Do listing prices include G.S.T.?
Yes the monthly subscription price is inclusive of G.S.T.
When can I upgrade/downgrade my listing package?
You can upgrade or downgrade your listing package at anytime – simply login to your dashboard, view your listings, and select ‘edit’.
I’ve created my listing – why isn’t it live on site yet?
You must complete your payment details in order for your listing to be published. Please access the ‘my listings’ page on your account dashboard to do so.
I have uploaded photos to my listing but the images don’t display as expected. Why?
Landscape is the best format for the Marketplace listing layout. The best size to format your image to before uploading is 640w x 480h as this is the size the image upload tool will resize your image to.
What happens to my listing URL when I change the category I want to place my listing in?
It is important to note that your listing URL may change if you make a change to the category(s). The system will update your listing URL by using the first alphabetical chosen category.
When I search Kidspot Marketplace I can’t find my listing. Why?
The search functionality works on the following criteria – Ability to search for listings, categories and sub-categories via keyword and location. The keywords used in the content of your listing play an important part in surfacing your placements. Keywords are words or phrases that are used to match your listing with the terms people are searching for. Remember: When adding keywords to your content they should be in context with your copy (not just words on the page) and in line with the customer experience. Keywords placed in the first two paragraphs of the text are the most powerful.
Tip: to find out popular search terms why not try using google trends to see what term your potential customers are using.
Please also check that you have added a map location to your listing.
Where can I find my listing report?
Your listing report is located on the ‘my listings’ page on your account dashboard. Here you will find a month by month breakdown of listing views, plus a total listing view summary.
Help I’ve forgotten my password!
To reset your password please select the “reset password” button from the login screen and enter your account email address. Please visit your inbox to access the password reset link.
How can I cancel my listing subscription?
If you wish to cancel your standard listing you’re required to provide a minimum of 14 days’ notice before your next invoice date, and you will not be charged. If you provide us with less than 14 days’ notice,
you will be charged for the next month.
If you wish to cancel a free trial listing, please provide 48 hours notice prior to your 30 day trial expiring.
All cancellations will only take affect once the cancellation form has been completed and received by the Marketplace team.
