Plot: On leave from his army assignment, Krishnakumar returns home to witness tyranny and corruption at the hands of corrupt police, and even more corrupt and oppressive politicians. He also finds out that his Education Minister father, Balaganghadharan, as well as two brother-in-laws are also part of this system, and he decides to speak out against them. As a result he alienates himself so much so that he is not permitted to attend his sister's marriage which has taken place against her will. His friendship with Sarika will turn to romance, and he will eventually decide if he wants a harmonious life with his family or enter his name in the elections against his very own father and his evil associates - who will go to any lengths to prevent him from winning.

Plot: In London, during October 1993, England is playing Holland in the preliminaries of the World Cup. The Bosnian War is at its height, and refugees from the ex-Yugoslavia are arriving. Football rivals, and political adversaries from the Balkans all precipitate conflict and amusing situations. Meanwhile, the lives of four English families are affected in different ways by encounter with the refugees; one of the families improbably becomes involved with a Balkan refugee through the England vs. Holland match.

Plot: Dr Gerald Bull was a genius at designing and building superguns. (Very large long range guns capable of shooting more than 100 Miles.) When a plan by the CIA to export restricted material using him was exposed, the CIA denied all knowledge and he went to jail. He was later released to help Saddam Hussein build a new supergun capable of firing over 500 miles. Israel, upon learning of the supergun, fears it would be used against themselves.

Plot: Circa 18th century India, the beauty of Shamajaan is widely known all over the region. This gets the interest of notorious Shahbaaz Khan, who decides to make her one more wife in his harem. He goes to her residence to woo her, but she indicates her unwillingness. Shahbaaz abducts her, killing her dad in the process, and takes him to his palace. Shamajaan manages to escape, and ends up at the palace of Ahmed Khan, where she is received and treated with respect, and is assured that Shahbaaz will not dare to attack anyone in the protection of Ahmed. Frustrated, Shahbaaz circulates that Shamajaan is one of his concubines, and when word of this gets to Ahmed's palace, the family has no choice except to turn Shamajaan out, and again at the mercy of Shahbaaz Khan.
