Center for the Arts Box Office
The Center for the Arts Box Office is located in the Center for the Arts on the 3rd floor, room 3038. To purchase tickets at any time, visit TU Box Office.
The Box Office accepts window and telephone sales Tuesday through Saturday from noon to 4 p.m. during the academic semester. Online sales only will be available during closures, holidays, and summer.
- Window sales only are accepted one hour before ticketed events. Phones do not operate after 4 p.m.
- All tickets must be paid in full. The Center for the Arts Box Office does not hold reservations.
- All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.
- All patrons of all ages must have a valid ticket to enter.
In case of severe weather, events will be canceled if the university is closed. Official university closings are posted on the TU homepage and announced on radio and TV. Information is also available by calling 410-704-2000.
Receiving Your Tickets
Tickets can be mailed directly to you for no additional fee. For orders received less than two weeks prior to an event, tickets will be held at the Box Office for pick up at the Will Call window one hour prior to the performance.
Attending the Performance
Please remember to check the venue where the performance is to be held. Stephens Hall Theatre is located in Stephens Hall, not in the Center for the Arts. The box office inside Stephens Hall opens one hour prior to ticketed Stephens Hall Theatre events.

The Ticket Office is located on the first floor of the Union.
We offer the following:
- Tickets to Towson University sporting events, concerts and other student events
- SGA and Contract Deposits

- SGA and HRL Petty Cash
- OneCard issuance
Please note when the university is closed, the Ticket Office will be open at the venue for athletics contents or special events.
