free love, celebrity and secular idolatry that are at the centre of modern Western culture. For them poetry became the new religion, a way of reaching eternity. Their words are brought to life by Nicholas Shaw, Blake Ritson and Joseph Millson.

I can't let you cry
Cry alone
Cry all by yourself
I can't let you down
Let you fall
Let you walk away
So make me understand
Don't pretend
I'm not another helping hand
Talk to me
Make me feel
Feel what you're feeling
Chorus:
Lay down your head on my shoulder
I'll help you forget,
Share your fear
Yes I'll bleed when you're bleeding
I'll know your pain
I can't see your face
See your eyes
See what you're hiding
I can't live my life
Peacefully
Knowing that you need me
So make me understand
Don't pretend
I'm not another helping hand
Talk to me
Make me feel
Feel what you're feeling
Chorus:
Lay down your head on my shoulder
I'll help you forget,
Share your fear
Yes I'll bleed when you're bleeding
I'll know your pain
And when you're on your knees praying
I'll be praying there with you
When you're begging for mercy
I'll begging beside you X2
Talk to me
Make me feel
