On May 12th my class and I went on a field trip to NYC. At one point I had some free time to do what I wanted. I definitely had to go to GCS and Penn Station. When I got to GCS a Metro North train was just about ready to leave. It had a rare New Haven painted P32 on the point which was awesome. I saw it leave and then headed to Penn Station where I saw my first NJT trains. The first two were multilevel trains with standard ALP-46s on the point of both. After them a set of Arrow llls pulled in. Shortly after, a single level NJT train began to leave and met another multilevel train this time with a dual mode ALP-45DP pushing from behind. After those two, an Empire Service train departed with a P32 on the head. To end my time there a Northeast Regional left with an ACS-64 leading. Central station
Central station is a common name for a railway station, for example Central railway station (London) and Melbourne Central. On May 12th my class and I went on a field trip to NYC. At one point I had some free time to do what I wanted. I definitely had to go to GCS and Penn Station. W...
On May 12th my class and I went on a field trip to NYC. At one point I had some free time to do what I wanted. I definitely had to go to GCS and Penn Station. When I got to GCS a Metro North train was just about ready to leave. It had a rare New Haven painted P32 on the point which was awesome. I saw it leave and then headed to Penn Station where I saw my first NJT trains. The first two were multilevel trains with standard ALP-46s on the point of both. After them a set of Arrow llls pulled in. Shortly after, a single level NJT train began to leave and met another multilevel train this time with a dual mode ALP-45DP pushing from behind. After those two, an Empire Service train departed with a P32 on the head. To end my time there a Northeast Regional left with an ACS-64 leading. Telemetry data recovered from the probe during its descent indicates that its parachute was jettisoned too early.
