In Byculla, youth offers help, runs away with senior citizen's cash

Bharat Kumar Shinde, 61 a Byculla resident was approached by a youth outside the ICICI bank in Tarwadi in Mazgaon on Thursday afternoon on the pretext of helping him count cash, and later managed to decamp with Rs 47,000 of the Rs 1.3 lakh Shinde wanted to deposit at the bank.
