An Off-Broadway theatre is a professional venue in New York City with a seating capacity between 100 and 499. These theatres are smaller than Broadway theatres, but generally larger than Off-Off-Broadway theatres.
An "Off-Broadway production" is a production of a play, musical or revue that appears in such a venue and adheres to related trade union and other contracts.
Originally referring to the location of a venue and its productions on a street intersecting Broadway in Manhattan's Theater District, the hub of the theatre industry in New York, the term later became defined by the League of Off-Broadway Theatres and Producers as a professional venue in New York City with a seating capacity between 100 and 499, or a specific production that appears in such a venue, and which adheres to related trade union and other contracts.
Previously, regardless of the size of the venue, a theatre was not considered Off-Broadway if it was within the "Broadway Box" (extending from 40th to 54th Street, and from west of Sixth Avenue to east of Eighth Avenue, and including Times Square and 42nd Street). The contractual definition changed this to encompass theatres meeting the standard, which is beneficial to these theatres because of the lower minimum required salary for Actors' Equity performers at Off-Broadway theatres as compared with the salary requirements of the union for Broadway theatres.<ref name=Actors' Equity Web Site>"Actors' Equity". In Time is a 2011 American dystopian science fiction action thriller film written, directed, and produced by Andrew Niccol and starring Justin Timberlake, Amanda Seyfried and Cillian Murphy that takes place in a society where people stop aging at 25 and each has a clock on their arm that counts down how long they have to live. The film was released on October 28, 2011.
In 2169, people are genetically engineered with perfect health and appearance. Each has a digital clock on their forearm; when they turn 25, they stop aging and their clock begins counting down from 1 year. When the clock reaches zero, that person "times out" and dies. Time has become the universal currency; it is used to pay for daily expenses and can be transferred between people or "time capsules" - the equivalent of wallets. The country has been divided into "time zones" based on the wealth of the population. The film focuses on two specific zones: Dayton - a poor manufacturing area where people generally have 24 hours or less on their clock at any given time - and New Greenwich - the wealthiest time zone, where people have enough time on their clock to live for centuries.

A snowy night at the "Off Broadway" Christmas show at Fitzgeral's in Berwyn Illinois. If you listen and you crank up the sound a little, you can hear the audience singing along. That real live sound. Also listen for the clink of the bear bottles going into the trash can, right in front of me. Otherwise, not too bad a shoot. Thanx Cliff for letting me shoot this an put it out there for you.
Everyday when you turn away from your world, boy
You're ignoring your life and, oh, what a shame, boy?
Stay in time boy, don't get out of line, boy
Take a stand, don't get out of hand
Use your head, you might as well be dead
If you don't, boy!
Every night when you slip away to your sad dream
You're denying the love and, oh, what a sad thing?
Stay in time, boy, don't get out of line, boy
Take a stand, don't get out of hand
Use your head, you might as well be dead
If you don't, boy!
Everyday when you turn away from your world, boy
Don't you know now you're denying your love
What a shame, boy?
Stay in time, boy, don't get out of line, boy
Take a stand, don't get out of hand
Use your head, you might as well be dead
If you don't, boy!
Stay in time, don't get out of line
Stay in time, don't get out of line
Stay in time, don't get out of line
Stay in time, don't get out of line
Oh boy, stay in time, don't get out of line
Oh boy, stay in time, don't get out of line
Oh boy, stay in time, don't get out of line
