Australia is currently blinded by the narrative created that only women are worthy of protection and only women can be victims of domestic violence. Radical feminist groups like Destroy The Joint have been successful in creating great mistruths about the 'epidemic' of domestic violence in Australia. Their tally of women killed includes women who have suicided, women who have died where it is unknown who the perpetrators were and women who are murdered by other women. Their success has been in bringing them all under one banner that every woman is a victim of 'societal misogyny' and the media AND our government believe that all these women were killed in domestic violence by men.
