16 year-old scientist and humanitarian Jack Andraka has already changed the world. At 15, he won the Intel ISEF Gorden E. Moore award, the $75,000 top prize, for his invention of an early stage Pancreatic Cancer diagnostic test. Being referred to "the 15 year-old who changed the course of medicine" was not enough for Jack.
Jack has put together a team of teenagers from across the country and entered the $10 million Qualcomm Tricorder X PRIZE competition that will be judged and decided in the end of 2015. The goal of the Tricorder X PRIZE competition is to create a device the size of a smart phone that can make reliable health diagnoses, which would be available directly to consumers at anytime, anywhere.

The Google Lunar XPrize's objective is to see if a privately-funded Moon mission can accomplish the feat at a fraction of the cost that governmental space bodies incur, and simultaneously develop newer technologies for space missions. Teams have to develop a spacecraft that can do a soft landing on the Moon. They have to develop a rover that will dismount from the landing craft and travel 500 metres on the lunar surface. And they have to develop an imaging system on the rover that will capture high quality images and video of the lunar surface and transmit them to Earth. The competition began with 32 teams, but only 18 remain.
Only five teams have cleared terrestrial milestones and won $6 million prize money. And among these five, the first one to launch a rover onto the Moon will receive the final $30 million prize money.
Five Finalists:
1. Astrobotic (US) (Milestone Prize $1.75 million)
2. Moon Express (US) (Milestone Prize $1.25 million)
3. Team Indus (India) (Milestone Prize $1.00 million)
4. Part-Time Scientists (Germany) (Milestone Prize $0.75 million)
5. Hakuto (Japan) (Milestone Prize $0.50 million)
Now these five will compete among themselves to launch a Lunar Rover before the end of 2017.

SpaceShipOne launches from White Knight carrier airplane on the first of two X-Prize winning flights in 2004.
Flight 16P of SpaceShipOne was a spaceflight in the Tier One program that took place on September 29, 2004. It was the first competitive flight in the Ansari X PRIZE competition to demonstrate a non-governmental reusable manned spacecraft, and is hence also referred to as the X1 flight. A serious roll excursion occurred during boost, so the flight did not achieve the expected altitude. However, it exceeded 100 km altitude, making it a successful X PRIZE flight.
After takeoff, White Knight and SpaceShipOne ascended to the launch altitude, planned to be around 14 km. At 08:09 SpaceShipOne was released, glided for 6 s, then went into nose-up attitude and the rocket motor was ignited. The rocket motor was capable of burning for approximately 87 s, having been upgraded since the previous flight. It was planned to shut off the motor at an altitude of 345,000 feet (105 km), presumably to avoid pushing the envelope too far.
The spacecraft started rolling rapidly 50 s into the burn, while travelling at Mach 2.7. This was probably due to, or at least exacerbated by, pilot error. The pilot was not highly concerned by this, being confident that he could correct the situation, and he allowed the burn to continue during the roll. He later said "I thought it was kind of cool".
The apogee altitude was estimated by the nearby Edwards Air Force Base, based on radar data, to be 337,569 feet (102.9 km). Due to the early burn cutoff, this was far less than originally anticipated.
Overall, the craft did 29 complete rolls. Atmospheric reentry proceeded normally, with the craft rapidly righting its attitude due to the stable high-drag configuration. It changed back to gliding configuration normally, glided back to the spaceport, and landed safely at 08:34.

On October 4, 2004, Scaled Composites led by Burt Rutan won the $10M Ansari X PRIZE. They achieved this by building SpaceShipOne. They flew it up to just over 100km, returned and landed safely on Sep 29, 2004 and then repeated the whole process again within 14 days on Oct 4, 2004. Jack Andraka is the 2012 Intel Science Fair grand prize winner. Andraka was awarded the Gordon E. Moore Award for his work in developing a new method for detecting pancreatic cancer.
Andraka won as a 15 year-old high school freshman at North County High School in Maryland. As part of his project he created a new diagnostic test for pancreatic cancer that is 28 times faster, 28 times less expensive and over 100 times more sensitive than the current diagnostic tests. The test is also effective for ovarian and lung cancer.
Officials at Intel have said that Andraka's method tests the level of mesothelin, a pancreatic cancer biomarker, in blood or urine, and his study resulted in more than 90 percent accuracy in detecting the presence of mesothelin. The dipstick-sensor method costs 3 cents and takes five minutes to administer.
Dr. Anirban Maitra, a professor in the Johns Hopkins University's department of pathology, gave Andraka use of his lab to craft his invention. Andraka's inspiration to create a faster and more efficient cancer test came out of the death of his uncle to pancreatic cancer.

The IBM Watson AI XPRIZE, a Cognitive Computing Competition, was announced on the TED Stage on Feb 17, 2016. 16 year-old scientist and humanitarian Jack Andraka has already changed the world. At 15, he won the Intel ISEF Gorden E. The Google Lunar XPrize's objective is to see if a privately-funded Moon mission can accomplish the feat at a fraction of the cost that governmental space bodies incur, and simultaneously develop newer technologies for space missions. Teams have to develop a spacecraft that can do a soft landing on the Moon. They have to develop a rover that will dismount from the landing craft and travel 500 metres on the lunar surface. SpaceShipOne launches from White Knight carrier airplane on the first of two X-Prize winning flights in 2004. Flight 16P of SpaceShipOne was a spaceflight in the Tier One program that took place on September 29, 2004. It was the first competitive flight in the Ansari X PRIZE competition to demonstrate a non-governmental reusable manned spacecraft, and is hence also referred to as the X1 flight. The Google Lunar XPrize's objective is to see if a privately-funded Moon mission can accomplish the feat at a fraction of the cost that governmental space bodies incur, and simultaneously develop newer technologies for space missions. Teams have to develop a spacecraft that can do a soft landing on the Moon. They have to develop a rover that will dismount from the landing craft and travel 500 metres on the lunar surface. And they have to develop an imaging system on the rover that will capture high quality images and video of the lunar surface and transmit them to Earth. The competition began with 32 teams, but only 18 remain.
Only five teams have cleared terrestrial milestones and won $6 million prize money. And among these five, the first one to launch a rover onto the Moon will receive the final $30 million prize money.
Five Finalists:
1. Astrobotic (US) (Milestone Prize $1.75 million)
2. Moon Express (US) (Milestone Prize $1.25 million)
3. Team Indus (India) (Milestone Prize $1.00 million)

SpaceShipOne launches from White Knight carrier airplane on the first of two X-Prize winning flights in 2004.
Flight 16P of SpaceShipOne was a spaceflight in the Tier One program that took place on September 29, 2004. It was the first competitive flight in the Ansari X PRIZE competition to demonstrate a non-governmental reusable manned spacecraft, and is hence also referred to as the X1 flight. A serious roll excursion occurred during boost, so the flight did not achieve the expected altitude. However, it exceeded 100 km altitude, making it a successful X PRIZE flight.
After takeoff, White Knight and SpaceShipOne ascended to the launch altitude, planned to be around 14 km. At 08:09 SpaceShipOne was released, glided for 6 s, then went into nose-up attitude and the rocket motor was ignited. The rocket motor was capable of burning for approximately 87 s, having been upgraded since the previous flight. It was planned to shut off the motor at an altitude of 345,000 feet (105 km), presumably to avoid pushing the envelope too far.
The spacecraft started rolling rapidly 50 s into the burn, while travelling at Mach 2.7. This was probably due to, or at least exacerbated by, pilot error. The pilot was not highly concerned by this, being confident that he could correct the situation, and he allowed the burn to continue during the roll. He later said "I thought it was kind of cool".
The apogee altitude was estimated by the nearby Edwards Air Force Base, based on radar data, to be 337,569 feet (102.9 km). Due to the early burn cutoff, this was far less than originally anticipated.
Overall, the craft did 29 complete rolls. Atmospheric reentry proceeded normally, with the craft rapidly righting its attitude due to the stable high-drag configuration. It changed back to gliding configuration normally, glided back to the spaceport, and landed safely at 08:34.

This is part 1 of the game at Speedzone in Dallas, TX. This is where you want to stop the light on the X mark to make the wheel spin for big tickets or a major prize. As you can hear in the background, I was talking to a new fan of mine who wanted to know my YouTube name to be my new viewer. That is why I said, "starfoxcharacter leo" to him twice to be clear.
