- 200g Perino tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 8 Coles Brand Australian Free Range Eggs
- 1/2 cup (125ml) milk
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves
- 1 brown onion, thinly sliced
- 3 corn cobs, husks, silks and kernels removed
- 80g fetta, crumbled
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
- 80g mixed baby salad leaves
- 200g Perino tomatoes, extra, thinly sliced

- 500g Coles Australian 5 Star Beef Mince
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 1.5cm-piece fresh ginger, finely grated
- 1/4 cup coriander, chopped
- 1 teaspoon lemon rind, grated
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1/2 cup (50g) packaged breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 400g pkt KanTong Wholemeal Hokkien Wok Ready Noodles
- 1 red onion, cut into wedges
- 300g pkt Coles Australian Superfood Stir-fry
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/4 cup (60ml) oyster sauce, extra

- 1/4 cup (60ml) extra virgin olive oil, plus more for drizzling
- 18 Coles Australian Lamb Cutlets, French trimmed
- 60g pkt Coles Australian Baby Rocket Leaves
- 1 small red onion, shaved
- 1 lemon, cut into wedges

- 1 1/2 cups (375ml) buttermilk
- 1 1/2 cups (225g) plain flour
- 1/4 cup (35g) sesame seeds

- 1 tablespoon oregano leaves
- 2 teaspoons ground fennel

- 1 teaspoon white pepper, finely ground

- 2 Granny Smith apples, cut into matchsticks
