Incoming Freshmen - Fall 2016

Freshmen recently admitted to the university and interested in living on-campus still have an opportunity to live on-campus with Capstone Properties (Paca House and Tubman House) but must apply by 5 p.m. Wednesday, May 4, 2016. After this date housing will be offered on a space available basis.  Both Paca and Tubman Houses are residence halls located on university property; to find out more information or apply to live in Paca or Tubman, visit: http://pacatubman.com/applications-forms/. 

Also, if you have questions about housing at Paca and Tubman Houses you may call 410-704-7484 (Monday-Friday from 9a.m. - 5p.m.).

Transferring Students - Fall 2016

On-campus housing is available, on a limited basis, in Paca House and Tubman House, on a first-come, first-served basis.  This housing is managed through Capstone On-Campus Management (Paca House and Tubman House, are residence halls located on university property but managed by Capstone).  To apply to live in Paca or Tubman, go online to: www.pacatubman.com  and complete the required application. You will then receive an email from Capstone with further instructions.

 Unfortunately, the rest of university housing is full for the fall 2016 semester.  Although we do not anticipate any openings in university housing for the fall, if interested you can place your name on our interest list by clicking on the following link:

Carroll and Marshall Halls

CARROLL, MARSHALL AND TOWSON RUN ARE FULL. If you are interested in living in Carroll, Marshall or Towson Run, fill out the form below to be placed on an interest list.
IMPORTANT: You should still sign up for housing during your scheduled time and you will be contacted if a space becomes available. 

Room Changes/Room Sign-up (May 2 - May 6)

Students interested in changing their room should go to the Housing & Residence Life Office during this time period between the hours of  9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.  Any student who did not sign-up for a room previously can sign-up in HRL during this time.  Roommate requests must come together.

Off-Campus Students

Students living off-campus are not eligible to live on-campus in University Housing or Capstone Housing for the fall semester due to the following:

• The demand for housing far exceeds the space available to accommodate all students interested in living on campus;
• In order to accommodate all New Freshmen who are guaranteed housing for four consecutive semesters;
