Something very different, regardless, I post what I love and this is a track that I instantly have been replaying over and over again. Really putting me in the summer mood I thought it would be great to share this one. Absence has had his other remix (Diplo - Revolution) featured on the channel as well and his production is amazing. Our son Tyler, his identical twin brother Nathaniel, and their older sister have all been diagnosed with absence seizures. The doctor told us that there are a few ways to test for these seizures at home. We are posting this for the teachers of our kids, so that they can recognize the seizures when our kids are at school. This was the one and only time we did this test with each of the kids. Tyler had three seizures with this single test. I wanted to post this for all of the parents out there that might be facing children with these seizures. The best test for these seizures is an EEG (electronic brain waive testing). After seeing my son go through these I would never reccomend trying this. The EEG is the best solution.

Absenteeism
Absenteeism is a habitual pattern of absence from a duty or obligation. Traditionally, absenteeism has been viewed as an indicator of poor individual performance, as well as a breach of an implicit contract between employee and employer; it was seen as a management problem, and framed in economic or quasi-economic terms. More recent scholarship seeks to understand absenteeism as an indicator of psychological, medical, or social adjustment to work.
Workplace
High absenteeism in the workplace may be indicative of poor morale, but absences can also be caused by workplace hazards or sick building syndrome. Many employers use statistics such as the Bradford factor that do not distinguish between genuine illness and absence for inappropriate reasons. In 2013 in the UK the CIPD estimated that the average worker had 7.6 sick days per year and that absenteeism cost employers £595 per employee per annum.
As a result, many employees feel obliged to come to work while ill, and transmit communicable diseases to their co-workers. This leads to even greater absenteeism and reduced productivity among other workers who try to work while ill. Work forces often excuse absenteeism caused by medical reasons if the employee provides supporting documentation from their medical practitioner. Sometimes, people choose not to show up for work and do not call in advance, which businesses may find to be unprofessional and inconsiderate. This is called a "no call, no show". According to Nelson & Quick (2008) people who are dissatisfied with their jobs are absent more frequently. They went on to say that the type of dissatisfaction that most often leads employees to miss work is dissatisfaction with the work itself.

Wiz Khalifa
Cameron Jibril Thomaz (born September 8, 1987), better known by his stage name Wiz Khalifa, is an American recording artist, songwriter and actor. He released his debut album, Show and Prove, in 2006, and signed to Warner Bros. Records in 2007. His Eurodance-influenced single, "Say Yeah", received urban radio airplay, charting on the Rhythmic Top 40 and Hot Rap Tracks charts in 2008.
Khalifa parted with Warner Bros. and released his second album, Deal or No Deal, in November 2009. He released the mixtape Kush and Orange Juice as a free download in April 2010; he then signed with Atlantic Records. He is also well known for his debut single for Atlantic, "Black and Yellow", which peaked at number one on the Billboard Hot 100. His debut album for the label, Rolling Papers, was released on March 29, 2011. He followed that album with O.N.I.F.C. on December 4, 2012, which was backed by the singles "Work Hard, Play Hard" and "Remember You". Wiz released his fourth album Blacc Hollywood on August 18, 2014, backed by the lead single We Dem Boyz. In March 2015, he released "See You Again" for the soundtrack of the film Furious 7 and the song peaked at number one on the Billboard Hot 100.

Absence Seizure
Our son Tyler, his identical twin brother Nathaniel, and their older sister have all been diagnosed with absence seizures. The doctor told us that there are a few ways to test for these seizures at home. We are posting this for the teachers of our kids, so that they can recognize the seizures when our kids are at school. This was the one and only time we did this test with each of the kids. Tyler had three seizures with this single test. I wanted to post this for all of the parents out there that might be facing children with these seizures. The best test for these seizures is an EEG (electronic brain waive testing). After seeing my son go through these I would never reccomend trying this. The EEG is the best solution.
