We offer a wide range of culturally and linguistically appropriate services to Canadian-born citizens, naturalized citizens, permanent residents, refugees, international students and temporary foreign workers to help them settle and integrate into our community.
Successful integration is a two way process that requires adjustments for both newcomers and our community; our settlement workers work closely with other agencies, businesses and all levels of government to ensure this happens.
We are here to help clients with issues they encounter in adapting to their new home and ensuring that our services are accessible to them regardless of how long they have been in Canada. We offer settlement services at our office in downtown Kitchener and throughout the community.
Many of our Settlement Counsellors work out of branches of both the Waterloo and Kitchener Public Libraries to better reach our community.
