Hurricane Mathew is expected to reach Florida on Thursday as Governor Rick Scott says the storm could cause the state’s largest evacuations ever. In a joint statement by the Office of National Intelligence and the Department of Homeland Security, the US government officially accused Russia for the WikiLeaks and Guccifer 2.0 hacks.
