Ingredients
1 cup all-purpose flour (plain flour, Maida)
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1/4 teaspoon sugar
1/4 cup yogurt at room temperature
1-1/2 tablespoons oil
About 1/4 cup look warm water
Also need 1/4 cup all-purpose for rolling
For Garnishing
1 tablespoon soft butter or ghee
About 1 tablespoon of chopped cilantro
About 1 tablespoon chopped green chili (optional)
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
We also need tawa or skillet to make naan, nonstick skillet will not work for this recipe. Iron tawa or skiller works the best for making naan.

Indian bread usually made in tandoor can also be made on stove top and oven
Naan is a leavened, oven-baked flat Indian bread popular in India, Afghanistan, Iran, and Pakistan. A typical naan involves mixing of white flour with salt, a yeast culture and enough yoghurt or milk to make smooth elastic dough

ingredients
3 cup All purpose flour
1 tsp Instant dry yeast
1 cup milk (optional)
1 tsp Oil
1 to taste Salt
1/2 tsp sugar
50 ml Water to knead appro
direction
Sieve the flour
• Now add 1 cup warm water into dry yeast and set aside.
• Add sugar, oil into salt and mix well with yeast and water.
• Now add water little at a time to make a soft dough.
• If dough sticks to hand too much then use little bit of oil on hand and then punch into dough. .
• Now to make naan, set oven at broil and roll oval shape out of dough. Then place it into oven and flip it after 2 min. after taking it out apply some butter on them. And they are ready to eat.

Naan
Naan, nan or khamiri is a leavened, oven-baked flatbread found in the cuisines of West, Central and South Asia.
Etymology
The earliest appearance of "naan" in English is from 1810, in a travelogue of William Tooke. The Persian word nān 'bread' (Uzbek non/нон) is already attested in Middle-Persian/Pahlavi as n'n 'bread, food'. The form itself is of Iranian origin; cognate forms include Parthian ngn, Balochi nagan, Sogdian nγn-, Pashto nəγan 'bread'.
The form naan has a widespread distribution, having been borrowed in a range of languages spoken in central and south Asia, where it usually refers to a kind of flatbread. The spelling naan is first attested in 1979, and has since become the normal English spelling.

Yuvan Shankar Raja
Yuvan Shankar Raja (born 31 August 1979) is an Indian singer-songwriter, film score and soundtrack composer, and occasional lyricist from Chennai, Tamil Nadu. He has predominantly scored music for Tamil films. The youngest son of noted film composer Ilaiyaraaja, he began his musical career in 1996, at age 16, when he composed the film score for Aravindhan. After initial struggle, he made his big break with the Thulluvadho Ilamai soundtrack (2001), and evolved as one of Tamil cinema's most sought-after composers by the mid-2000s.
Within a span of 15 years, Yuvan Shankar Raja has worked on over 100 films. Considered a versatile composer, he often strives for different and innovative music and has explored and used elements of various genres in his compositions that range from folk and R&B to techno and heavy metal. He is particularly known for his use of western music elements and often credited with having introduced Hip hop to the Tamil film and music industry and having started the "era of remixes" in Tamil Nadu. Being popular among the younger generation, he is frequently referred to as the "Rockstar", and the "Youth Icon of Tamil Film Music". In addition, Yuvan Shankar Raja is recognized for his background score in films (re-recording) that have fetched him accolades among critics.

Demolition work has kicked off on the third day of the operation to rid Calais of its “Jungle” migrant camp. Several small diggers crushed the makeshift homes that until recently sheltered migrants and refugees, before loading the debris into a large red skip ... Patel said he had considered a traditional naan – a crispy flatbread – but it wasn’t suitable for the wrap. However, there is talk of creating naan sandwiches sometime down the road....
