What camera do you use?
Panasonic GH4, although if you like the footage I'm filming I owe it more to the lenses I use, invest in good lenses, not an expensive camera.
Please don't think that my videos are great because of my camera. The camera you use is only a tool. I could use other cameras and still tell a good story, different cameras enable different possibilities, not a better video or story.
The footage does not look like it does in the finished movie straight out of the camera. I go through a process called Color Grading.
What lenses do you use?
I primarily use a Voigtlander 25mm F/0.95, Nikon 35mm F/1.8, and a SLR Magic 12mm F/1.6 (My camera has a crop factor of 2X so 25mm=50mm etc..)
How do you stabilize your footage?
Tripod, Monopod, Glidecam HD4000
What do you edit and color grade with?
Final Cut Pro X and I use Color Finale within FCP sometimes along with Impulz and Osiris LUTS. I could edit what I edit in iMovie or Premiere or Vegas, it's not the Editing Software, it's the Editor.
How long does it take you to edit?
Not very long, well most videos I can edit within 4-6 hours, anything more than that and it's mostly minor details and polishing that I just take my time with. Depending on the project it can take days or weeks though. (Editing is my jam)
How do you come up with your ideas?
Well I have a bunch of ideas written in my Notes app on my phone that just come to me, sometimes I'll just get an idea and I'll be like "yes!" and I'll just execute that idea as soon as I have it, I don't like dwelling on ideas that I can execute with what I have at that moment.
How old are you?
I am 18
Where did you learn filmmaking?
Nowhere, taught it to myself from the internet and practice, lots and lots of practice. I started filmmaking in April or May of 2015 (can't remember well) if that's any help showing how much practice can help you improve!

All of the behind the scenes footage used in the video was from a film I wrote produced, and directed Called Seafood Tester. I own all the rights for that film and any footage used in it. What camera do you use?
Panasonic GH4, although if you like the footage I'm filming I owe it more to the lenses I use, invest in good lenses, not an expensive camera.
Please don't think that my videos are great because of my camera. The camera you use is only a tool. I could use other cameras and still tell a good story, different cameras enable different possibilities, not a better video or story.
The footage does not look like it does in the finished movie straight out of the camera. I go through a process called Color Grading.
What lenses do you use?
I primarily use a Voigtlander 25mm F/0.95, Nikon 35mm F/1.8, and a SLR Magic 12mm F/1.6 (My camera has a crop factor of 2X so 25mm=50mm etc..)
How do you stabilize your footage?
Tripod, Monopod, Glidecam HD4000
What do you edit and color grade with?
Final Cut Pro X and I use Color Finale within FCP sometimes along with Impulz and Osiris LUTS. I could edit what I edit in iMovie or Premiere or Vegas, it's not the Editing Software, it's the Editor.
How long does it take you to edit?
Not very long, well most videos I can edit within 4-6 hours, anything more than that and it's mostly minor details and polishing that I just take my time with. Depending on the project it can take days or weeks though. (Editing is my jam)
How do you come up with your ideas?
Well I have a bunch of ideas written in my Notes app on my phone that just come to me, sometimes I'll just get an idea and I'll be like "yes!" and I'll just execute that idea as soon as I have it, I don't like dwelling on ideas that I can execute with what I have at that moment.
How old are you?
I am 18
Where did you learn filmmaking?
Nowhere, taught it to myself from the internet and practice, lots and lots of practice. I started filmmaking in April or May of 2015 (can't remember well) if that's any help showing how much practice can help you improve!

His recent movie 'You Can't Escape Lithuania' was nominated as the best narrative feature at the Bushwick Film Festival in New York City, a rare ocasion for a Baltic movie. Despite being a loud voice against Russian expanding military agression, the country is the only member of the European Union that tries to adopt a so-called 'anti-gay propaganda' legislation, a replica from a well-known Russian law. By doing so, Lithuania loses a chance to really distance itself from the oppressive Russian regime, Zabarauskas warns. "This is such a strange thinking! When we talk about our problems, that's exactly how we are different from the Russian situation, because in Russia there is no freedom of speech, and it's dangerous, life threatening, to fight for your human rights. That's exactly where we are different – it's not that we don't have those problems, it's that we can talk about those problems, we can try to solve them. And I think we should value it very much!" a filmmaker says.
Zabarauskas is a part of small, but growing group of queer artists who push for civil rights equality with provoking art. Additionally, he has published a book profiling gay Lithuanians. Gathering dozens of stories of queer people in a country of less than three million would not be possible few years ago, Zabarauskas says by pointing out moderate progress with growing acceptance of LGBT people in the Baltics.
"I am a true believer in a societal change. I believe it has to come from the society itself, from people themselves. It is easy for me to talk because I come from a privileged background and open minded family, but I am very proud of all those people who joined our book - and it's 99 people - and they come from very different backgrounds, from smaller cities, very difficult situations, but they also choose to speak up. And that is really awesome," Zabarauskas says.

Lipsync se refiere a hacer hablar a los personajes, todo en el vídeo en castellano. Mam zaszczyt przedstawić pierwszy od dawna poradnik. Trwa on GODZINĘ(!), ale większość spraw po kolei tłumaczę i generalnie jest to proces od początku do zakończenia robienia pojedynczej animacji. Nie jest to wszystko czego możecie się dowiedzieć o SFM. Od tego jest reszta poradników :)
Coś czuję, że się nieźle przejade po statystykach czasu oglądania na tym filmie. Mniejsza.

Os traigo aquí el primer tutorial del SFM y empezaremos que os explicaré las cosas más básicas, conceptos, añadiendo el uso de cámaras, como grabar con personajes de fondo, el uso y la aplicación del sonido y ya de paso que estamos con el sonido, el lipsync. Lipsync se refiere a hacer hablar a los personajes, todo en el vídeo en castellano.
Para la semana que viene, miércoles Portal y jueves la continuación de este tutorial, donde seguramente ya enseñaré como hacer animaciones y estilos.
Recordar de pasaros por mi canal, darle a "Me gusta" y suscribiros, que no muerde y así no os perdéis ningún vídeo. Recordar que todos los días de entre semana, un vídeo a la misma hora.

Rodriguez, founder of Austin-based Troublemaker Studios, said that many of his innovations ushered original trends into the Hollywood mainstream. These included the push and acceptance of independent films in the 1990s, the rise and explosion of digital film around the new millennium, and the profitable return of the 3-D genre in the 2000s.
A large portion of Rodriguez's lecture centered on the filmmaker's new cable channel "El Rey," slated to premiere in January 2014 on Comcast, the nation's largest cable provider. When it airs, shows will be spoken in English but tailored to Latino audiences.
Rodriguez also said he wants the programming to be so good that the network attracts all audiences, and that "El Rey" is currently accepting pitches.
UT's RTF program was named in the top 25 film schools (#12) in the entire world by The Hollywood Reporter in August 2012.
