兩人合力宣告”愛自己”並非因為自私心態，而是在清楚瞭解自我、有能力把自己照顧好之後，才有能力去愛別人，真切的譜寫出現代都會女性的心境。

【我愛我自己】MV大考驗Cindy內心戲演技！一人分飾三角，挑戰三種不同層次哭戲。為配合「美國棉」自然、舒服的感覺，更捨棄她習慣的變色隱形眼鏡和假睫毛，以簡單沒有過多包裝的”真實樣貌”演出！MV劇情講述三個女孩的生活遭遇：
拚業績奔忙不停的上班族Lily，為交還客戶遺落的物品，穿著高跟鞋拼命追車！帶著腳上破皮紅腫的傷口回到家，看見媽媽寄來的補給品，她故作堅強打電話給媽媽說自己過得很好，卻止不住眼淚悄然滑落在臉上。
個性內向被動的大學生May，不敢向喜歡的男孩表白，選擇用好友身份待在男孩身邊。某天，她發現男孩已和另一個主動的女孩在一起，她故作堅強笑著祝福他們。看著鏡中那個沒勇氣開口而錯過他的自己，忍不住放聲大哭。
努力練習的舞蹈家Ivy，不管跌倒幾次都要爬起來再繼續跳，卻收到舞團寄來的不錄取通知書！無法突破困境讓她對自己感到失望，一個旋轉失衡跌坐在地，眼淚潰堤。
在她們哭泣的時候，Cindy伸出溫暖的手，藉由「美國棉」給予她們安慰。她替上班族Lily蓋上棉被，給大學生May遞上抱枕，為舞蹈家Ivy擦拭汗水和淚水。透過純棉的溫柔撫慰，平復受傷的情緒。
在拍攝前Cindy很怕自己哭戲演不好，沒想到現場跟導演一聊起做音樂的種種辛酸挫折，導演一句：「就這樣放棄，值得嗎?!」，讓Cindy立刻開啟水龍頭哭成淚人兒。尤其MV裡上班族收到媽媽寄來補給品的那一幕，在演出時心情有些激動！因為媽媽總擔心她沒照顧好自己。在演完這段戲後，Cindy感動的大喊：『我愛我自己！但我更愛我媽媽！』，讓在場工作人員也忍不住鼻酸。Cindy坦言MV中三個女孩的處境和心情，自己都曾遇過，也曾有過放棄的念頭！但只要想到媽媽和粉絲們的支持，就有繼續下去的動力！她也將【我愛我自己】這首歌，送給總是不辭辛勞為孩子付出的媽媽，希望媽媽要多愛自己一些，對自己好一點！

【我愛我自己】MV大考驗Cindy內心戲演技！一人分飾三角，挑戰三種不同層次哭戲。為配合「美國棉」自然、舒服的感覺，更捨棄她習慣的變色隱形眼鏡和假睫毛，以簡單沒有過多包裝的”真實樣貌”演出！MV劇情講述三個女孩的生活遭遇：
拚業績奔忙不停的上班族Lily，為交還客戶遺落的物品，穿著高跟鞋拼命追車！帶著腳上破皮紅腫的傷口回到家，看見媽媽寄來的補給品，她故作堅強打電話給媽媽說自己過得很好，卻止不住眼淚悄然滑落在臉上。
個性內向被動的大學生May，不敢向喜歡的男孩表白，選擇用好友身份待在男孩身邊。某天，她發現男孩已和另一個主動的女孩在一起，她故作堅強笑著祝福他們。看著鏡中那個沒勇氣開口而錯過他的自己，忍不住放聲大哭。
努力練習的舞蹈家Ivy，不管跌倒幾次都要爬起來再繼續跳，卻收到舞團寄來的不錄取通知書！無法突破困境讓她對自己感到失望，一個旋轉失衡跌坐在地，眼淚潰堤。
在她們哭泣的時候，Cindy伸出溫暖的手，藉由「美國棉」給予她們安慰。她替上班族Lily蓋上棉被，給大學生May遞上抱枕，為舞蹈家Ivy擦拭汗水和淚水。透過純棉的溫柔撫慰，平復受傷的情緒。
在拍攝前Cindy很怕自己哭戲演不好，沒想到現場跟導演一聊起做音樂的種種辛酸挫折，導演一句：「就這樣放棄，值得嗎?!」，讓Cindy立刻開啟水龍頭哭成淚人兒。尤其MV裡上班族收到媽媽寄來補給品的那一幕，在演出時心情有些激動！因為媽媽總擔心她沒照顧好自己。在演完這段戲後，Cindy感動的大喊：『我愛我自己！但我更愛我媽媽！』，讓在場工作人員也忍不住鼻酸。Cindy坦言MV中三個女孩的處境和心情，自己都曾遇過，也曾有過放棄的念頭！但只要想到媽媽和粉絲們的支持，就有繼續下去的動力！她也將【我愛我自己】這首歌，送給總是不辭辛勞為孩子付出的媽媽，希望媽媽要多愛自己一些，對自己好一點！
