Leader of Iraq's Kurdish region Massoud Barzani has told AP Television that he would support a Turkish proposal for a peaceful solution to fighting with the Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK) but that the regions is prepared to defend itself against Ankara if necessary.
"If Turkey comes up with a peaceful solution, and the PKK refuse it, we are ready to do anything against the PKK. But if Turkey is using the PKK as an excuse to fight with us, we are ready to defend ourselves," Barzani said in an interview on Tuesday.
The leader of the Kurdish region in Northern Iraq said that if Turkey puts forward a peaceful initiative which is then refused by the PKK he will call all Kurds to come together.
"We will explicitly tell the PKK this is a peaceful solution, and you will be part of it. If they insist on refusing it, we will tell all of the Kurdish nation that this was a peaceful initiative, and PKK was against that, and then we are ready to do anything against them, " he said.
Barzani's comments come as tension has been building up along the border area between Northern Iraq and Turkey.
During the interview on Tuesday, he said a peaceful solution must be found.
"A few days ago Erdogan told the PKK to lay down their arms and come back to Parliament to try and solve their problems. I think that's a wise idea," he said.
Turkish helicopter gunships have penetrated into Iraqi territory and troops have shelled suspected Kurdish rebel positions across the border in Iraq, a government official said on Wednesday as civilian and military leaders discussed the scope and duration of a possible offensive into northern Iraq.
US-made Cobra and Super Cobra attack helicopters chased Kurdish rebels 5 kilometres (3 miles) into Iraqi territory on Sunday but returned to their bases in Turkey after a rebel ambush killed 12 soldiers near the border, the official said on condition of anonymity because he was not authorised to speak to the media.
He also said Turkish artillery units shelled rebel positions as recently as Tuesday night but he did not say which areas were targeted and refused to give further information.
Iraqi Kurdish officials also confirmed Turkish shelling along the border over the weekend.

STORYLINE
Massoud Barzani, the leader of one of the two main Kurdish parties in Iraq was sworn in on Tuesday as the new president of Iraq's northern Kurdistan region.
Taking his oath of office under a massive portrait of his father, Barzani immediately vowed to strengthen national unity.
Barzani was unanimously elected by the Kurdish Parliament on Sunday. The Sunni Muslim Kurd and leader of the Kurdistan Democratic Party is due to serve a four-year presidential term.
The Kurdish region comprises three northern provinces and has enjoyed autonomy since the first Gulf War in 1991.
The region is expected to remain autonomous even after Iraq drafts its new constitution, which will be put to a referendum later this year. Kurds hope it will be part of a federal Iraq.
Barzani, was virtually guaranteed the presidency of the Kurdish region as part of an arrangement that delivered the Iraqi presidency to his one-time Kurdish rival Jalal Talabani, who also attended Monday's ceremony.
Barzani was also appointed general commander of the Peshmerga forces, a U.S.-backed Kurdish militia force numbering about 100,000 fighters.
The Kurdistan parliament, which Barzani heads, was appointed following Jan. 30 elections and it held its inaugural session June 4.
The KDP was founded in 1946 by Barzani's father, the legendary mountain warrior Mustafa Barzani. The younger Barzani was a teenager when he became an aide to his father, then later was appointed KDP president when his father died in 1979.
In 1983, three of Barzani's brothers disappeared in what Kurds describe as the massacre of the Barzani clan when 8,000 people were rounded up by Saddam Hussein's toppled regime.
During the mid-1990s, Barzani's KDP forces fought a protracted civil war with Talabani's Patriotic Union of Kurdistan party over territorial influence and regional tax collection.
The KDP and PKU shared control over different parts of northern Iraq's Kurdistan region, which as enjoyed relative autonomy since 1991 under U.S.-led protection that prevented the air force of former Iraqi President Saddam Hussein from entering the area's air space.

The president of Iraq's ethnic Kurdish region declared Tuesday that "we are facing a new reality and a new Iraq" as the country considers new leadership for its Shiite-led government as an immediate step to curb a Sunni insurgent rampage.
The comments by Kurdish President Massoud Barzani came as he met with visiting U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry, who is pushing the central government in Baghdad to at least adopt new policies that would give more authority to Iraq's minority Sunnis and Kurds.
Kerry has repeatedly said that it's up to Iraqis _ not the U.S. or other nations _ to select their leaders. But he also has noted bitterness and growing impatience among all of Iraq's major sects and ethnic groups with the government of Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki.
Barzani told Kerry that Kurds are seeking "a solution for the crisis that we have witnessed."
Kerry said at the start of an hour-long private meeting that the Kurdish security forces known as peshmerga have been "really critical" in helping restrain the advance of the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant, a Sunni insurgency that has overtaken several key areas in Iraq's west and north, and is pushing the country toward civil war.
"This is a very critical time for Iraq, and the government formation challenge is the central challenge that we face," Kerry said. He said Iraqi leaders must "produce the broad-based, inclusive government that all the Iraqis I have talked to are demanding."
The U.S. believes a new power-sharing agreement in Baghdad would soothe anger directed at the majority Shiite government that has fueled ISIL. Iraq's population is about 60 percent Shiite Muslim, whose leaders rose to power with U.S. help after the 2003 fall of former president Saddam Hussein, a Sunni.
Minority Sunnis who enjoyed far more authority and privilege under Saddam than any other sect have long been bitter about the Shiite-led government. And al-Maliki has been personally accused of targeting Sunni leaders whom he considers his political opponents.
Iraqi Kurds had no love for Saddam, and were allowed to carve out a semi-autonomous region in Iraq's north to protect themselves from his policies. But Barzani for years has feuded with al-Maliki, most recently over the Kurdish regional government's decision to export oil through Turkey without giving Baghdad its required share of the profits.
The Kurdish region is home to several vast oil fields, which have reaped security and economic stability unmatched across the rest of the Iraq.
Barzani's support is key to solving the current political crisis, because Kurds represent about 20 percent of Iraq's population and usually vote as a unified bloc. That has made Kurds kingmakers in Iraq's national political process.
Tuesday's meeting in Irbil, the Kurdish capital, came a day after Kerry traveled to Baghdad to discuss potential options with Sunni and Shiite leaders, including al-Maliki. Kerry said after the Baghdad meetings that all the leaders agreed to start the process of seating a new government by July 1, which will advance a constitutionally-required timetable for distributing power among Iraq's political blocs, which are divided by sect and ethnicity.
Once a stable government is in place, officials hope Iraqi security forces will be inspired to fight the insurgency instead of fleeing, as they did in several major cities and towns in Sunni-dominated areas since the start of the year.

There are more than thirty million Kurds - most of them living in an overlapping area of Iraq, Iran, Syria and Turkey. It is said to be the biggest ethnic community in the world without a homeland. In some of the countries in which they live, they are prevented from speaking their language or obtaining citizenship. Saddam Hussein, the former Iraqi leader, used chemical weapons against the Kurds, destroyed their villages and killed tens of thousands of them during his rule. The bodies are still being unearthed. The US encouraged them to rise up against Saddam when his forces were driven out of Kuwait in 1991 but then left them hanging. And thousands died fleeing to Turkey as refugees. But the no-fly zone that the US, British and French established to protect them from Saddam's attacks, allowed them to break away from Iraqi government authority, while remaining part of Iraq. Since 2003, the Kurdish region has become the most stable and prosperous part of Iraq, fuelled by oil and Turkish investment. And while relations with Turkey have improved, they have worsened with Baghdad - with disagreements over oil, land and politics that some fear could turn violent. Massoud Barzani, the Kurdish president, has emerged as a crucial player in Iraqi politics and as the leader of Kurdish aspirations in the region. He has warned that Iraq's Kurds could seek independence if they do not get what they need from Baghdad. And that his region will not be dragged down by the rest of Iraq. Iraq's Cabinet decided on Tuesday to ask the US for changes to the draft agreement as key Shiite lawmakers warned the deal has little chance of approval as it stands.
If the Iraqi Parliament fails to approve the draft before December 31, there would be no legal basis for the US-led military mission to stay on.
Iran, which is close to Shiite parties who dominate Iraq's government, has repeatedly expressed its opposition to any security deal that allows American forces to remain in Iraq.
Tehran contends that the American presence is the cause of instability in Iraq and the region.

Masoud Barzani
Masoud Barzani (Kurdish: مەسعوود بارزانی or Mesûd Barzanî; born 16 August 1946) is an Iraqi Kurdish politician who has been President of the Iraqi Kurdistan Region since 2005, as well as leader of the Kurdistan Democratic Party (KDP) since 1979.
Masoud Barzani succeeded his father, the Kurdish nationalist leader Mustafa Barzani, as the leader of the KDP in 1979. Working closely with his brother Idris Barzani until Idris's death, Barzani and various other Kurdish groups fought the forces of the Iraqi government in Baghdad during the Iran–Iraq War. For much of this time, the Kurdish leadership was exiled to Iran.

John Kerry
John Forbes Kerry (born December 11, 1943) is an American politician who is the 68th and current United States Secretary of State. He has served in the United States Senate, and was chairman of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee. Kerry was the candidate of the Democratic Party in the 2004 presidential election, losing to George W. Bush.
Kerry was born in Aurora, Colorado and attended boarding school in Massachusetts and New Hampshire. He graduated from Yale University class of 1966 with a political science major. Kerry enlisted in the Naval Reserve in 1966, and during 1968–1969 served an abbreviated four-month tour of duty in South Vietnam as officer-in-charge (OIC) of a Swift Boat. For that service, he was awarded combat medals that include the Silver Star Medal, Bronze Star Medal, and three Purple Heart Medals. Securing an early return to the United States, Kerry joined the Vietnam Veterans Against the War organization in which he served as a nationally recognized spokesman and as an outspoken opponent of the Vietnam War. He appeared in the Fulbright Hearings before the Senate Committee on Foreign Affairs where he deemed United States war policy in Vietnam to be the cause of war crimes.

Barzani told Kerry that Kurds are seeking "a solution for the crisis that we have witnessed." Kerry said at the start of an hour-long private meeting that the Kurdish security forces known as peshmerga have been "really critical" in helping restrain the advance of the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant, a Sunni insurgency that has overtaken several key areas in Iraq's west and north, and is pushing the country toward civil war. "This is a very critical time for Iraq, and the government formation challenge is the central challenge that we face," Kerry said. He said Iraqi leaders must "produce the broad-based, inclusive government that all the Iraqis I have talked to are demanding." The U.S. believes a new power-sharing agreement in Baghdad would soothe anger directed at the majority Shiite government that has fueled ISIL. Iraq's population is about 60 percent Shiite Muslim, whose leaders rose to power with U.S. help after the 2003 fall of former president Saddam Hussein, a Sunni. Minority Sunnis who enjoyed far more authority and privilege under Saddam than any other sect have long been bitter about the Shiite-led government. And al-Maliki has been personally accused of targeting Sunni leaders whom he considers his political opponents. Iraqi Kurds had no love for Saddam, and were allowed to carve out a semi-autonomous region in Iraq's north to protect themselves from his policies. But Barzani for years has feuded with al-Maliki, most recently over the Kurdish regional government's decision to export oil through Turkey without giving Baghdad its required share of the profits. The Kurdish region is home to several vast oil fields, which have reaped security and economic stability unmatched across the rest of the Iraq. Barzani's support is key to solving the current political crisis, because Kurds represent about 20 percent of Iraq's population and usually vote as a unified bloc. That has made Kurds kingmakers in Iraq's national political process. Tuesday's meeting in Irbil, the Kurdish capital, came a day after Kerry traveled to Baghdad to discuss potential options with Sunni and Shiite leaders, including al-Maliki. Kerry said after the Baghdad meetings that all the leaders agreed to start the process of seating a new government by July 1, which will advance a constitutionally-required timetable for distributing power among Iraq's political blocs, which are divided by sect and ethnicity. Once a stable government is in place, officials hope Iraqi security forces will be inspired to fight the insurgency instead of fleeing, as they did in several major cities and towns in Sunni-dominated areas since the start of the year. "If Turkey comes up with a peaceful solution, and the PKK refuse it, we are ready to do anything against the PKK. But if Turkey is using the PKK as an excuse to fight with us, we are ready to defend ourselves," Barzani said in an interview on Tuesday.
The leader of the Kurdish region in Northern Iraq said that if Turkey puts forward a peaceful initiative which is then refused by the PKK he will call all Kurds to come together.
"We will explicitly tell the PKK this is a peaceful solution, and you will be part of it. If they insist on refusing it, we will tell all of the Kurdish nation that this was a peaceful initiative, and PKK was against that, and then we are ready to do anything against them, " he said.
Barzani's comments come as tension has been building up along the border area between Northern Iraq and Turkey.
During the interview on Tuesday, he said a peaceful solution must be found.
"A few days ago Erdogan told the PKK to lay down their arms and come back to Parliament to try and solve their problems. I think that's a wise idea," he said.
Turkish helicopter gunships have penetrated into Iraqi territory and troops have shelled suspected Kurdish rebel positions across the border in Iraq, a government official said on Wednesday as civilian and military leaders discussed the scope and duration of a possible offensive into northern Iraq.
US-made Cobra and Super Cobra attack helicopters chased Kurdish rebels 5 kilometres (3 miles) into Iraqi territory on Sunday but returned to their bases in Turkey after a rebel ambush killed 12 soldiers near the border, the official said on condition of anonymity because he was not authorised to speak to the media.
He also said Turkish artillery units shelled rebel positions as recently as Tuesday night but he did not say which areas were targeted and refused to give further information.
Iraqi Kurdish officials also confirmed Turkish shelling along the border over the weekend.

STORYLINE
Massoud Barzani, the leader of one of the two main Kurdish parties in Iraq was sworn in on Tuesday as the new president of Iraq's northern Kurdistan region.
Taking his oath of office under a massive portrait of his father, Barzani immediately vowed to strengthen national unity.
Barzani was unanimously elected by the Kurdish Parliament on Sunday. The Sunni Muslim Kurd and leader of the Kurdistan Democratic Party is due to serve a four-year presidential term.
The Kurdish region comprises three northern provinces and has enjoyed autonomy since the first Gulf War in 1991.
The region is expected to remain autonomous even after Iraq drafts its new constitution, which will be put to a referendum later this year. Kurds hope it will be part of a federal Iraq.

Massoud Barzani, the leader of one of the two main Kurdish parties in Iraq was sworn in on Tuesday as the new president of Iraq's northern Kurdistan region.
Taking his oath of office under a massive portrait of his father, Barzani immediately vowed to strengthen national unity.
Barzani was unanimously elected by the Kurdish Parliament on Sunday. The Sunni Muslim Kurd and leader of the Kurdistan Democratic Party is due to serve a four-year presidential term.
The Kurdish region comprises three northern provinces and has enjoyed autonomy since the first Gulf War in 1991.
The region is expected to remain autonomous even after Iraq drafts its new constitution, which will be put to a referendum later this year. Kurds hope it will be part of a federal Iraq.

The president of Iraq's ethnic Kurdish region declared Tuesday that "we are facing a new reality and a new Iraq" as the country considers new leadership for its Shiite-led government as an immediate step to curb a Sunni insurgent rampage.
The comments by Kurdish President Massoud Barzani came as he met with visiting U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry, who is pushing the central government in Baghdad to at least adopt new policies that would give more authority to Iraq's minority Sunnis and Kurds.
Kerry has repeatedly said that it's up to Iraqis _ not the U.S. or other nations _ to select their leaders. But he also has noted bitterness and growing impatience among all of Iraq's major sects and ethnic groups with the government of Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki.
Barzani told Kerry that Kurds are seeking "a solution for the crisis that we have witnessed."
Kerry said at the start of an hour-long private meeting that the Kurdish security forces known as peshmerga have been "really critical" in helping restrain the advance of the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant, a Sunni insurgency that has overtaken several key areas in Iraq's west and north, and is pushing the country toward civil war.
"This is a very critical time for Iraq, and the government formation challenge is the central challenge that we face," Kerry said. He said Iraqi leaders must "produce the broad-based, inclusive government that all the Iraqis I have talked to are demanding."
The U.S. believes a new power-sharing agreement in Baghdad would soothe anger directed at the majority Shiite government that has fueled ISIL. Iraq's population is about 60 percent Shiite Muslim, whose leaders rose to power with U.S. help after the 2003 fall of former president Saddam Hussein, a Sunni.
Minority Sunnis who enjoyed far more authority and privilege under Saddam than any other sect have long been bitter about the Shiite-led government. And al-Maliki has been personally accused of targeting Sunni leaders whom he considers his political opponents.
Iraqi Kurds had no love for Saddam, and were allowed to carve out a semi-autonomous region in Iraq's north to protect themselves from his policies. But Barzani for years has feuded with al-Maliki, most recently over the Kurdish regional government's decision to export oil through Turkey without giving Baghdad its required share of the profits.
The Kurdish region is home to several vast oil fields, which have reaped security and economic stability unmatched across the rest of the Iraq.
Barzani's support is key to solving the current political crisis, because Kurds represent about 20 percent of Iraq's population and usually vote as a unified bloc. That has made Kurds kingmakers in Iraq's national political process.
Tuesday's meeting in Irbil, the Kurdish capital, came a day after Kerry traveled to Baghdad to discuss potential options with Sunni and Shiite leaders, including al-Maliki. Kerry said after the Baghdad meetings that all the leaders agreed to start the process of seating a new government by July 1, which will advance a constitutionally-required timetable for distributing power among Iraq's political blocs, which are divided by sect and ethnicity.
Once a stable government is in place, officials hope Iraqi security forces will be inspired to fight the insurgency instead of fleeing, as they did in several major cities and towns in Sunni-dominated areas since the start of the year.

There are more than thirty million Kurds - most of them living in an overlapping area of Iraq, Iran, Syria and Turkey. It is said to be the biggest ethnic community in the world without a homeland. Saddam Hussein, the former Iraqi leader, used chemical weapons against the Kurds, destroyed their villages and killed tens of thousands of them during his rule. The bodies are still being unearthed. The US encouraged them to rise up against Saddam when his forces were driven out of Kuwait in 1991 but then left them hanging. And thousands died fleeing to Turkey as refugees. But the no-fly zone that the US, British and French established to protect them from Saddam's attacks, allowed them to break away from Iraqi government authority, while remaining part of Iraq. Since 2003, the Kurdish region has become the most stable and prosperous part of Iraq, fuelled by oil and Turkish investment. And while relations with Turkey have improved, they have worsened with Baghdad - with disagreements over oil, land and politics that some fear could turn violent. Massoud Barzani, the Kurdish president, has emerged as a crucial player in Iraqi politics and as the leader of Kurdish aspirations in the region. He has warned that Iraq's Kurds could seek independence if they do not get what they need from Baghdad. And that his region will not be dragged down by the rest of Iraq. If the Iraqi Parliament fails to approve the draft before December 31, there would be no legal basis for the US-led military mission to stay on.
Iran, which is close to Shiite parties who dominate Iraq's government, has repeatedly expressed its opposition to any security deal that allows American forces to remain in Iraq.
Tehran contends that the American presence is the cause of instability in Iraq and the region.

Military plans to retake Mosul from the Islamic State (IS) group are ready, the president of Iraq's autonomous Kurdish region told FRANCE 24 on Friday, claiming the Iraqi city could be retaken before the end of 2016 if a deal on its future administration is reached.
The Iraqi army and Kurdish Peshmerga forces, backed by a US-led coalition that includes France, will conduct the offensive but the role of pro-government militias has not been determined, Masoud Barzani said in an interview.
"There have been multiple meetings between leaders of the Peshmerga and the Iraqi army. They have finally agreed on the military plan," said the president of Iraq's autonomous Kurdistan Regional Government (KRG), without providing details.
The Kurdish leader, who is visiting France and has held talks with President François Hollande, said the French military would have a major role to play, providing air support and helping both Peshmerga and Iraqi forces to set up long-range artillery batteries.
He said the timing for launching the push on Mosul, located some 400km north of Baghdad, has not been determined, stressing that the city’s recovery is “not just a military issue”.
Asked if it could be retaken by the end of 2016, he said: "It is possible, but the post-liberation period must be prepared for."
Planning for peace
Mosul is the largest city in the IS group's self-proclaimed caliphate. It was captured by the jihadists in 2014 when Iraqi security forces dropped their weapons and fled.
Since then, Peshmerga forces have entrenched in its eastern and northern outskirts while retrained Iraqi forces have advanced to Qayyara, 60km south of the city, last month.
The ethnically and religiously diverse city poses major challenges to war-planners, including which forces will participate in the battle and how the city will be governed after.
Barzani said Shiite Muslim militias and a Sunni militia run by a former Mosul governor, which have pledged to take part in the offensive, had not yet been given a role.
"There must be a consensus between these forces and the residents of the Mosul area regarding each of the parties involved. [That consensus] has not been reached yet," he said.
Regarding the city’s future administration, Barzani said several plans were on the table, but that it was too early to discuss them in public.
“This province is a mosaic of religions and ethnic groups and a real tragedy has occurred there, in particular for Christians and Yazidis,” he said, referring to the persecution and massacre of minority groups by IS group jihadists.
“We need a guarantee that such tragedies cannot happen again,” he added.
Referendum for Kirkuk
Barzani said his regional government had also reached an agreement with Baghdad over the future of the city of Kirkuk and surrounding areas, which lie outside the borders of Iraqi Kurdistan but were occupied by the Peshmerga in 2014 to stem the IS group advance.
He said the local population would be allowed to choose whether or not to join the autonomous Kurdish region in a referendum.
On the subject of Syria, where Kurdish forces have expanded their northern territories while battling the IS group, prompting Turkey to intervene militarily, Barzani said he would support a Kurdish push for autonomy or independence, provided there is a “consensus” among Syrian Kurds.
But he criticised the PYD, the dominant Syrian Kurdish party, for siding with Turkey’s historic foe, the Kurdish PKK party, a move he said had “angered Turkey” and provoked it into military action.

بارزانی لەبارەی گەڕانەوەیان دەڵێ " ئێمە گەڕاینەوە بارزان و پرسیارمان دەکرد ئایا دەگەڕینەوە قوتابخانە لە بەغدا، کەچی کەس وەڵامی پێ نەدەداین، تاوەکو لە بەرەبانێک 4 فڕۆکەی جۆری مێگی عێراقی بۆردوومانیان کردین، ئێمە بە موعجیزە لە ژێر ئەو چادرە رزگارمان بوو، ئیدی شۆڕشی ئەیلوول دەستی پێکرد".

مەسعود مستەفا شێخ محەمەد شێخ عەبدولسەلام شێخ عەبدوڵڵا شێخ تاجەدین 16-8-1946 لە مەھاباد لە سەروبەندی کۆماری کوردستان لە دایک بووە، لە تەمەنی 10 ساڵی بۆ یەکەمجار باوکی خۆی بینیوە و لەگەڵ ئامۆزای خۆی هاوژینە و، خاوەنی 8 منداڵە، ئێستا بارزانی یەکێکە لە ناسراوترین کەسایەتییە سیاسییەکانی رۆژهەڵاتی ناوەڕاست و جیهان".
دایکی مەسعود بارزانی ناوی حەمائیل خانە کچی مەحموود ئاغای زێبارییە و، رۆڵی گەورەی لە ژیانی کوڕەکەی گێڕاوە، لە ھەڤپەیڤنێکدا کە لە ساڵی 2009 ئەنجامیداوە بارزانی دەڵێ: " دایکم ژنێکی زۆر میھرەبان بوو، نەیھێشت بۆشایی باوکم بۆ دروست بێت".
بارزانی قۆناخی سەرەتایی لە موسڵ خوێندووە، پاشان لە بەغدا دەستی بە خوێندنی ناوەندی کردووە.
دوای 10 ساڵ و لە 6-10-1958 بارزانی بۆ یەکەمجار باوکی خۆی بنیوە، ئەمەش دوای ئەوەی مستەفا بارزانی لە موسکۆەوە گەڕایەوە بەغدا، لەمبارەیەوە بارزانی دەڵێ " بە بیرم دێت بۆ یەکەمجار باوکمم بینی، خەڵکی زۆر کۆبوونەوە و وەکو قارەمانێک لە بەغدا پێشوازی لێکرا، بۆ ئێمە مایەی سەربەرزی بوو".
مەسعود بارزانی چیرۆکێکی خۆشی خۆی و دایکی دەگێڕیتەوە و، دەڵێ:" من حەزم لە جۆرێک شیرینی بوو، ھەموو جارێک دەمگوت دایە باوکم لە کوێیە و ئەویش دەیگوت: کوڕم چووە لە مۆسکۆ شیرینیت بۆ بھێنی، پاشان کە کەمێک گەورەبووم، زانیم باوکم ئاوارە بووە".
بە موعجیزە لە ھێرشی فڕۆکە رزگاری بوو

ڕاشیگهیاند كه خهباتى گهلهكهمان خهباتێكى دوور و درێژه و خهباتى گهلهكهمان ههوراز و نشێوى زۆرى به خۆیهوه بینیوه و ئهو گهله قوربانى زۆرى له پێناو به دهست هێنانى مافهكانى داوهو سهلماندوویهتى كه مییللهتێكى زیندووه و به كیمیایى و ئهنفال لهناو ناچێت، ئێستاش كاتى ئهوهیه بهرهو لوتكه خۆمان ئاماده بكهین. ههر له گووتارهكهیدا سهرۆك بارزانى باسى له پرۆژهى دهستوور كرد و رایگهیاند قسهكردن له سهر دهستوور كه گرێبهستێكى كۆمهڵایهتیه ناكرێ تێكهڵ به بهرژهوهندى حزبى بكرێت، پڕۆژهى دهستوورى ههرێمى كوردستان حهوت ساڵ كارى له سهر كراوه و ئاماده كراوه و ڕاوبۆچوونى شارهزایانى له سهر وهرگیراوه و سوود له دهستوور چل وڵات وهرگیراوه و هاوكات سیى و شهش حزبى سیاسى پاڵپشتیان كردووه و نهوهد و شهش له ئهندامانى پهرلهمانتاران دهنگیان بۆ پڕۆژه دهستووره داوه و دهستوورێكى كهم وێنهیه و تهواوى قۆناغه یاساییهكانى بڕِیوه و جگه لهوه ڕهشنووسى دهستوور كارى پهرلهمان نهبووه تاوهكو بۆ ههمواركردن بۆى بگهڕێتهوه و پهرلهمان تهنها دهنگى بۆ داوه .
سهرۆك ڕاشیگهیاند پێشمهرگهیاتى بۆ من له ههموو پلهوپایهك بهرزتره. ڕاشیگهیاند پرسى پڕۆژهى دهستوور ههرێمى كوردستان دهبێت گهل بڕیارى له سهر بدات سهبارهت به شێوهى ههڵبژاردنهكانیش سهرۆك بارزانى ڕایگهیاند ئێمه دهمانهوێت شێوهى نیمچه كراوهیى ههبێت.
ههر له گووتارهكهیدا سهرۆك بارزانى ڕۆشنایى خسته سهر ڕهوشى عێراق و ڕایگهیاند بارى ئهمنى عێراق زۆر ئاڵۆزه و ڕۆژانه كهسانێكى بێ گوناه شههید دهبن و هاوكات دهستوور ههمیشهیى عێراق بنهماى چارهسهركردنى كێشهكانى عێراقه.
