ABU DHABI // Residents can now top up their Mawaqif rechargeable cards at self-service kiosks near multistorey car park buildings in the city.
The electronic kiosks, which operate round-the-clock, can be found near Al Noor Hospital, Liwa Centre, Zakher Hotel, Al Mariah Shopping Mall, Health Authority Abu Dhabi and Al Dana building.
The kiosks also offer services for processes related to telecommunications, municipal affairs, transport and money exchange, the Department of Municipal Affairs and Transport said on Monday.
Mohammed Al Muhairi, chairman of Mawaqif, said there are plans to increase the number of kiosks across Abu Dhabi in the future.
