Take cauliflower florets blanch them in hot water for 1 minute.
Take a bowl add salt, ginger garlic paste, garam masala, chopped coriander, chopped curry leaves, red chilly paste, pepper powder, all purpose flour, corn starch, add water mix it like a thick batter, pour this batter on to the cauliflower, coat with the mixture to the cauliflower and deep fry them twice. (Green chilly and curry leaves also deep fried along with cauliflower), then serve this hot.

Gobi Manchurian is a very popular Indo-Chinese dish. Indian Chinese cuisine is the adaptation of Chinese seasoning and cooking techniques to suite Indian tastes. This snack is one of the most favourite dishes to many kids and elders too. A bite of spicy coated fried chicken just melts into your mouth bursting out with striking flavours.

Ingredients:
Cauliflower florets, blanched in hot water - 1 cup
All purpose flour - ½ cup
Cornstarch - ¼ cup
Salt - to taste
Pepper powder - 1 tsp
Light Soya Sauce - 1 tsp
Oil for deep frying
For making the sauce:
Ginger, finely chopped - ½ tsp
Garlic, finely chopped - ½ tsp
Green chillies, finely chopped - ½ tsp
Celery, finely chopped - 1 tbsp
Onions, finely chopped - 2 tbsp
Green bell pepper, finely chopped - 1 no
Peppercorn, crushed - ½ tsp
Light Soya sauce - ½ tsp
Dark Soya sauce - ½ tsp
Sugar - pinch
Vinegar - 1 tbsp
Chilli paste - ½ tsp
Green Chilli sauce - ½ tsp
Coriander leaves, for garnishing - few
Spring onions, finely chopped - 1 tbsp
Method:
Cut cauliflower into florets and blanch them in hot water.
For making the batter, in a bowl, add all-purpose flour and cornstarch, salt, pepper pd and little light soya sauce. Add little water and make into a thick paste. Pour the batter on the cauliflower florets and mix. Heat oil in a pan for deep frying the florets; when the oil is hot, deep fry the batter coated florets until they slightly change colour. Remove and again deep fry the florets for the second time to make them crispy.
For making the sauce: Add oil in a pan, and when it gets hot, add finely chopped ginger and garlic celery, chopped green chillies, chopped onions, sauté until transparent, salt, finely chopped bell pepper (optional), crushed pepper, light soya sauce, dark soya sauce, sugar, vinegar, chilli paste, chilli sauce and mix well. Add the double fried cauliflower florets into the sauce and toss well. Sprinkle some coriander leaves and finely chopped spring onions and toss well. Serve hot

Ingredients
1/2 tsp amchoor pdr
1 number cauliflower, cut into florets
1 bunch chopped coriander leaves
2 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
1 tbsp gr peas
2 number green chilli
1/4 cup oi
1 number onion
4 number potatoes, cubed
1 tsp red chili powder
to taste salt
3 number tomatoes, chopped
3/4 tsp turmeric powder
Directions
• Heat oil in a pan, saute cumin seeds, ginger-garlic paste for a minute and crushed tomato,onion and gr chilli and add turmeric cook till oil ozzes out add rest of spices mixed in water
• add poatoes. and cauliflower
• Also salt. Fry for few minutes.
• Lower the heat, cover and simmer for about 15 minutes until the vegetables are cooked
• serve hot with naan , chapati , roti

Gobi Makhani or Gobi Butter Masala is another of the popular "Makhani or Butter Masala" recipes. Any "Makhani" dish speaks eloquently of the magnificence of the Indian cuisine. They all have a stately aura around them. In today's recipe, the cauliflower slices are marinated with youghurt and pan fried in a fragrant and silky makhani sauce

Ingredients:

Onions 350g
Cashew nuts ¼ cup
Kashmiri red chilly 150 g
Green chilly 75g
Salt
Butter ½ cup
Tomatoes 1500 g
Sugar 2 ts
Whole garam masala (each) 8g
Ginger garlic paste 1 tb
Kasoori methi 1/8 cup
Oil for deep fry
Corn starch 1 ts
All purpose flour 1 ts
Cauliflower (big pieces) 2 n
Pepper crushes ½ ts
Directions:
Add whole garam masala in the muslin cloth and tie it .Heat butter in a pressure cooker and put the garam masala sachet in it, add onions cashew nuts, sauté it for 5 minutes, then add salt, ginger garlic paste, cook this till raw flavour is gone.
Add colour giving chilli or Kashmiri red chilly, green chilly, tomatoes, mix it well and put the lid on and let it cook for 15 to 20 minutes in a slow flame (5 to 6 whistles). Let it cool down, remove the sachet & using strainer drain out the water and put the onion and tomato into the blender and blend them and make a paste and again strain it, after straining all, discard the seeds and peels of tomato.
Cook the strained paste of tomatoes and onions for 20 minutes then add salt, sugar as required , mix it and add toasted kasoori methi (crush it with hands) once it comes to boil switch off the flame. Cool it and store in small containers in refrigeration conditions. Use this makhani gravy in many veg and non veg dishes.
Take cauliflower big pieces; blanch it in the salt water. Take a plate add corn starch, all purpose flour, crush pepper, coriander powder, salt, add water make a paste, and coat the mixture into the cauliflower and shallow fry them on both sides till golden in colour and transfer it into the another plate. In the same pan add some makhani gravy, add butter and fried cauliflower pieces, cook this for 2 minutes and add cream mix this along with makhani gravy.
Serve this with pulka, naan, roti and chapati.

Here’s step-by-step recipe easy, quick to make Restaurant style aloo gobi for you all.

Ingredients
Cauliflower - 1 (350-400 grams)
Potatoes - 350 grams
Tomato - 2 (150 gram)
Ginger - 1-1.5 inch
Green chilly - 2
Green coriander - 2-3 tbsp (finely chopped)
Oil - for frying and making sabzi
Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
Asafoetida - 1 pinch
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Whole garam masala - 2 brown cardamom, 1/2 cinnamon stick, 3 clove, 8-10 black pepper
Coriander powder - 1.5 tsp
Garam masala - 1/4 tsp
Red chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
Fenugreek Leaves - 2 tsp
Salt - 1 tsp
Directions
Getting ready:
1. Cut off the stalk from cauliflower and chop in small chunks. Wash them thoroughly.
2. Peel the potatoes and cut down making 6 chunks from each.
3. Finely grind the tomatoes, ginger and green chilies to make a paste.
Making:
4. Heat some oil in a wok and place the potatoes into it. Shallow fry the potatoes till they get little brown in color. Drain out the fried potato wedges on a plate with absorbent paper.
5. Shallow fry the cauliflower as well until brown and drain them out in the same plate or tray.
6. Leaving 2 to 3 tsp oil in the wok and drain out the rest. To it add cumin seeds and asafoetida. When the seeds crackle, add chopped ginger, turmeric powder, coriander powder, green chilly, coarsely ground garam masala and dry fenugreek leaves.
7. After sauteing the spices add fine paste of tomatoes-ginger-green chilly and saute till you see oil leaving the sides of the masala.
8. Then add ½ cup water, salt and garam masala. When you see gentle boil in the gravy, add fried potato-cauliflower chunks and green coriander sprigs. Mix everything really well.
9. Cover and cook for 3 to 4 minutes on low flame.
10. Lip smacking super tempting aloo gobi is ready.
Serving:
11. Transfer the sabzi to another bowl and garnish with some coriander springs.
12. Serve steaming hot with parantha, naan, poori, and chapatti and enjoy eating.

Learn how to make Gobi Manchurian at home.
Cauliflower Manchurian is a tantalizing Indian Chinese appetizer. Chef Ruchi Bharani teaches how to make this simple and easy to cook quick homemade manchurian recipe. It is basically cauliflower in soy chilli sauce.
Ingredients:
250 Gms Cauliflower Flowerets
1&1/2 tbsp finely chopped Garlic
1&1/2 tbsp finely chopped Ginger
3 finely chopped Green Chillies
1/2 tsp Vinegar
2 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
2 tbsp Soya Sauce
1 tbsp Green Chilli Sauce
Salt
2 tbsp Corn Flour
2 tbsp Plain Flour (Maida)
1 Spring Onion (chopped with leaves)
OIl
Method:
- Mix all purpose flour, cornflour, salt and water in a bowl to make the batter
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Meanwhile dip the cauliflower in the batter, enough to coat them well.
- Put the coated cauliflower in the hot oil and fry it in medium flame.
- Once its done put it aside and again add some oil to a pan and heat it.
- Add ginger, garlic, chillies and sauté it for a minute.
- Add chili sauce, tomato ketchup, soya sauce and cook for about a minute.
- Add vinegar, 1/2 a cup water and salt and cook it for another couple of minute
- Add the cauliflower and toss them, enough to coat the cauliflower with the sauce and cook it for about 3 - 4 minute
- Add chopped spring onion and its ready to be served.

Gobi Desert
The Gobi (/ˈɡoʊ.bi/; Mongolian: Говь, Govi, "semidesert"; Chinese: 戈壁; pinyin: Gēbì) is a large desert region in Asia. It covers parts of northern and northwestern China, and of southern Mongolia. The desert basins of the Gobi are bounded by the Altai Mountains and the grasslands and steppes of Mongolia on the north, by the Taklamakan Desert to the West, by the Hexi Corridor and Tibetan Plateau to the southwest, and by the North China Plain to the southeast. The Gobi is most notable in history as part of the great Mongol Empire, and as the location of several important cities along the Silk Road.
The Gobi is a rain shadow desert formed by the Himalaya range blocking rain-carrying clouds from the Indian Ocean from reaching the Gobi territory.
Geography
The Gobi measures over 1,600 km (1,000 mi) from southwest to northeast and 800 km (500 mi) from north to south. The desert is widest in the west, along the line joining the Lake Bosten and the Lop Nor (87°–89° east). It occupies an arc of land 1,295,000 km2 (500,000 sq mi) in area as of 2007; it is the fifth-largest desert in the world and Asia's largest. Much of the Gobi is not sandy but has exposed bare rock.

potato and cauliflower cooked in North Indian style Aloo gobi is a dry vegetarian Indian side dish made with Aloo (potatoes) and gobi (cauliflower) mixed with spices and stir fried. Aloo Gobi, Gobhi Aloo, Alu Gobi, Aloo Gobi Masala, Potato Cauliflower Curry Aloo Gobi http://www.vahrehvah.com/aloo-gobi Ingredients 1/2 tsp amchoor pdr 1 number cauliflower, cut into florets 1 bunch chopped coriander leaves 2 tsp coriander powder 1 tsp cumin seeds 1 tsp garam masala 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste 1 tbsp gr peas 2 number green chilli 1/4 cup oi 1 number onion 4 number potatoes, cubed 1 tsp red chili powder to taste salt 3 number tomatoes, chopped 3/4 tsp turmeric powder Directions • Heat oil in a pan, saute cumin seeds, ginger-garlic paste for a minute and crushed tomato,onion and gr chilli and add turmeric cook till oil ozzes out add rest of spices mixed in water • add poatoes. and cauliflower • Also salt. Gobi Makhani or Gobi Butter Masala is another of the popular "Makhani or Butter Masala" recipes. Any "Makhani" dish speaks eloquently of the magnificence of the Indian cuisine. They all have a stately aura around them. In today's recipe, the cauliflower slices are marinated with youghurt and pan fried in a fragrant and silky makhani sauce http://www.vahrehvah.com/gobi-butter-masala Ingredients: draped with cream. Onions 350g Cashew nuts ¼ cup Kashmiri red chilly 150 g Green chilly 75g Salt Butter ½ cup Tomatoes 1500 g Sugar 2 ts Whole garam masala (each) 8g Ginger garlic paste 1 tb Kasoori methi 1/8 cup Oil for deep fry Corn starch 1 ts All purpose flour 1 ts Cauliflower (big pieces) 2 n Pepper crushes ½ ts Directions: Add whole garam masala in the muslin cloth and tie it .Heat butter in a pressure cooker and put the garam masala sachet in it, add onions cashew nuts, sauté it for 5 minutes, then add salt, ginger garlic paste, cook this till raw flavour is gone. Add colour giving chilli or Kashmiri red chilly, green chilly, tomatoes, mix it well and put the lid on and let it cook for 15 to 20 minutes in a slow flame (5 to 6 whistles). Let it cool down, remove the sachet & using strainer drain out the water and put the onion and tomato into the blender and blend them and make a paste and again strain it, after straining all, discard the seeds and peels of tomato. Cook the strained paste of tomatoes and onions for 20 minutes then add salt, sugar as required , mix it and add toasted kasoori methi (crush it with hands) once it comes to boil switch off the flame. Cool it and store in small containers in refrigeration conditions. Use this makhani gravy in many veg and non veg dishes. Take cauliflower big pieces; blanch it in the salt water. Take a plate add corn starch, all purpose flour, crush pepper, coriander powder, salt, add water make a paste, and coat the mixture into the cauliflower and shallow fry them on both sides till golden in colour and transfer it into the another plate. In the same pan add some makhani gravy, add butter and fried cauliflower pieces, cook this for 2 minutes and add cream mix this along with makhani gravy. Recipe in Hindi - http://nishamadhulika.com/981-aloo-gobi-recipe-restaurant-style.htm Ingredients Cauliflower - 1 (350-400 grams) Potatoes - 350 grams Tomato - 2 (150 gram) Ginger - 1-1.5 inch Green chilly - 2 Green coriander - 2-3 tbsp (finely chopped) Oil - for frying and making sabzi Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp Asafoetida - 1 pinch Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp Whole garam masala - 2 brown cardamom, 1/2 cinnamon stick, 3 clove, 8-10 black pepper Coriander powder - 1.5 tsp Garam masala - 1/4 tsp Red chilly powder - 1/2 tsp Fenugreek Leaves - 2 tsp Salt - 1 tsp Directions Getting ready: 1. Cut off the stalk from cauliflower and chop in small chunks. Wash them thoroughly. 2. Peel the potatoes and cut down making 6 chunks from each. 3. Finely grind the tomatoes, ginger and green chilies to make a paste. Making: 4. Heat some oil in a wok and place the potatoes into it. Shallow fry the potatoes till they get little brown in color. Drain out the fried potato wedges on a plate with absorbent paper. 5. Shallow fry the cauliflower as well until brown and drain them out in the same plate or tray. 6. Leaving 2 to 3 tsp oil in the wok and drain out the rest. To it add cumin seeds and asafoetida. When the seeds crackle, add chopped ginger, turmeric powder, coriander powder, green chilly, coarsely ground garam masala and dry fenugreek leaves. 7. After sauteing the spices add fine paste of tomatoes-ginger-green chilly and saute till you see oil leaving the sides of the masala. 8. Then add ½ cup water, salt and garam masala. When you see gentle boil in the gravy, add fried potato-cauliflower chunks and green coriander sprigs. Mix everything really well. 9. Cover and cook for 3 to 4 minutes on low flame. 10. Lip smacking super tempting aloo gobi is ready. Serving: 11. Transfer the sabzi to another bowl and garnish with some coriander springs. 12. Serve steaming hot with parantha, naan, poori, and chapatti and enjoy eating. Chef Ruchi Bharani teaches how to make this simple and easy to cook quick homemade manchurian recipe. It is basically cauliflower in soy chilli sauce. Ingredients: 250 Gms Cauliflower Flowerets 1&1/2 tbsp finely chopped Garlic 1&1/2 tbsp finely chopped Ginger 3 finely chopped Green Chillies 1/2 tsp Vinegar 2 tbsp Tomato Ketchup 2 tbsp Soya Sauce 1 tbsp Green Chilli Sauce Salt 2 tbsp Corn Flour 2 tbsp Plain Flour (Maida) 1 Spring Onion (chopped with leaves) OIl Method: - Mix all purpose flour, cornflour, salt and water in a bowl to make the batter - Heat oil in a pan. - Meanwhile dip the cauliflower in the batter, enough to coat them well. - Put the coated cauliflower in the hot oil and fry it in medium flame. - Once its done put it aside and again add some oil to a pan and heat it. - Add ginger, garlic, chillies and sauté it for a minute. - Add chili sauce, tomato ketchup, soya sauce and cook for about a minute. - Add vinegar, 1/2 a cup water and salt and cook it for another couple of minute - Add the cauliflower and toss them, enough to coat the cauliflower with the sauce and cook it for about 3 - 4 minute - Add chopped spring onion and its ready to be served. Cauliflower (medium size) 1 n
Take cauliflower florets blanch them in hot water for 1 minute.
Take a bowl add salt, ginger garlic paste, garam masala, chopped coriander, chopped curry leaves, red chilly paste, pepper powder, all purpose flour, corn starch, add water mix it like a thick batter, pour this batter on to the cauliflower, coat with the mixture to the cauliflower and deep fry them twice. (Green chilly and curry leaves also deep fried along with cauliflower), then serve this hot.

Gobi Manchurian is a very popular Indo-Chinese dish. Indian Chinese cuisine is the adaptation of Chinese seasoning and cooking techniques to suite Indian tastes. This snack is one of the most favourite dishes to many kids and elders too. A bite of spicy coated fried chicken just melts into your mouth bursting out with striking flavours.

Ingredients:
Cauliflower florets, blanched in hot water - 1 cup
All purpose flour - ½ cup
Cornstarch - ¼ cup
Salt - to taste
Pepper powder - 1 tsp
Light Soya Sauce - 1 tsp
Oil for deep frying
For making the sauce:
Ginger, finely chopped - ½ tsp
Garlic, finely chopped - ½ tsp
Green chillies, finely chopped - ½ tsp
Celery, finely chopped - 1 tbsp
Onions, finely chopped - 2 tbsp
Green bell pepper, finely chopped - 1 no
Peppercorn, crushed - ½ tsp
Light Soya sauce - ½ tsp
Dark Soya sauce - ½ tsp
Sugar - pinch
Vinegar - 1 tbsp
Chilli paste - ½ tsp
Green Chilli sauce - ½ tsp
Coriander leaves, for garnishing - few
Spring onions, finely chopped - 1 tbsp
Method:
Cut cauliflower into florets and blanch them in hot water.
For making the batter, in a bowl, add all-purpose flour and cornstarch, salt, pepper pd and little light soya sauce. Add little water and make into a thick paste. Pour the batter on the cauliflower florets and mix. Heat oil in a pan for deep frying the florets; when the oil is hot, deep fry the batter coated florets until they slightly change colour. Remove and again deep fry the florets for the second time to make them crispy.
For making the sauce: Add oil in a pan, and when it gets hot, add finely chopped ginger and garlic celery, chopped green chillies, chopped onions, sauté until transparent, salt, finely chopped bell pepper (optional), crushed pepper, light soya sauce, dark soya sauce, sugar, vinegar, chilli paste, chilli sauce and mix well. Add the double fried cauliflower florets into the sauce and toss well. Sprinkle some coriander leaves and finely chopped spring onions and toss well. Serve hot

1 bunch chopped coriander leaves
2 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
1 tbsp gr peas
2 number green chilli
1/4 cup oi
1 number onion
4 number potatoes, cubed
1 tsp red chili powder
to taste salt
3 number tomatoes, chopped
3/4 tsp turmeric powder
Directions
• Heat oil in a pan, saute cumin seeds, ginger-garlic paste for a minute and crushed tomato,onion and gr chilli and add turmeric cook till oil ozzes out add rest of spices mixed in water
• add poatoes. and cauliflower
• Also salt. Fry for few minutes.
• Lower the heat, cover and simmer for about 15 minutes until the vegetables are cooked
• serve hot with naan , chapati , roti

Gobi Makhani or Gobi Butter Masala is another of the popular "Makhani or Butter Masala" recipes. Any "Makhani" dish speaks eloquently of the magnificence of the Indian cuisine. They all have a stately aura around them. In today's recipe, the cauliflower slices are marinated with youghurt and pan fried in a fragrant and silky makhani sauce

Ingredients:

Onions 350g
Cashew nuts ¼ cup
Kashmiri red chilly 150 g
Green chilly 75g
Salt
Butter ½ cup
Tomatoes 1500 g
Sugar 2 ts
Whole garam masala (each) 8g
Ginger garlic paste 1 tb
Kasoori methi 1/8 cup
Oil for deep fry
Corn starch 1 ts
All purpose flour 1 ts
Cauliflower (big pieces) 2 n
Pepper crushes ½ ts
Directions:
Add whole garam masala in the muslin cloth and tie it .Heat butter in a pressure cooker and put the garam masala sachet in it, add onions cashew nuts, sauté it for 5 minutes, then add salt, ginger garlic paste, cook this till raw flavour is gone.
Add colour giving chilli or Kashmiri red chilly, green chilly, tomatoes, mix it well and put the lid on and let it cook for 15 to 20 minutes in a slow flame (5 to 6 whistles). Let it cool down, remove the sachet & using strainer drain out the water and put the onion and tomato into the blender and blend them and make a paste and again strain it, after straining all, discard the seeds and peels of tomato.
Cook the strained paste of tomatoes and onions for 20 minutes then add salt, sugar as required , mix it and add toasted kasoori methi (crush it with hands) once it comes to boil switch off the flame. Cool it and store in small containers in refrigeration conditions. Use this makhani gravy in many veg and non veg dishes.
Take cauliflower big pieces; blanch it in the salt water. Take a plate add corn starch, all purpose flour, crush pepper, coriander powder, salt, add water make a paste, and coat the mixture into the cauliflower and shallow fry them on both sides till golden in colour and transfer it into the another plate. In the same pan add some makhani gravy, add butter and fried cauliflower pieces, cook this for 2 minutes and add cream mix this along with makhani gravy.
Serve this with pulka, naan, roti and chapati.

Kasoori methi 1/8 cup
Oil for deep fry
Corn starch 1 ts
All purpose flour 1 ts
Cauliflower (big pieces) 2 n
Pepper crushes ½ ts
Directions:
Add whole garam masala in the muslin cloth and tie it .Heat butter in a pressure cooker and put the garam masala sachet in it, add onions cashew nuts, sauté it for 5 minutes, then add salt, ginger garlic paste, cook this till raw flavour is gone.
Add colour giving chilli or Kashmiri red chilly, green chilly, tomatoes, mix it well and put the lid on and let it cook for 15 to 20 minutes in a slow flame (5 to 6 whistles). Let it cool down, remove the sachet & using strainer drain out the water and put the onion and tomato into the blender and blend them and make a paste and again strain it, after straining all, discard the seeds and peels of tomato.
Cook the strained paste of tomatoes and onions for 20 minutes then add salt, sugar as required , mix it and add toasted kasoori methi (crush it with hands) once it comes to boil switch off the flame. Cool it and store in small containers in refrigeration conditions. Use this makhani gravy in many veg and non veg dishes.
Take cauliflower big pieces; blanch it in the salt water. Take a plate add corn starch, all purpose flour, crush pepper, coriander powder, salt, add water make a paste, and coat the mixture into the cauliflower and shallow fry them on both sides till golden in colour and transfer it into the another plate. In the same pan add some makhani gravy, add butter and fried cauliflower pieces, cook this for 2 minutes and add cream mix this along with makhani gravy.
Serve this with pulka, naan, roti and chapati.

Ingredients
Cauliflower - 1 (350-400 grams)
Potatoes - 350 grams
Tomato - 2 (150 gram)
Ginger - 1-1.5 inch
Green chilly - 2
Green coriander - 2-3 tbsp (finely chopped)
Oil - for frying and making sabzi
Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
Asafoetida - 1 pinch
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Whole garam masala - 2 brown cardamom, 1/2 cinnamon stick, 3 clove, 8-10 black pepper
Coriander powder - 1.5 tsp
Garam masala - 1/4 tsp
Red chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
Fenugreek Leaves - 2 tsp
Salt - 1 tsp
Directions
Getting ready:
1. Cut off the stalk from cauliflower and chop in small chunks. Wash them thoroughly.
2. Peel the potatoes and cut down making 6 chunks from each.
3. Finely grind the tomatoes, ginger and green chilies to make a paste.
Making:
4. Heat some oil in a wok and place the potatoes into it. Shallow fry the potatoes till they get little brown in color. Drain out the fried potato wedges on a plate with absorbent paper.
5. Shallow fry the cauliflower as well until brown and drain them out in the same plate or tray.
6. Leaving 2 to 3 tsp oil in the wok and drain out the rest. To it add cumin seeds and asafoetida. When the seeds crackle, add chopped ginger, turmeric powder, coriander powder, green chilly, coarsely ground garam masala and dry fenugreek leaves.
7. After sauteing the spices add fine paste of tomatoes-ginger-green chilly and saute till you see oil leaving the sides of the masala.
8. Then add ½ cup water, salt and garam masala. When you see gentle boil in the gravy, add fried potato-cauliflower chunks and green coriander sprigs. Mix everything really well.
9. Cover and cook for 3 to 4 minutes on low flame.
10. Lip smacking super tempting aloo gobi is ready.
Serving:
11. Transfer the sabzi to another bowl and garnish with some coriander springs.
12. Serve steaming hot with parantha, naan, poori, and chapatti and enjoy eating.

Cauliflower Manchurian is a tantalizing Indian Chinese appetizer. Chef Ruchi Bharani teaches how to make this simple and easy to cook quick homemade manchurian recipe. It is basically cauliflower in soy chilli sauce.
Ingredients:
250 Gms Cauliflower Flowerets
1&1/2 tbsp finely chopped Garlic
1&1/2 tbsp finely chopped Ginger
3 finely chopped Green Chillies
1/2 tsp Vinegar
2 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
2 tbsp Soya Sauce
1 tbsp Green Chilli Sauce
Salt
2 tbsp Corn Flour
2 tbsp Plain Flour (Maida)
1 Spring Onion (chopped with leaves)
OIl
Method:
- Mix all purpose flour, cornflour, salt and water in a bowl to make the batter
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Meanwhile dip the cauliflower in the batter, enough to coat them well.
- Put the coated cauliflower in the hot oil and fry it in medium flame.
- Once its done put it aside and again add some oil to a pan and heat it.
- Add ginger, garlic, chillies and sauté it for a minute.
- Add chili sauce, tomato ketchup, soya sauce and cook for about a minute.
- Add vinegar, 1/2 a cup water and salt and cook it for another couple of minute
- Add the cauliflower and toss them, enough to coat the cauliflower with the sauce and cook it for about 3 - 4 minute
- Add chopped spring onion and its ready to be served.

This region is incredibly scenic, perched at 1645 m altitude in green mountains, covered with thick pine forests and lush meadows with grazing yaks and horses, and rich with wildlife: the lake has 9 species of fish and its surroundings are full of sheep, goats, elk and more than 430 species of birds. There are 5 different Mongolian tribes nearby: Khalh, Darhad, Buriad, Hotgoid, & Urianhai. The Camp has a hot shower, sauna, internet and a restaurant with Mongolian and European meals.

Local Bonda Lake Camp in Khatgal village near Lake Khovsgol offers various nature and cultural featuring: fishing, hiking, winter tours, nomad visits, horse back riding, visiting reindeer herders and Darhad valley. Horse riding, you have chance discover Lake Khovsgol and its beautiful waters, meet Tsataan (nomadic reindeer herders) living in yurts in the north of Khovsgol area. This region is incredibly scenic, perched at 1645 m altitude in green mountains, covered with thick pine forests and lush meadows with grazing yaks and horses, and rich with wildlife: the lake has 9 species of fish and its surroundings are full of sheep, goats, elk and more than 430 species of birds. There are 5 different Mongolian tribes nearby: Khalh, Darhad, Buriad, Hotgoid, & Urianhai. The Camp has a hot shower, sauna, internet and a restaurant with Mongolian and European meals.

Opening:
After nearly a year of backpacking around Asia, we found ourselves rolling into Ulan Bator, the capital city of Mongolia, a country synonymous with Genghis Khan (known as Chinggis Khan in Mongolia) , wide open spaces, and Nomadic life. Of the 3 million people that call Mongolia home, nearly half live in UB, making it the cultural, financial and industrial center of Mongolia, so it’s no surprise that this city is the first stop for most foreign visitors. In our case, we entered the country from China after a 48 hour marathon of bus and train travel that started from Beijing, so as soon as we arrived, the ONLY thing we could think about was to getting to the nearest hostel to sleep. So we did. For 2 days.
Leaving UB:
Once we got our strength up we did some research and found that our hostel was offering a tour of the gobi desert as well as other parts of central Mongolia; a journey that would take 16 days; we’d decided to go with 6 other travelers that we’d met a couple of days beforehand, but with only one day to prepare and zero winter clothes, we desperately needed to gear up...
Market:
“Naran Tuul zach (зах or Khar Zakh)” is a sprawling flea market where you can find wall clocks, linoleum flooring and just about anything else. The market has gained a bad reputation among locals and foreigners alike for being a pickpocket’s haven, so with such a rough exterior and shady nickname like “black market”, we figured we’d be able to bargain our way into some amazing deal, but we soon discovered that this wasn’t the case...
Lunch:
Because Mongolian culture is based on livestock farming, the traditional diet consists of meat, flour and dairy with mutton being the meat of choice. Mongolian winters are extremely harsh so a lot of animal fat is consumed during winter and more dairy products during the summer.
Closing:
What… a… day. It was a long journey, but the scenery was stunning and the Mongolian countryside made quite the first impression on us. But this was only just the beginning and we couldn’t wait to see what the next 15 days would bring...

I'd been dying to get myself to Mongolia, and even more excited to do some travel photography in Mongolia. I really knew nothing of the country aside from the fact that it's vast and full of amazing landscapes. So, for a first excursion into the countryside of the country, I went kind of easy and headed to the Gobi Desert. It was a great decision. Southern Mongolia and the Gobi Desert is amazing and a perfect spot for travel photography. You get loads of interesting landscapes, and the people and culture of the area are worthy of photos as well.
We visited places like the Flaming Cliffs, Yol Valley, and of course the singing dunes of the Gobi. I got to shoot landscapes, people, and even do some star photography (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uJyNFCtIGBY), what else could I ask for from a first trip into Mongolia.
