Girl is a three-issue comic book limited series written by Peter Milligan and drawn by Duncan Fegredo. It was published in 1996 by Vertigo comics, an imprint of DC Comics.
The story follows the exploits of fifteen-year-old Simone Cundy, a resident of Bollockstown (a fictional English location), as she attempts to make sense of her uncontrollable apathy and discontent for life (early on, she cites girls, boys, the lottery, pop-stars, clothes, sport, tampons, television, Bollockstown and living among her chief dislikes). However, upon meeting Polly, the "blonde version" of herself, Simone struggles to maintain the line between reality and her imagination, all the while trying find some purpose in her rotten life.
Will Carver is a 31-year-old author who lives in Reading, England. He has written the Detective Inspector January David series, comprising Girl 4, The Two and Dead Set.
His early years were spent in Germany but he returned to the UK aged eleven where his sporting career began to flourish. He turned down a professional rugby contract to study a Theatre and Television degree at King Alfred’s, Winchester, where he also set up his own successful Theatre Company.
A string of jobs followed graduation including a cinema usher, coffee shop barista, video store clerk, bartender, clothes washer and driver for a documentary crew, eventually leading, somehow, into the lowest position possible within an IT company. All the time trying to write a play or novel.
Five years later, and several rungs up the IT ladder, he was made redundant and took this as the opportunity to write. When his first novel - a black comedy - was not taken up, one publisher suggested his writing style would suit a thriller. Six month later, Girl 4 was finished. Four months after that he was signed to Random House for three books. He is currently writing the fourth.
Chuck steak is a cut of beef and is part of the sub primal cut known as the chuck. The typical chuck steak is a rectangular cut, about 1" thick and containing parts of the shoulder bones, and is often known as a "7-bone steak," as the shape of the shoulder bone in cross section resembles the numeral '7'. This cut is usually grilled or broiled; a thicker version is sold as a "7-bone roast" or "chuck roast" and is usually cooked with liquid as a pot roast.
The bone-in chuck steak or roast is one of the more economical cuts of beef. In the United Kingdom, this part is commonly referred to as "braising steak". It is particularly popular for use as ground beef, due to its richness of flavor and balance of meat and fat.
Other boneless chuck cuts include the chuck eye (boneless cuts from the center of the roll, sold as mock tender steak or chuck tender steak), chuck fillet (sold as chuck eye steak and chuck tender steak,) cross-rib roast (sold as cross-rib pot roast, English roast, or "the bread and butter cut"), top blade steak or chicken steak, under blade steak, shoulder steak and shoulder roast, and arm steak and arm roast. The average meat market cuts thick and thin chuck steaks (often sold as chuck steak or chuck steak family pack) from the neck and shoulder, but some markets also cut it from the center of the cross-rib portion. Short ribs are cut from the lip of the roll.

"Dreams" is the tenth single by High and Mighty Color, it was released on August 1, 2007.
"Dreams" is the first single from the band since January 2007 and their first since "Over" to contain more than one B-side. The title track of the single is used as the second ending theme for the anime Darker than Black and has been described as a ballad and about the sadness of breaking up. The first pressing of the single came with four exclusive character stickers from Darker than Black. The single is unlike any other single in the fact that rather than crediting "High and Mighty Color" for writing the lyrics and composing the music from Roxy production, "Dreams" gives the specifics for who wrote the lyrics on some of the songs. The single charted the 18th place on Oricon during its first day and would go on to obtain the 24th spot on the weekly charts.
Dreams is the thirty-first studio album by Neil Diamond. It was produced by Diamond and released by Columbia Records in 2010. The album contains cover versions of popular songs that Diamond claims in the liner notes are among his favorites. Among them is "I'm a Believer", which he wrote for The Monkees back in 1966.Dreams ranked at number eight on the Billboard 200 chart.
Dreams is the sixth studio album by Norwegian pop rock group Fra Lippo Lippi.
When their 1989 album The Colour Album generated mediocre sales (even in the Philippines, which holds a lion's share of the band's popularity), the band parted ways with their Swedish label The Record Station and were considering breaking up. Instead, they decided to write songs for a new album. In 1991, the band recorded the songs in founder Rune Kristoffersen's basement before sending the tapes to Stockholm, Sweden, for record producer Kaj Erixon (who worked on the band's 1985 album Songs) to mix them. The album was released by Sonet Records in Norway, Polystar Records in Japan and OctoArts International (now EMI Records Philippines) in the Philippines.
Dreams was a moderate hit in the Philippines, with the song "Stitches and Burns" receiving constant airplay on radio. It would be Kristoffersen's final studio album with the band, and the band's last original recording for over a decade.
My Reel to Reels - These are tapes I recorded off of American Bandstand between '58 and '62. The quality is not good but I thought some of you may enjoy hearing them. Many of these records never made it big but I find them interesting to listen to. Dave

You been cheatin', and I don't know why
You've been runnin' with another guy
You drive me crazy, babe I don't know
Oh tell me girl, or just let go
You better watch what you say, and watch what you do
Cause if you're wastin' my time, I found someone new
The girl in my dreams, there's no in between
The girl in my dreams, there's no in between, yeah, my my
So what you're tellin' me, you know it's untrue
What you're sayin' girl, is I'm a fool
If you believe it, just say so
Oh tell me girl, is it yes or no
I can't take it, you're callin' me down
I can't fake it girl, and stick around, no
I'm just a fool and I know that I depend on you, yeah yeah yeah
You better watch what you say, I'm talkin' to you, you baby
Cause if you're wastin' my time, I found someone new
The girl in my dreams, there's no in between
The girl in my dreams, there's no in between, guitar
Yeah yeah yeah yeah
Well this is it girl, cause I gotta know
If there's a chance baby, tell me so
I wanna take it, a day at a time
Tell me baby, lay it right on the line, this time
You better watch what you say, and watch what you do, you baby
Cause if you're wastin' my time, I found someone new
The girl in my dreams, there's no in between
The girl in my dreams, there's no in between, yeah
The girl in my dreams, there's no in between
