It doesn’t really matter who won the mayor’s race. Hawaii is and will continue to be the laughingstock of the nation when it comes to rail. No one can fix rail. We will be throwing billions of good money after bad. There is no escape. Thank you Mayor Cadwell and former Mayor Bully Moofi for ruining Honolulu for an eternity ... ....
