The very act of filling out a Census Bureau form is a violation of your Fifth Amendment rights, by the way. Providing this bureau with your race / ancestry information gives them information that may be used to round you up at gunpoint and have you (and your family) sent to a concentration camp.
That's not conjecture. It's not a conspiracy theory. It's historical fact. The U.S. Census Bureau did, in fact, conspire with the federal government to target American citizens based on race data.
• Over 100,000 Japanese-American citizens were rounded up at gunpoint, kidnapped by the government, and forcibly relocated to these concentration camps. They were forced to abandon their homes, farms and businesses.
• This rounding up of Japanese-American citizens was "authorized" by President Franklin D. Roosevelt who bypassed Congress and issued Executive Order 9066 on February 19, 1942. The executive order was written and carried out in total violation of the U.S. Constitution and its Bill of Rights.
• The legal loophole that was used to justify this blatantly illegal act is as follows: Military commanders were granted the "administrative right" to declare entire states to be "exclusion zones" from which people of Japanese ancestry were excluded. The internment camps were, of course, not included in the exclusion zones, meaning that all Japanese-Americans were forced to be put into the internment camps in order to comply with the exclusive zone orders. This action, by the way, is the ultimately expression of race-based profiling.
• No one was given a trial. No charges were even filed against those who were forced into the camps. They were simply rounded up at gunpoint and shoved into railroad cars and busses.
• The U.S. government issued shameless propaganda films to spread disinfo about its illegal actions. Here's a particularly shocking example of such propaganda from 1942: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_OiPldKsM5w
That film, as you can see for yourself, describes the gunpoint kidnapping and internment of American citizens as nothing more than a need "to transfer several thousand Japanese residents from the Pacific Coast to points in the American interior." It does not mention that those points are surrounded by barbed war and armed guards, where prisoners are forced into what is essentially slave labor just to survive.
• How were all those Japanese-American citizens located by the government? The U.S. Census Bureau turned over the racial targeting data to the federal government. So anyone who obeyed the census and revealed "Japanese" as their ancestry on the census forms received a visit by an armed squad of government kidnappers who forced you and your family into a concentration camp ("war relocation camp").

The Census Bureau turned over confidential information including names and addresses to help the Justice Department, Secret Service and other agencies identify Japanese-Americans during World War II, according to government documents released today.
Documents found by two historians in Commerce Department archives and the Franklin D. Roosevelt Presidential Library confirm for the first time that the bureau shared details about individual Japanese-Americans after Japan's Dec. 7, 1941, attack on Pearl Harbor.
The Census Bureau played a role in the confinement of more than 100,000 Americans of Japanese descent who were rounded up and held in internment camps, many until the war ended in 1945. In 1942, the Census turned over general statistics about where Japanese-Americans lived to the War Department.

Many people seem to miss the fact that there is a longer, more invasive form called the "American Community Survey". It is given to 3 million people by the Census Bureau EVERY YEAR. There is a great deal of confusion about the Census "short form" and "Long Form" because the Census Bureau has failed to equally publicize the two current approaches. This is a pre video part 1 to exposing the Census Bureau any one can do this just go to Jerry Days Matrix News Network segment "the census bureau is Getting Personal" to get a copy of the questions I asked. These questions are very powerful and very exposing as to how unconstitutional the the Census has become. Of course when asked and when I called the census can't answer any of the questions. Why should we answer questions that are unconstitutional when the constitution is suppose to be the supreme rule of the land, why is the so called legislation title 13 of the census bureau feel the need to violate our 4th amendment right of the bill of rights. In his tenure at the Census Bureau he has worked in both the Geography and Population Divisions, with a general focus on geographic area concepts and criteria, and specific interest in different perceptions and definitions of "place," urban/rural concepts and criteria, and metropolitan and micropolitan statistical areas. Mr. Ratcliffe holds degrees in geography from the University of Maryland and the University of Oxford.
Tim Gilbert is a Survey Statistician in the American Community Survey Office at the U.S. Census Bureau. His work focuses primarily on interacting with and educating American Community Survey (ACS) data users about the availability and accessibility of ACS data products, as well as working to educate data users about considerations in using ACS estimates. Tim came to the American Community Survey Office in October of 2012, but has been working at the Census Bureau since September of 2004. He has previously worked on adapting new technologies and new approaches to collecting data for Census surveys.
Logan Powell is Public Affairs Specialist in the Center for New Media and Promotions at the Census Bureau and is part of the core team involved in the digital transformation of the Bureau's products. He is currently working on ways to package Census data for direct consumption and sharing by the public through channels including social media, mobile devices and APIs. Logan is involved in developer engagement and incorporating customer feedback from many channels into the product development process. This focus on evidence-based decision making is highly influenced by his time as an entrepreneur being previously funded to participate in two incubators after recieving his MBA from Carnegie Mellon University. Logan has won awards for his ideas and is a big advocate of interdisciplinary collaboration. He aims to foster greater and more engagement between the government and it's citizenry, hopefully advancing the promise of 'government as a platform' through support of the Digital Government Strategy.
William (Bill) Rankin is the Chief Architect of the DataWeb, located in the DataWeb and Applications Staff, Research and Methodology Directorate, U S Census Bureau. He is responsible for the design and implementation of the DataWeb, which is a platform for providing access to many different datasets through a federated system and disseminating them to users. This platform contains multiple products and services, including the Census Data API, used to provide access to the Census Bureau public use datasets. During his thirty years at the Census Bureau, Mr. Rankin has worked across different divisions within the Economic, Demographic, and Research and Methodology directorates, with a focus on the creation of generalized computer software systems.
Eric Newburger is the Assistant to the Associate Director of Communications and one of the leads of the Census Bureau's effort to use the power of data visualization to open its data sets to a broader public. He has worked 15 years as a statistician with the Census Bureau, publishing on subjects from computer and Internet use to voting to educational attainment. His undergraduate work was in demography and sociology, his masters in economics and econometric methods. He earned his charter captain's license helping people sail their boats between ports on the Western Atlantic, mostly from the East coast to the Caribbean. Today Eric lives on land with his lovely wife and two daughters.

Logan Powell is Public Affairs Specialist in the Center for New Media and Promotions at the Census Bureau and is part of the core team involved in the digital transformation of the Bureau's products. He is currently working on ways to package Census data for direct consumption and sharing by the public through channels including social media, mobile devices and APIs. Logan is involved in developer engagement and incorporating customer feedback from many channels into the product development process. This focus on evidence-based decision making is highly influenced by his time as an entrepreneur being previously funded to participate in two incubators after recieving his MBA from Carnegie Mellon University. Logan has won awards for his ideas and is a big advocate of interdisciplinary collaboration. He aims to foster greater and more engagement between the government and it's citizenry, hopefully advancing the promise of 'government as a platform' through support of the Digital Government Strategy.
William (Bill) Rankin is the Chief Architect of the DataWeb, located in the DataWeb and Applications Staff, Research and Methodology Directorate, U S Census Bureau. He is responsible for the design and implementation of the DataWeb, which is a platform for providing access to many different datasets through a federated system and disseminating them to users. This platform contains multiple products and services, including the Census Data API, used to provide access to the Census Bureau public use datasets. During his thirty years at the Census Bureau, Mr. Rankin has worked across different divisions within the Economic, Demographic, and Research and Methodology directorates, with a focus on the creation of generalized computer software systems.
Eric Newburger is the Assistant to the Associate Director of Communications and one of the leads of the Census Bureau's effort to use the power of data visualization to open its data sets to a broader public. He has worked 15 years as a statistician with the Census Bureau, publishing on subjects from computer and Internet use to voting to educational attainment. His undergraduate work was in demography and sociology, his masters in economics and econometric methods. He earned his charter captain's license helping people sail their boats between ports on the Western Atlantic, mostly from the East coast to the Caribbean. Today Eric lives on land with his lovely wife and two daughters.
