What is the difference between lean bulking and dirty bulking? 🍎🍔
I feel like there are a lot of misconceptions when it comes to lean bulking and dirty bulking.
When it comes to lean bulking, a lot of people think that you have to eat clean and you're not allowed to eat any junk food, whereas you can kind of just go ham when you're dirty bulking.
But what they actually mean, is how much weight you gain on a weekly basis. You can eat junk food on a lean bulk, but usually you still would be eating an x amount of calories everyday to make sure you're not gaining too much weight every week to minimise unnecessary fat gain.
The reason why junk food is associated with a dirty bulk is because usually there is no limit when it comes to food. And junk food specifically is extremely high calo...
