Watch this critically acclaimed Indian biographical war film, Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose: The Forgotten Hero (2004) starring Sachin Khedekar, Kulbhushan Kharbanda, Rajit Kapur, Divya Dutta, Arif Zakaria among others.
Born in a prominent Bengali family, Subhas had dedicated much of his younger years by being actively involved in ridding the British from India. For this purpose he joined hands with stalwarts such as Jawaharlal Nehru and Mohandas Gandhi, but expressed his frustration, especially with Gandhi's slow and painstaking way of trying to win over the enemy with love. It is for this reason, he decided to separate from the Congress Party. The British became weary of him, placed him under arrest, but when he started a hunger strike unto death, they let him go, but kept him under surveillance. Subhas eluded the police, under the guise of Pathan Mohammad Ziauddin, crossed the Indian border in Afghanistan so that he could enter Russia and form an Indian Army to oust the British. His efforts failed, he ended up as Italian Orlando Mashtar, with an office in Germany. This movie is an out and out biographical war film about the Hero, Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose.

बंधुओं, हमारे महासभा का ५१वां अधिवेशन समाप्त होने जा रहा है । मेरे लिए ये बहुत हर्ष का विषय है के इसबार का सारा कार्य बहुत अच्छी प्रकार से निर्विघ्न सम्पन्न हुआ । मैंने जब हरिपुरा के लिए प्रस्थान किया तब बहुत सारे लोगों के मन में आशंका हुई थी की हरिपुरा में भी पिछले सूरत अधिवेशन की पुनरावृत्ति होगी पर ये हमारे लिए बहुत हर्ष का विषय है की भगवान की कृपा से वो सारी आशंकाएं गलत साबित हुईं ।
बंधुओं और एक बात याद करके मेरा मन आनंदित हो रहा है की यहाँ की अभ्यर्थना समिति ने सरदार बल्लभ भाई पटेल जी के परिचालन में जिस प्रकार कार्य किया एवं जिस प्रकार हमारे लिए सारी व्यवस्था की, उसके लिए मैं अपनी हार्दिक कृतज्ञता व्यक्त करता हूँ । यहाँ के स्वयंसेवक और स्वयमसेविकाओं ने जिस प्रकार अथक परिश्रम कर हमारी सेवा की है उसके लिए हम उनके कृतज्ञ हैं । सर्वोपरि हमारे लिए यह हर्ष और गौरव का विषय है की महात्मा गाँधी ने स्वयं यहाँ उपस्थित हो उनका आशीर्वाद और प्रेरणा हमें दिया |
विज्ञानं ने कार्य को बहुत संबल दिया है और मैं आशा करता हूँ की भविष्य में हम हमारे प्रचार कार्य में फिल्म और रेडियो का सहारा और अधिक लेंगे । सर्वशेष, मैं आप लोगो के सामने आतंरिक निवेदन रखना चाहता हूँ की हमारे समुदाय का व्रत अभी तक उद्यापित नही हुआ है, हम अभी भी पराधीन हैं; इस विषय में कोई संदेह नही है की स्वाधीनता के रास्ते पे हमलोग बहुत आगे बढे हैं तथापि बहुत दुःख और लज्जा के साथ स्वीकार करना ही पड़ेगा के अभी भी भारतवर्ष में पूर्ण स्वराज स्थापित नही हुआ । आने वाले कुछ महीनो और कुछ वर्षों के घटनाक्रम के ऊपर ही हमारे समुदाय का भविष्य निर्भर करेगा । इसीलिए आइये हम सब बद्धपरिकर होके काम में लग जाये , आपस के सारे विवाद हम त्याग करें, हम सब एक प्राण बनके देश की सेवा में आत्मनियोग करे और स्वाधीनता प्राप्त करने के लिए अग्रणी होके सामने चले । बंधुओं हम सबने दास होके जन्म लिया है अब आइये संकल्प करे के हम मृत्यु से पहले स्वाधीन हो पाएं । वन्दे मातरम .....

A secret letter, dated May 12, 1948, claims that “Subhas Bose married Czech lady” and had a “daughter by name ‘Nima’ by this lady”. The letter also says that she had a manuscript of Subhash Bose’s autobiography that prove that Bose “had not died in the plane crash”.
the bose family exchanged letter with nima after bose’s 'death’ .
however netaji married to Emilie Schenkl in Austria,and had daughter named anita .
subhash chanra bose elected as congress president in 1938-1939 but due to the manoeuvrings of the Gandhi-led clique in the Congress Working Committee, bose forced to resign from presidency for nehru.
3.Bose's family have announced at various times that he is still in hiding and will return to India when the time is right. In February 1966, Suresh Chandra Bose announced in the Press that his brother would return in March.

1. Figgess Report. 1946 -stated that netaji died in plane crash
2. Shah Nawaz Committee. 1956 -that there was no crash and that netaji lives
3. Khosla Commission. 1970 netaji did not die in crash.
4.Mukherjee Commission 1999-2005 : netaji faked his death ,the report which was rejected by govt .
5.many evidences claimed that netaji was alive in ussr
including former president of india dr s radhakrishnan who claimed to meet netaji in russia ,who asked him to make arrangements for his return.
mrs.vijaya laxmipandit former ambassador to russia also seen netaji in moscow.which she was about to disclose in constitution house but mr.nehru made her sit by pulling her sari .
mr. georgey the son of cpi founder abaci mukharjee said to former ambassador mr.satyanarayan mishra that his father
was imprisonned in siberia his cell was adjured to netaji’s cel.
6.in 1995 its was claimed by dr.purobi roy the scholar member of Calcutta asiatic society researching indo-soviet relation in moscow that she found some classified files stamped most secret dated 1946 .
in the military archive of paddolosk near moscow ,which mentioned stalin and molotov discussing netaji.whether he will stay in moscow or leave .
she also found a kgb report of Bombay 1946 which said ‘’it is not possible to work with nehru or gandhi .we have to use subhash bose.

8.In 2005, the BBC reported that not only did the Taiwanese government reject the Bose-died-in-a-plane-crash-in-Taipei story, it also denied any plane crashes occurred between August 14 and September 20 that year.

“Netaji reached Dairen in Manjuria at 1:30 pm on 23rd August 1945, from Saigon by plane. The plane was a Japanese bomber. He had plenty of gold with him in bars and ornaments. After disembarking, he ate banana and drank tea. He and 4 others, one of them a Japanese officer Shidei; got into a jeep and went towards the Russian border. After about 3 hours, the jeep came back and gave the pilot instruction to fly back to Tokyo.”

Subhas Chandra Bose
Subhas Chandra Bose (
listen ; 23 January 1897 – 18 August 1945), was an Indian nationalist whose defiant patriotism made him a hero in India, but whose attempt during World War II to rid India of British rule with the help of Nazi Germany and Imperial Japan left a troubled legacy. The honorific Netaji, (Hindustani: "Respected Leader"), first applied in early 1942 to Bose in Germany by the Indian soldiers of the Indische Legion and by the German and Indian officials in the Special Bureau for India in Berlin, was later used throughout India.
Earlier, Bose had been a leader of the younger, radical, wing of the Indian National Congress in the late 1920s and 1930s, rising to become Congress President in 1938 and 1939. However, he was ousted from Congress leadership positions in 1939 following differences with Mahatma Gandhi and the Congress high command. He was subsequently placed under house arrest by the British before escaping from India in 1940.

In February 1966, Suresh Chandra Bose announced in the Press that his brother would return in March. 4. Various inquiry commissions have been set up since independence to know about Bose and confirmations of the rumors prevailing. 1. Figgess Report. 1946 -stated that netaji died in plane crash 2. Shah Nawaz Committee. 1956 -that there was no crash and that netaji lives 3. He and 4 others, one of them a Japanese officer Shidei; got into a jeep and went towards the Russian border. After about 3 hours, the jeep came back and gave the pilot instruction to fly back to Tokyo.” -

Born in a prominent Bengali family, Subhas had dedicated much of his younger years by being actively involved in ridding the British from India. For this purpose he joined hands with stalwarts such as Jawaharlal Nehru and Mohandas Gandhi, but expressed his frustration, especially with Gandhi's slow and painstaking way of trying to win over the enemy with love. It is for this reason, he decided to separate from the Congress Party. The British became weary of him, placed him under arrest, but when he started a hunger strike unto death, they let him go, but kept him under surveillance. Subhas eluded the police, under the guise of Pathan Mohammad Ziauddin, crossed the Indian border in Afghanistan so that he could enter Russia and form an Indian Army to oust the British. His efforts failed, he ended up as Italian Orlando Mashtar, with an office in Germany. This movie is an out and out biographical war film about the Hero, Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose.

बंधुओं, हमारे महासभा का ५१वां अधिवेशन समाप्त होने जा रहा है । मेरे लिए ये बहुत हर्ष का विषय है के इसबार का सारा कार्य बहुत अच्छी प्रकार से निर्विघ्न सम्पन्न हुआ । मैंने जब हरिपुरा के लिए प्रस्थान किया तब बहुत सारे लोगों के मन में आशंका हुई थी की हरिपुरा में भी पिछले सूरत अधिवेशन की पुनरावृत्ति होगी पर ये हमारे लिए बहुत हर्ष का विषय है की भगवान की कृपा से वो सारी आशंकाएं गलत साबित हुईं ।
बंधुओं और एक बात याद करके मेरा मन आनंदित हो रहा है की यहाँ की अभ्यर्थना समिति ने सरदार बल्लभ भाई पटेल जी के परिचालन में जिस प्रकार कार्य किया एवं जिस प्रकार हमारे लिए सारी व्यवस्था की, उसके लिए मैं अपनी हार्दिक कृतज्ञता व्यक्त करता हूँ । यहाँ के स्वयंसेवक और स्वयमसेविकाओं ने जिस प्रकार अथक परिश्रम कर हमारी सेवा की है उसके लिए हम उनके कृतज्ञ हैं । सर्वोपरि हमारे लिए यह हर्ष और गौरव का विषय है की महात्मा गाँधी ने स्वयं यहाँ उपस्थित हो उनका आशीर्वाद और प्रेरणा हमें दिया |

mrs.vijaya laxmipandit former ambassador to russia also seen netaji in moscow.which she was about to disclose in constitution house but mr.nehru made her sit by pulling her sari .
mr. georgey the son of cpi founder abaci mukharjee said to former ambassador mr.satyanarayan mishra that his father
was imprisonned in siberia his cell was adjured to netaji’s cel.
6.in 1995 its was claimed by dr.purobi roy the scholar member of Calcutta asiatic society researching indo-soviet relation in moscow that she found some classified files stamped most secret dated 1946 .
in the military archive of paddolosk near moscow ,which mentioned stalin and molotov discussing netaji.whether he will stay in moscow or leave .
she also found a kgb report of Bombay 1946 which said ‘’it is not possible to work with nehru or gandhi .we have to use subhash bose.

After disembarking, he ate banana and drank tea. He and 4 others, one of them a Japanese officer Shidei; got into a jeep and went towards the Russian border. After about 3 hours, the jeep came back and gave the pilot instruction to fly back to Tokyo.”

About Subhash Chandra Bose Daughter Anita Bose Pfaff
Anita Bose Pfaff (also Anita Bose-Pfaff, Anita B. Pfaff) (born 1942 in Vienna) is the daughter of Indian nationalist leader Subhas Chandra Bose (Netaji) and his Austrian wife, Emilie Schenkl.
Anita Bose Pfaff, Bose's only child, was born in Vienna where her father visited in 1934 for medical treatment. During his stay Bose asked an Indian friend to locate an English-speaking secretary to help him with a book he was planning to author.
The friend, who ran an English conversation course, introduced him to Emilie Schenkl in June 1934. Emilie was the daughter of a prominent veterinary surgeon. They soon fell in love and married in 1942 in Bad Gastein as per Hindu customs to avoid Nazi conjugal law. Anita Bose was only a 4 weeks baby when her father last saw her, and she was only about two and three quarters (years old] when her father most likely died in an air-crash in what is now Taiwan -- in August 1945
Academic career
Anita was a Professor of Economics in the Faculty of Economics in the University of Augsburg. She wrote a biopic on her father titled "Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose and Germany". The book is a collection of the records shared by Professor Anita Pfaff as well as other known biographers and writers. The book depicts interesting facts about the life of Bose and his contribution to freedom struggle of India. First copy of the book titled Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose and Germany by Professor Anita B. Pfaff was given to the President of India Pranab Mukherjee at Rashtrapati Bhavan on 6 February 2013. The book was brought out by the Federation of Indo-German Societies in India. [3]
Marriage and Family
Anita, who was born in 1942, is married to Professor Martin Pfaff, formerly a German Social Democratic Party member of the Bundestag, the German parliament. They have three children: Peter Arun, Thomas Krishna and Maya Carina.[4]
Anita Bose was brought up by her mother as her father, Subhas Chandra Bose, was engulfed in the struggle for India's independence.
